Pros: I love how intuitive and thoughtful the design of Navan is! The entire booking process is very clear and easy to follow. I've been on the user end and the admin end, and both experiences have been really seamless. I'm really happy with our decision to use Navan! The expense management is really quick and simple! I love that we are able to have so many of these features live in one tool-- it makes it really easy for employees to know where to go. I also love how secure and safe the entire process is-- I never feel like I have to compromise my personal data to book work travel or be reimbursed for my work expenses.
Cons: I really haven't had many experiences with Navan that would contribute to answering this question. I am quite pleased!

Very good. A little slow sometimes but much easier to track expenses. I like that I can see when my expenses have been paid and if they haven't I can chase it with Finance.
Pros: It's quick and easy to use for expenses. Much easier than emailing over expenses to then send them over to the Finance team.
Cons: I sometimes get a bit lost where things are, it doesn't always follow the most logical user journey.

Ingesamt finde ich die Anwendung sehr zuverlässig und übersichtlich. Ich konnte ohne viel Probleme meinen Wünschen nachgehen.
Pros: Es ist eine sehr einfach gehaltene Oberfläche und die Ladezeiten sind schnell was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde
Cons: Negative Punkte sind mir bei der Anwendung von Navan nicht wirklich aufgefallen außer, dass ich beim Passwort zurücksetzen etwas Probleme hatte.

My experience has been great. Its great to easily see the upcoming flights and trips you have, along with the rewards and what they can do for you.
Pros: Its very simplistic. Its user interface is very simple to whomever is using it. It allows you to easily see various flights and trips you have upcoming. I also very much appreciate the notifications on when to check in and any upcoming changes for flights.
Cons: It can be a little difficult to figure out how to use airline credits as part of the process paying for flights. It can get a little clunky

Pros: Very easy to submit expenses on there, as well as to book company travel. I really like some of the rewards they give as well.
Cons: Some of the travel on there is more expensive then if you would book it yourself, but the ease of booking on Navan makes it worth it.

Pros: This is so easy to use to book travel and hotels. Really good way to track my companys expense management as it provides me good details. Helps to save lots of money on hotel bookings.
Cons: The payment and reimbursement function is not the best. It only does payments once a week rather than paying each individual claim.

Managing travel and being able to refer back to past travel bookings is so helpful. You can re-book a hotel that you liked from before simply by looking up your past bookings. There are tabs for past travel and upcoming travel.
Pros: I love that you can manage all of your travels needs in one place and everything booked on one confirmation. You can book, flights, hotel, rental car, etc.
Cons: When paying for my hotel, I would book and use my payment method and it would show the balance was paid but when I arrived at the hotel sometimes it wasn’t paid for yet.

Pros: Best expense tool I've used. UI is great, can submit very easily, and even book flights. Has been a breeze using.
Cons: There's nothing I dislike about navan. I feel like it's better than having to use multiple tools to manage.

Pros: Super easy to use. The function to take a picture of s receipt and have all data populated automatically, saves hours on a monthly basis for frequent travellers!
Cons: The app is really nice and I personally have not found something I do not like at the moment and it has been over 3 months!

I strongly recommended that my organization stop using Navan. It was not reliable for finding low cost flights and it also requires in process approval which delays the booking. Instead of embedding company rules, it requires each manager to approve in the app, and by the time that happens the cost has changed.
Pros: Nothing. This app consistently selected more expensive and less convenient flights. I always shared a screenshot with management to show that I was saving money by NOT using the Navan app.
Cons: This app is highly inconsistent and usually selects inconvenient and most importantly, higher cost flights. One of my employees was booked on a connection from LA to Miami, on a propeller plane for one of the legs.

Great product to plan business trips and manage expenses on the go with the mobile app. I've used different products in the past and Navan shows top-tier in what they do
Pros: Planning trips and hotels is super easy and manage expenses from the same place, also on the phone app, takes a lot of hassle away of planning business trips
Cons: Changing a flight or hotel is sometimes a bit tricky, but the support staff is very helpful and quick to get back.

Pros: Modern interface, both personal and business bookings inside the platform, perks and rewards for booking through navan.
Cons: The map interface for viewing hotels was frustrating with some notable glitches i.e. the zoom being reset / map resetting after viewing hotels. There are often better room rates outside of the platform too for personal travel.

My experience with Navan has been excellent. The platform is very easy to use both in a browser or using their app, with an intuitive interface that makes booking flights, hotels, and transportation seamless. It is efficient, saving me time and reducing the hassle of booking business travel.
Pros: What I like most is the interface. It is very easy to use, and makes booking travel and accommodation stress free. The various promotions and offers that appear are also a benefit, especially when booking business travel gives you rewards for your next trip.
Cons: The only thing that has caused frustration is when travelling with another traveller. This happens when booking a trip. You are required to enter traveller details, even when searching for hotels, which is a little annoying. I'd like to be able to search for hotels for multiple travellers before needing information to book.

My overall experience with Navan has been great! It’s easy to use, intuitive, and makes managing expenses a breeze. Uploading receipts is quick, and the navigation is seamless, saving me time and effort.
Pros: I love how easy Navan is to navigate and how simple it is to load receipts. The user-friendly design makes expense management seamless!
Cons: The onboarding process gave me a little trouble initially, but after that, I haven't had any issues. Everything has been smooth and easy to use since then!

Pros: Ausschließlich der Preis. 5 Euro pro Buchung pauschal. Aber das schlägt sich in der Qualität wieder. Siehe unter Nachteile.
Cons: Der Umgang mit Kunden. Bei Problemen wird nicht geholfen. Die Hotline hilft bei Problemen und bietet kaum Unterstützung. Bei buchhalterischen Fragen das Gleiche. Falsch ausgestellte Rechnungen, falsche Währungen, falsche Steuerabzüge, die auch nach fast 2 Jahren, in denen wir nicht mehr Kunde sind, noch immer nicht korrigiert wurden. Seit 1,5 Jahren senden wir einmal im Monat eine Mail an einen maximal großen Verteiler, jedoch werden diese Anfragen ignoriert. Oder falls eine Rückmeldung kommt, wird zugesagt sich um das Thema zu kümmern, aber erhält anschließend kein Lebenszeichen mehr. Es wurde am Anfang viel versprochen, aber nicht umgesetzt.

We have started to mandate the usage of Navan and our employees have had nothing but a positive experience with it. It is nice to be able to know from a safety standpoint where our employees are when booking for travel.
Pros: I like the user friendly aspect of Navan and how easy it is for our employees to use.
Cons: At the moment, there is not a capability that I don't like about Navan.

Pros: The user interface and experience is great because of how clean and modern it is. Something that I think is overlooked is the experience on a mobile device as most times, tools see a decline in user experience when configuring for mobile devices rather than a desktop.
Cons: Customer support is sometimes slow to respond and occasional bugs presented some challenges with submissions.
