Cisco Jabber

Pros: Mi piace la semplicità con cui posso comunicare con i colleghi tramite chat, chiamate e videoconferenze in un’unica piattaforma. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e rende il lavoro quotidiano più fluido.

Cons: A volte l’applicazione può risultare un po’ pesante e rallentare l’avvio, soprattutto su computer meno recenti. Nulla di grave, ma potrebbe essere ottimizzata meglio.

Pros: Its amazing all its functionality is amazing being able to track, record and review callers. Amazing in a call environment.

Cons: Havebeen using it everyday for 2 years andnot once had an issue. Its also easy to setup. There costumer service is proffesional

Pros: I like how intutive and easy to use it is! Coming into work everyday and booting up Jabber is as simple as opening up my Email.

Cons: Sometimes there are latency/communication issues between Jabber and Finnesse, leading to calls not being recorded.

Pros: Cisco jabber makes it very easy to use as a phone with clients without using a personal number. I like that there is an app as well and call log

Cons: I don’t have anything negative to say about Cisco Jabber. It worked well. I would like to hear voicemails in the app rather than email notification

Pros: Makes it easy to connect and make internal calls and external calls.

Cons: Can be finicky and disconnect from finesse dropping my calls.

Pros: ☆Jabber integrates well with other Cisco products, such as phones, and provides features like caller ID and search for numbers. ☆Jabber is available on both PCs and mobile devices, allowing for continuous communication even when away from the office.

Cons: Some users have experienced delays between phone calls and application updates.

Pros: I liked the instant messaging feature for quick communication.

Cons: Desk top sharing feature would sometimes be glitchy during meetings.

Pros: Cisco Jabber is simple yet has a lot of features like Microsoft Office integration.

Cons: Sometimes the settings don't work anymore like Office add-in or the device for microphone/speaker changes.

Pros: Nichts, nicht Intuitiv, muss unbedingt stabiler werden.

Cons: Jabber ist nicht stabil, weist viele Verbindungsunterbrechungen auf und ist aus meiner Sicht nicht zuverlässig nutzbar. Zudem kann es den Wechsel nicht selbstständig durchführen, wenn man während eines Telefonats über WLAN nach draussen geht – die Verbindung über das mobile 5G-Netz bleibt nicht bestehen.

Cons: Simple feature set, not the most stable, lack of auditing capability.

Cons: Des bugs parfois, manque aussi une assistance IA.

Pros: Cisco Jabber is quite popular for its versatility and integration capabilities.

Cons: There can be occasional issues with call quality or connectivity, especially in areas with poor internet service.

Pros: The caller ID is very innovative and useful in everyday work life. Also the search feature for numbers is very useful

Cons: Sometimes there is a bit of a delay between phone and application to see who is calling

Pros: Easy tool to chat internally, easy to use.

Cons: Lack of additional functionality - many other tools allow chat + other options.

Pros: You get assigned a number and can easily make calls straight from your computer. This is great if and when you have to work remotely.

Cons: That you have to be connected to internet or WIFI in order to make calls out/receieve them from computer.

Pros: The ability to have a work phone without the need for a physical device.

Cons: Sometime the software doesn’t want tot load and requires multiple force close to get working.

Pros: Great tool for communication. Easy to use. Contains many interesting solutions.

Cons: Sometimes i have got a problem with alerts.

Pros: Instant messaging, voice and video calls, nice tool for team communication and collaboration.

Cons: It is getting outdated and lags behind other leading products from different companies.

Pros: Cicso Jabber is a communication tool that does exactly what you'd expect of it. The calls are clear, the basic functions are easy to learn (even for beginners), the interface is clear and the impact on RAM is almost non-existent.

Cons: Using this service in a claims processing centre, Cisco Jabber was used almost daily. This is where we noticed the limitations of the tool: frequent errors in call transfers, numerous bugs when used intensively in a short space of time, lack of advanced functions (music on hold, definition of call transfer pools in the event of absence, etc.).

Pros: The options to talk to other employees via the app

Cons: we had to have the cisco servers for it to work

Pros: Integration across the company with internal messaging.

Cons: It lags sometimes which makes things difficult with speed and productivity.
