Pros: What i really like about ShipMonk is that it has great security features to keep you safe, shipping is really fast and there are great options, there are more than one way to ship, payments are fast and secure.
Cons: i don't have any cons at the moment, in general everything is running great with no problems whatsoever

We've been with ShipMonk for 4+ years, we've seen them grow to multiple warehouses across the country and world. Their software and services are always improving and updating. We've been very happy with their service and partnership, their happiness engineers actually care and are extremely helpful. We have other business endeavors coming up and ShipMonk will always be at the top of our list for our 3PL partner.
Pros: I'm very happy with the Happiness Engineer Team, it always feels personable and they are quick to help you solve whatever issue you're dealing with. Shipping service is great, they ship through all major carriers and their backend software is easy to use, they update and improve it quite often. Their fulfillment is quite fast, 1-2 day processing and shipping, we ship a large volume and they are still able to keep up. They integrate seamlessly with Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok platforms. They have saved my business money and time, and have streamlined our shipping.
Cons: We currently use custom packages for our product, I'm nitpicking here, but I only wish ShipMonk had a few more options for packaging. I understand our product is quite large 10x10x2 inches. If you have a smaller product they have plenty of options, but unique sizes like ours require a custom packaging setup.

Very good and affordable. The dashboards make the management of my inventory and orders easy.
Pros: Ease of use of the platform - especially the dashboards.
Cons: Chat support is not always available delaying response time.

ive been happy with shipmonk, my main trouble is that i was not ready for a 3PL service, i havent had any organic sales and the cost to continue using a 3PL are too much for me to use for mouch longer. i will most likely stop using shipmonk in the next few weeks.
Pros: I found it rather easy to use, the help is always there should you need it.
Cons: if i needed help it was easy to get and everyone ive ever spoken with was really pleasant and helpful. :)

While I was initially unconvinced that this was a good fit for us, once I discovered the powerful tool of the Happiness Engineers - I changed my tune!
Pros: The world of 3PLs can be extremely confusing and convoluted. Launching my startup, I had one million questions, concerns and special projects. Once I discovered ShipMonk's Happiness Engineers (specifically [sensitive content hidden] who has been my life saver) I was put at ease. ShipMonk is quick to respond to emails, quick to fix issues and quick to help you understand any charges. I have even had phone calls with [sensitive content hidden] on which we have talked through issues - which is sometimes the only way to reach a solution.
Cons: I do wish as a company that we were assigned one Account Manager instead of needing to deal with multiple different Happiness Engineers - but like I said, [sensitive content hidden] has been great in streamlining this for us...

The culture at shipmonk is bad. The company is made up of a bunch of washed up, tired people who just couldn't cut it in other industries. The sad truth is they just do not care to do a good job, and its clear that they do not feel like change is possible. This starts at the management level and permeates throughout the org. My suggestion is to find an alternative to Shipmonk. Ideally an earlier stage company that is still out to prove how great they are.
Pros: The user experience of the dashboard is good. The volume of integration partners is good. The list of available services is good.
Cons: They are sloppy and do not take care in packing boxes. They regularly loose inventory and never credit you for it. They do not use FIFO for selecting inventory to pick / pack. The data in their dashboard is always wrong. There are regular billing errors. Custom projects take forever, ofter months. If you ever want to leave the process to get your goods out of Shipmonk takes 6+ months and they will charge you minimum fees, + storage fees the whole time and will never address any billing issues. The net is Shipmonk sucks.

Pros: On time shipments, inventory management, daily updates
Cons: it's a bit confusing to store inventory when you have master cartons and individual units (they require 2 different SKUs/UPC), a bit expensive

Pros: Working with[sensitive content hidden]at ShipMonk has been an absolute pleasure. Her exceptional support and hard work have been invaluable to our team at 4ocean. The team has been consistently impressed with her dedication and expertise, which have significantly contributed to our operations.
Cons: None that I can think of at the moment...

Pros: They seem to offer a complete service, and the warehouse staff were professional and seemed quite efficient.
Cons: The customer support was impossible to deal with. They were unable to fix basic problems, or take care simple issues in a timely manner. It was like speaking to a brick wall. You never new if they were dealing with your issue.
Amitavo G. · Owner · Retail · April 26, 2024
Nice employees but it ends there. Very costly and once they have your products, lose them, then find them, and wait until you are done with it all and insist on them boxing up everything and getting your inventory back, it WILL COST YOU time, money, and many sleepless nights!!!!
Pros: Most of the employees are incredibly pleasant but the fees get out of hand and good luck if they lose your products, like they did ours!!!
Cons: Losing many of our SKU's, which cost us over a thousand dollars and repeat business!!!

Cons: Happiness Engineer is KEY! I am in multiple warehouse and I would like to have the options for the FREE GIFTS (An information card or a sample) different depending on where the products ship from. Currently they have to be the same. If I run out of a sample at 1 warehouse (that I toss in as a FREE GIFT) I am not able to just have this run in the warehouse where this is in stock. But this is VERY MINOR compared to my satisfaction with Shipmonk.

Pros: I couldn't be happier with ShipMonk. Being a new startup with zero knowledge about integrating my on-line store, relaxedtravelers.com, with a fulfillment house, the folks at ShipMonk really made me feel like I was their only client. My on-boarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden], was a study in patience, answering my questions quickly, and in detail. And, when I didn't get it, repeating the instructions again . . . and again . . . and again. She even took the time to do a Zoom meeting with me to put the final touches on my account.
Cons: I really can't think of any "cons." Connecting an on-line store with a fulfillment house calls for a very precise set of integration rules that have to be met. If you have a warehouse the size of a football field, filled with thousands of products, you had better know precisely what each product is and precisely where it is. It was a real learning process for me to come to grips with this, but fortunately the folks at ShipMonk helped me understand this and put every bit of information in the right place and in the right order.

Pros: Having a customer representation team that truly cares about the success of your business goes a long way. Our Account Representative, [sensitive content hidden] , is attentive, proactive, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and works her tail off to come up with creative solutions to unique challenges that inevitably arise in the 3PL space. [sensitive content hidden] (who previously served as our Account Representative prior to her promotion) is an excellent advocate for BruMate to help clear red-tape and serve as our champion in the ShipMonk orgnanization when a point of escalation is required (while still managing our expectations appropriately). They're also just good, down-to-earth people! (Also, shoutout to former associates who've moved to different roles in ShipMonk; [sensitive content hidden] - you were all amazing as well!)
Cons: ShipMonk needs to improve their B2B fulfillment services to be on-par with their DTC offering. Something I know they're actively working on.

Réné Gildas K. · Agro service · Program Development · October 9, 2023

Managing 3PL across several online marketplaces.
Pros: Their team is very detail oriented and patient. Setting up my account and going through the onboarding process was a breeze thanks to the ShipMonk team. Very competitive prices and convenient facility locations make ShipMonk the best choice I could have made for 3rd party fulfillment.
Cons: There's not anything I'd complain about, but I will say there is a learning curve (like everything) to the UI and how to manage your account/shipments/inventory.
Davis Z. · VP of Product Development · Health, Wellness and Fitness · August 16, 2023
Pros: The team's rapid and gracious responses to my queries made my overall experience exceptionally smooth and pleasant. Their ability to provide clear and concise instructions while being readily available for assistance was truly noteworthy. The exceptional customer service I received, combined with the team's dedication to ensuring a seamless process, exceeded my expectations and left a positive lasting impression. I'm confident in recommending their services to others based on the outstanding support I received.
Cons: Nothing I can say, all the experience have been exceptionally smooth and pleasant.

Pros: Really helped our efficiency and allows us to focus on selling/marketing more!
Cons: Nothing really. As long as you are diligent in the process of switching to Shipmonk it has all been working so far

Switching from warehouse shipping to a 3PL, saving us valuable time as entreprenuers and ensuring our customers have a high quality experience.
Pros: Our onboarding rep, [sensitive content hidden], went above and beyond for us. During a chaotic time for our company - my first time using a 3PL and also our company getting ready to launch - [sensitive content hidden] made sure everything on the Shipmonk side of things was seamless...he actually made it fun! I was a bit daunted by the process, but having him walk me through it, at times, step-by-step, and at all hours of the day, made things incredibly manageable and made me confident in my ability to manage future inventory deliveries and confident in our companies ability to provide a swift delivery and excellent experience to our customers. I couldn't be happier with the onboarding experience at Shipmonk, and specifically, [sensitive content hidden]. If it's any indication of whats to come I know we are in excellent hands and made the right choice with this 3PL. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues in need of one
Cons: There was nothing to not like! The process was so easy it was fun.
Andrea R. · Co-Founder · Apparel & Fashion · June 28, 2023
Superb and great! Recommend to everyone in need of 3PL
Pros: Everyone is so nice and yet so professional, I couldn't ask for a better team to help me out.
Cons: Nothing in particular that I know. Thank you
Sang Yoon K. · Supply Manager · Retail · June 21, 2023
Pros: The app is very easy and intuitive to use and it has many options and features!
Cons: The app is very easy to use as mentioned above. The thing that needs to be improved is communication with the warehouses - they don't always follow the instructions. Also, special projects have too long deadlines.
Nataly D. · Back Office Specialist · Food & Beverages · May 23, 2023
Pros: Their outstanding professionalism and responsiveness provided a seamless integration with our company. They optimized our operations without compromising quality. Overall, this positive experience solidifies them as a trusted and exceptional logistics partner. I want to thank [sensitive content hidden], who are amazing and give us the best customer experience.
Cons: Shipping pricing is very high. Some pricing for basic products is higher than other companies.

Pros: Funny watching the fat Buddah dance around, while it takes 4 minutes for the order page to load. Similar to the fat greedy pigs running this company
Cons: Software was easy to use, but their slogan. Stress Less, Grow More is a slap in the face
