Its a payroll management tool that my company uses to help manage payroll for employees that live in a different country, like me, and at that is a very useful tool
Pros: Easy UI, very easy to understand how to navigate through its menus, and is also very fast and eficient
Cons: The colour palete is kind of annoying, I would like to change it, maybe it would be nice to get a dark mode

Pros: Value for money. Helping workforce. Very helpful with employee management and other tasks assigned to them

I have had first hand experience of using Skuad for close to an year and so far my experience is Hassle-free & gratifying.
Pros: Mean time to resolve (MTTR) a query is Skuad's forte. They have dedicated employees to resolve queries within no time and they constantly seek feedback.
Cons: Skuad could have organized a webinar to provide greater insights on financial process (Example: Taxation, Declarations, etc)

Pros: They provide really good support when needed, and the platform is quitye easy to use. Onborading process was good.
Cons: When trying to upload documents to request a sick leave or any other kind of permission that was not possible. Now it is fixed.

Pros: The team are on hand to support every step of the way with experts in each country to assist with the paperwork and local rule and regulations.
Cons: Claiming back expenses the cut off point is way before the payment date meaning expenses often take am long time to be paid out.

At first they were slow in answering questions, but then they improved and now I have to say that the attention is nice. The platform allows me to see everything online whenever I want, without any paperwork, and if the company needs to change conditions or add information, they can do so instantly, wherever and whenever they want. All are great advantages!!
Pros: I can work for another country from my own without any difference with a company in the same country.
Cons: It is not well customized by country in terms of work permits, working hours... especially in terms of sick days, bankholidays...

I use the product only for invoicing and payments and at this moment very satisfied overall with it.
Pros: Ease of navigation and basic things such as updating the profile, etc. The support team has been phenomenal.
Cons: Many a times, when I open a support request, I have to wait a few hours to get a response and I would be offline when the response arrives. I am notified of a response via email, which is good, but a more real-time experience would be something that would make it perfect.

It’s been a good experience overall, I haven’t have any problems, my doubts have been solved in a timely manner.
Pros: Skuad helps me with all my requests it’s easy to solve all my doubts and handles my payments wonderfully

I've had a good time with the platform and I've come to understand it more the more I've used it along these few months of work. However it is also true that the very first few times I went inot it it was a tad difficult to know where some things were and what they were.
Pros: Once you know the functions it has, it is rather easy to use and get ahold of the information you need. Plus it has access to a support system.
Cons: It's not super intuitive as a platform, specially in the very begining, the first times you're using it.

Overall experience is positive and slightly improvement needed in PF policy
Pros: platform is user friendly and help request feature is great. Easy to navigate and responses from team are really quick and helpful.
Cons: PF benefits; I don't like the fixed 1800, i would be more fair if it were 12% of basic salary instead.

It has been a pleasant experience overall, the people working here who I have talked to are very kind and always willing to help you.
Pros: Very organized and easy to request time off or documents.
Cons: Sometimes the website is buggy and the time for requests is off. At least for me, payday is not always the same day each month so it's a little annoying.

Cons: I can't think of any. I've seen a lot of improvement. Maybe a little more informations on Payslip. e.i. Company name, date hired, etc

Good. Tax queries and other HR Queries solved on time. Keep improving the UI. Change UI themes periodically, allow periodic gift coupons on birthdays.
Pros: Good platform/UI to handle, view or track most of the employee stuff. Employee support for queries is always on time as well.
Cons: Holiday calendar availability takes some time at start of year for me. Nothing else.

Working remotely, I find Skuad pretty efficient and smooth especially when it comes to invoicing. And of course The most important part is they disburse the funds on time, so yeah, I give them 5 stars.
Pros: I like that I can track and manage my paid leave and unpaid leaves with ease. I also like the feature for adding and invoicing expenses to my employer.
Cons: I didn't like that the customer service doesn't respond on weekends, so if you have any queries on a Saturday, you'll probably have to wait until Monday morning for it to be resolved.

Perfect. Everything gets answered immediately and seamlessly. They are always on hand to help.
Pros: The ease of setting up in a new country was second to none. The best thing is it can be daunting, but they answer everything right away.
