Pros: The user-friendly interface is definitely one of Vitay's standout features. It’s easy to navigate, making the reference-checking process much simpler and more efficient.

Cons: One feature I would love to see added is the ability to download all of the references for a single person as individual PDFs simultaneously rather than downloading each reference one at a time or all of them in 1 pdf. This would save time, especially when managing multiple references.

Pros: I love the simplicity of speaking to references in all aspects - for the candidate, the reference and the recruiter.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a feature to tell the recruiter if the candidate and the recruiter have seen the email. But I really like the "reminder" feature.

Pros: I love how easy it is to enter the candidate's information. It makes the reference check process very simple and quick. The finished document is very easy to read.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet! It is easy to see the entire process from start to finish.

Pros: It is so easy to get the references loaded wither manually or to request from candidate and also so user friendly for the Reference to complete.

Cons: I wish that we could request an update after a year as some jobs require "fresh" information.

Pros: Can get accurate references from referees and also, we can avoid face references. Moreover, referees can also fill out the request at their convenience then spending time on calls.

Cons: Can not use same email ID to request anther reference as sometimes candidate needs to change referees.

Pros: Very user friendly. Everything I need to see is there when I look.

Cons: It would be helpful to have better search options for candidates. Sometimes a candidate will be added with the short version of their first name and when searching with their full name, they do not come up.

Pros: How easy everything is when using it and how quick it can help us get the information we need.

Cons: The time to repair any issues is too long

Pros: I love that it tells you if a reference has opened/received the email, and if they come from the same IP address.

Cons: when you have to do the references of the old candidates again at a later date, the reference requests doesn't go again.

Pros: What I liked most about Vitay was the ability to easily get references on behalf of my clients.

Cons: There was nothing that I disliked about the service.

Pros: It is very quick and easy to use, it also sends automatic reminders which is great!

Cons: How it does not call, if referee is not filling it out.

Cons: Nothing really. We did encounter a reply issue at one point but it got fixed.

Pros: The system is very user friendly and easy to complete reference checks. My checks are usually completed in 1 to 2 business days, which is a very quick turn around, making it easy to hire!

Cons: It can sometimes to be difficult to add/delete users from our account.

Pros: It is so easy to use! Once I learned the process once I was locked in. No going back to my manager to ask "Wait, what do I have to do next?"

Cons: I really have no cons. I am able to send out references requests and get them back as fast as the people are able to complete them.

Pros: It simplifies the reference process and allows any size of organization to not focus on the hardships of chasing candidates references.

Cons: Honestly, its hard to come up with something I dont like. The feature id love to see added is a notification if a reference used a work email if it was blocked but I understand that is not on vitay and is on the persons work email auto sorting it
