Pros: I really love that you can search for past transactions multiple ways. Being able to print out a report for a patient for the entire year for their HSA accounts

Cons: Because it is a separate program, it does not automatically add the patients information and does not automatically post to their account.

Pros: Value for the money, security and account management is fairly straightforward. Their system is flexible for integration.

Cons: The interface is outdated in many respects. They need a modernization. It hasn't changed in quite some time.

Pros: They have fair pricing for starters. But what stands out the most for me is the access to almost every feature a business owner could ask for.

Cons: There's not much that I don't like. Over the years my satisfaction and experience with them has grown immaculately.

Pros: The fraud detecting package makes me feel comfortable when handling large credit card payments done by new shippers I have never done business with before.

Cons: The user interface is so outdated, and it is impossible to navigate through the backend settings with the required number of clicks. The monthly gateway charges are accumulated within a short period even in months when our transaction volume is low.

Pros: I use the services provided by authorize.net every single day. The service allows me to securely accept credit cards through my online store. I feel the security is top notch and the fees are very resonable and a good value for the money. Customer service is quick and knowledgeable.

Cons: Although I use authorize.net every day, I am not happy witht eh new user interface. What was possible in one screen is now spread out into mutliple screens. It is pretty but the old User interface was much more useful.

Pros: Reporting is the best and then refund process helps us a lot. Any order inquiry for customer is just click of a button.

Cons: If we get reporting by card type without doing any customization will help us as we are getting paid by V/M/D next day and Amex takes little longer.

Pros: API access is great and there are paid plugins that make integrating with WooCommerce very easy. The also have low fees

Cons: Their merchant UI is very outdated. It’s hard to find things and it’s small and hard to read sometimes. Looks like it was built in the 90s and never updated.

Pros: We were able to intergrade with our software at a cheaper rate. Easy log in and easy to run reports for members and sales.

Cons: We were unable to charge 3% to the customer for online transactions. We did incur a monthly gateway fee plus multiple other fees monthly - we were pci compliment but yet still got charged on the statement

Pros: Very streamlined service for payment confirmation and authorization. Highly recommended for property management to ensure all payment details are securely kept in a centralized location.

Cons: The interface can be a bit outdated at times and requested system updates are not as quick as we would like. Can be a bit of a learning curve in the beginning due to the interface.

Pros: Authorize.net gives us strong security for global transactions, plus simple account management and clear fees. The transferring of money to clients and partners is highly reliable; it assists in avoiding fraud issues.

Cons: Account settings and updating staff permissions took some getting used to when dealing with a bigger team. Managing fees and multiple accounts is confusing at first.

Pros: Authorize helps us securely capture payment from customers on our eCommerce customer facing site that is a partnership with our fulfillment business. It is easier to use than our home grown software for the end user for sure.

Cons: We need separate accounts for US and Canadian payments. This means that we have to log in and out depending on the ship destination. It's also not the most user friendly on the back end.

Pros: We use the plugin on our website to accept payments, as they are the same company that also takes care of our in store credit card processing.

Cons: We don't really have any complaints because we have relied on them for years and we haven't had any issues.

Pros: I have found Authorize.net to provide satisfactory service. I appreciate how user-friendly their merchant interface is. One of my favorite aspects of the site is that there are always clickable tabs available.

Cons: I really have no complaints with them, it sometimes lags though when trying to process payments. So it’s my only complaint

Pros: I like that I am not held to a contract if it didn't work as I expected. Luckily, it works just as I need it to but that was a big factor in using authorize.net. I am glad I made that investment

Cons: I think having to pay a monthly gateway fee is a con but not enough of a con to keep me from using this service.

Pros: The thing I love about it is how easy Authorize. net checks in with our invoicing software. It is dependable for customer payments, especially recurring billing for long-term B2B customers. The fraud detection tools also provide peace of mind.

Cons: The interface feels a little dated, and reporting tools could be more user-friendly. It can be a little time consuming to make custom financial summaries sometimes.

Pros: Secure and easy to use and void if necessary. Website is user friendly. Emails are clear. Prices are competitive.

Cons: Understandably they require a password change frequently but it seems to take multiple tries and invariably comes at a time when I am in a rush. A suggestion would be to find a more streamlined way to update passwords.

Pros: it integrates with my EMR, Patients can pre pay when they make their appointment. There is a subscription/reoccuring model that can be used.

Cons: I feel the dashboard is pretty complicated. I struggle often to find certain transactions and data. If I need to issue a refund or if I want to see a report for the month I feel there are a lot of steps just to do this,.

Pros: Authorize.Net has a homepage where I can easily view all my transactions along with a breakdown of each one.

Cons: I have no dislikes with authorize.net I’ve been using them going on 5years and I have made many calls to them with questions, comments and concerns.

Pros: Very satisfied with their service - reasonable rates and great service. Nicely integrated with Optimantra.

Cons: Wish it were free :-) No issues yet, so very happy with the service.

Pros: It is user friendly, offers the necessary tools for our business and the customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons: They could have a more modern platform and would be nice it they could customize it for each business need.

Pros: The system is okay but if you are not a designer then you would not really know what to do

Pros: Ease of integrating USA based payments through their reseller paysafe which allowed us eChecks payment as the business was expanding to USA

Cons: It was not easy at first to get through to paysafe as a business operating in Europe we had to go through a reseller who then answered all our questions.
