NAPA TRACS

Pros: The speed to look up ordering, and inventory management. Good for tracking the vins and labor time and repair

Cons: Very slow response time. Laggs to much it can be expensive for the smaller companies does not go with non nappa

Pros: Napa Tracs helps me tracks parts, tools, and fluids with ease as well as create invoices whenever i need. I would also say i love the vin lookup

Cons: At times it can seem make me feel frustrated when the system lags or it glitches & crashes. It also seems to be a really big app that make my computer slow at times

Pros: Napa Tracs is very user friendly. I like how the accounts payable is set up and the payment process works. We also really like the formating of the invoices and how they very clearly display the needed information

Cons: We need better inventory management systems, you can not use tracs on specific devices, to do any dvis you have to pay for an additional service

Pros: I love how they kept all my information safe and always was well informative when it came down to me asking about any products

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about Napa traces they was always good to me I hope to shop with them again

Pros: The one thing that I liked the most about NAPA TRACS is how it was helpful in keeping track of inventory on a daily basis.

Cons: If I had to say something that I like the least about NAPA TRACS it would be the glitch or lag time once in a great while.

Pros: its pretty easy to use. as long as you have a mechanical mind and simple logic mind set you'll be fine to use it.

Cons: must know all locations and terms that are used to find the parts. cannot give it a general description and hope for it to fill in the blanks.

Pros: that i can use it on a mobile device as opposed to being glued to a desktop. that alone makes it convenient and flexible to work with. the cost is pretty low too. essentially unliimited users and it streamlines almost every function for the parts department. i couldnt imagine the old days before this level of instant tracking and accountability

Cons: i didn't like that there was no free trial, at first anyway. but even if there was I still would've ended up paying for it.

Pros: They are constantly updating the platform while taking input from the end users. I have been selected to work on the TRACS Advisory Council.

Cons: The parts process is still clunky and time consuming. While I understand the reasoning for the process, it is still time consuming.

Pros: all questions and concerns are responded quickly

Cons: the cost sometimes is higher than competitors

Pros: A simple screen layout makes it easy to navigate through the system to access information.

Cons: It is very hard to search unless you know the exact part number or unit number. It is very important to change the search options to match what is being entered, like the fleet number instead of invoice number.

Pros: Convenience in ordering parts specific to my saved vehicles. Also, keeping a catalog of our vehicles and equipment.

Cons: Pricing would have to be the only con. We have 4 mechanics and 2 shops. It gets a bit expensive for our small business.

Pros: I like how easy the program is to use...

Cons: The only cons. are the pricing of the addons

Pros: I like the fact that they have a great selection of parts.

Cons: Sometimes inventory and delivery can be an issue.

Pros: Helps our company maximize efficiency to grow our business.

Cons: There is nothing that comes to my mind that I dislike anything about NAPA TRACS.

Pros: Being able to look up VIN's and license plate numbers really help in accurately identifying a vehicle.

Cons: Some small glitches may occur, so you need to check your invoices before you finalize anything. Really not that big an issue, since you should be double checking anyways.

Pros: Being new to a SMS in a small repair shop , it saves so much time invoicing and quoting jobs.

Cons: Living in a very rural area, we don't get the hands on help to learn new system, but tech line is very helpful.

Pros: Very useful Auto Shop Management System. and It is up to date.

Cons: Not reply to customers E-mails. lack of customer feedback.

Pros: Ever since switching over to NAPA TRACS our inventory control has never been better.

Cons: Lack of part numbers from other vendors.

Pros: I love how easy it is to look up parts and order them .and how reasonable they are.great customer service

Cons: Nothing yet that I have discovered that I haven't liked

Pros: napa is affordable and parts last so you get your money worth and its nice app helps keep me info

Cons: not really anything app gives me no problems works great

Pros: Napa Enterprise is a good software to use to manage small business and easy to use. The work order management is a great system and is a huge improvement from Napa Legacy.

Cons: Big downer is when receiving payment you can only receive one payment at a time and you must type in the amount to receive. Napa Legacy would auto fill in the amount with the customer balance and after receiving payment you could select another customer. Napa Enterprise makes it so you have to exit the payment screen and reload it to select another customer. Slows down receiving to a crawl.

Pros: can find shops easily, on the road, easy to find stuff

Cons: time consuming sometimes, sometimes lack of experience on workers

Pros: They way the orders are handle and the customer service is great

Cons: The packaging 📦 is not the best i could recommend
