Pros: The program is easy to learn and easy to use for technicians and service writers, as well as bookkeepers. The programs helps us communicate with transparency and efficiently with our customers.

Cons: There are many days of lagging and the program not working, many many more days lately than when we signed on a few years ago

Pros: Shop ware's interface and automation makes managing orders and customer's communication really, REALLY easy. They also have real-time profitability tracker which helps you optimize your business' revenue.

Cons: The cheapest tier is kind of expensive for startup businesses with low capital, valued at $250 per month

Pros: I like the billing and invoicing but it’s not as well set out as others I’ve used.

Cons: The layout isn’t as good as other billing programmes ive used

Pros: The system does work well in the sense it's not glitchy

Cons: The Lack of organization and features. Difficulty to use on a basic mobile device

Pros: Great workflow functionality. Super easy to see exactly which projects are in which bay or which mechanic. Very easy-to-use inventory management

Cons: Many functions require additional add-on expenses. Why aren't Analytics included in all plans?

Cons: some times my tool bar gets over filled with cars i have looked at and i have to clear it out

Pros: the software side of things is pretty good and user friendly.

Cons: we have had multiple phone meetings with Shopware to implement some needs and ideas. no effort has been made to follow through on these items. that is frustrating

Pros: Shop ware is very user friendly for our staff and our customers. Our customers love the very interactive experience they get communicating through the software. Very professional and clean looking system

Cons: No real dislikes from this system. Maybe more remote credit card processor integrations with the system

Pros: its easy to use and customers love the ease of paying and the over all experience

Cons: inventor not so is to keep up with could be better

Pros: Some of the most impactful features shopware offers is the ability to add media to repair order and being able to send work orders to customers via text. That makes sales happen without even having to talk to the customer.

Cons: The lack of orderable recommendations in the context of being able to drag/drop, while shopware has been saying this feature is coming it has been over a year and we are all a little impatient.

Pros: Transparent and customers love it. Once you are used to it , The process is fairly easy to keep things moving.

Cons: Your IOS page ( Ipad ) shows " Contact us " button on lower corner that is in the way when navigating pictures. Not being able to change customer name on a repair order once its open is inconvenient

Pros: Ease of sharing the digital inspections with our customers

Cons: The scheduler is a bit weird for the day to day. Veru hard to print out the work JUST for that day without backtracking. More set up for the "clear everyday" type shop vs "waiting on parts" or "this just turned into a 2 day project" type shops. The month view looks great.

Pros: I love the clean user interface and the continual improvements being made.

Cons: I would love to see a labor matrix for older cars, and better tracking of time completed on open RO's (AKA Labor Inventory). Also, I'd love it if the inspection would allow the images/videos to be inserted directly into the line items with which they are associated.

Pros: Easy to learn, WIP screen for the whole shop is AMAZING!

Cons: Sandboxy at times. Wish it was more A to Z platform so no steps can be missed.

Pros: The customer support is phenomenal they are always willing to listen to new ideas.

Cons: Some inventory features are being updated. We do not have the ability to change the order of recommendations, also being worked on

Pros: We used paper invoices before Shopware and I can hardly imagine going back to that mess. Using the program is a breeze.

Cons: Sometimes the system is rather slow to load and if we link it to Nexpart, close the Nexpart tab, then order another part later it will be added to the work order even if the work order was closed.

Pros: The ease of implementation, with a very short learning curve, makes this product amazing.

Cons: Minor deal, but it doesn’t integrate repairlink

Pros: It saves us time with pricing out jobs where we were using a system for labor and then another for invoices.

Cons: Would need to add one or both when selecting labor times.

Pros: Ease of parts entry & look up can jobs customer look up
