Basic functionality work fine, so getting by. But every interaction with support is a nightmare. They also recently removed their base tier Real Device Plan. We wanted to expand our parallels, but our hard luck. By the time we got to procuring, it had already disappeared and now the base price is higher
Pros: The dashboard is pretty straightforward and onboarding new team members hasn't required much internal hand holding. Basic functionality and the UI is not giving us trouble.
Cons: Experience with support was terrible. They took multiple tries to even simply explain their Multi-Device offering to me, and I've had different agents give me different information. Everytime you ask a counter question, they want to get on a call. Why cant you just equip yourself better and resolve queries? I would schedule a call if I had the time, why would I reach out on chat?

It's a good value for money since you don't need to buy real devices and can access large cloud testing infrastructure, but advanced features can sometimes turn out to be expensive. Customer support gives quick responses and are helpful when issues are straight forward. It;s easy to use as well with the help of documentation and guidance.
Pros: It provided end to end testing in one platform including performance, API, mobile and database testing. Moreover, it analyzes test results and can identify root causes and suggest optimizations. Fully autonomous testing reduces huge amount of manual efforts as compared with traditional QA.

Excellent tool that has made cross-platform testing simple and effective for our team. Highly recommended!
Pros: What I liked most about TestMu AI is how easily and reliably it lets us test our web app across a wide variety of iOS and Android devices – everything just works well.
Cons: No major issues; it’s been smooth and stable. But not all OS versions are available for a given device sometimes.
Daniel R. · Admin · Computer Software · March 2, 2026
We are using this service for about a year now and only had to read through documentation once because the UI is so intuitive. Because of this we did not have to reach out to customer support once.
Pros: I especially like the ease of being able to test our sites in a multitude of different browsers and operating systems without having to have the actual systems around.
Cons: In the absolute beginning of our test journey we tried accessing one of our private sites that was not accessible on the open internet at that time and it took us a few minutes to download and enable the integrated tunnel - but that was entirely on us, the UI did not hide that feature at all.
Jörn M. · Senior Software Engineer · Information Technology and Services · February 27, 2026
My overall experience with TestMu AI has been extremely positive. It streamlined my testing workflow, reduced repetitive tasks through smart automation, and provided very stable results. Cons: Can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of options available. Test results can sometimes feel delayed under heavy load times (depends on plan/parallel sessions).
Aastha B. · Sr. Manager · Market Research · February 26, 2026
It is very nice to use but if some of the limitations mainly cost gets reduced then it would be great for individuals too to get used to it.
Pros: Speed & Capability which is excellent for Parallel testing.Detail reposting give much clarity. Ai powered Automation helps to speed up work.
Cons: It's expensive for small teams. Also it is slow & delays in UI when managing large suites. One more is there is no many screen resolutions.
Abhishek M. · Quality Analysis · Information Technology and Services · February 20, 2026
Overall, my experience with TestMu AI has been very positive. It has streamlined our testing workflow by combining test management, automation, bug tracking, and cross-browser/device testing in one place. The AI-driven features improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus on higher-value work. It’s a reliable solution for teams looking to enhance their QA process and improve product quality. I would recommend it to teams seeking a modern, AI-powered testing platform.
Pros: What I liked most about TestMu AI is how it brings test management, automation, bug tracking, and browser/device testing into one unified platform. The AI-assisted test case creation saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual effort. The automation features are easy to configure, even for non-technical team members, and the ability to run tests across multiple browsers and devices is extremely helpful. I also appreciate the clean dashboard and real-time reporting, which make it easy to track progress and identify issues quickly.
Cons: While the platform is powerful, there can be a slight learning curve when setting up advanced automation workflows. Some of the more advanced features may require clearer documentation or onboarding tutorials. Additionally, performance can occasionally slow down when running large batches of tests simultaneously, though this hasn’t significantly impacted overall productivity.

Overall experience has been disappointing. Picked testmu because it was cheaper. During the trial the platform looked promising, but in regular use real device availability has been inconsistent, especially for new iPhones and Ultra devices. We frequently encounter “Device Not Available,” Because we rely on manual testing across specific devices for global clients, predictable access is critical. The gap between listed devices and what can actually be launched reduced confidence in using the platform for scheduled validation or release work. While basic sessions and recording are straightforward to use, reliability of real devices has not met expectations, so it has been difficult to depend on.
Pros: It’s easy to start using and requires minimal setup. UI is also clean The session recording feature is useful for capturing issues and sharing exact behavior with clients or developers during manual testing.
Cons: Real device availability has been a major issue in our use. New iPhones and Ultra devices are frequently unavailable or show “Device Not Available,” sometimes for long periods. Specially during our peak hours. There is also a gap between the device list you see on Free Trial and what can actually be accessed at the exact same time. Devices appear selectable but cannot be launched on paid plan when needed, making me question the entire point of this Over time, we also saw reliability decline, with sessions failing to start or dropping during manual testing more often than expected.

I love that you can just spin up an instance real quick, like, I need Windows 7 with a particular IE version and boom, you're in the past.
Pros: So you can buy a whole lot of computers and operation system licenses to test your website, or you just use this tool.
Cons: I don't use any automations, so I can't say much about that. I will make damn sure no AI is interfering with my work here.
Koos L. · Design Director · Environmental Services · January 29, 2026
Overall, TestMU AI improved our testing workflow by accelerating test case creation and improving consistency in test documentations. Its most beneficial for small QA teams like us.
Pros: TestMu AI is a practical solution that helps reduce the time spent on repetitive testing tasks. It has ability to generate test cases and test documentation. The UI is straightforward and doesn't feel bloated. The learning curve is lighter compared to other platforms.
Cons: There are areas where automation and integration could be improved. Like most AI-driven tools, the AI output still requires human review.

It has been a good experience working with the lambda test and it provides us a great support in terms of like app testing (UAT OR production apps), so it was a great platform in which we use to upload our apps through Google drive or manually and then it used to test across many cloud platform ranging from Android to iOS and there are good provisions in which you know you can add multiple devices
Pros: TestMU AI (prior LambdaTest) is an excellent cloud based testing platform which helped us testing out apps over multiple cloud devices. It provides many variations in which a user can select ranging from Android to iOS, with sim without sin devices. Excellant tool
Cons: Basically the sessions recordings were not great and few of the devices were responding slow subject to their data centres reach and availablity
KETAN J. · AVP- DIGITAL APPLICATIONS · Banking · January 16, 2026
Overall performance is reliable, and running tests in parallel has noticeably reduced our execution time during busy sprint periods. I definitely would recommend the tool.
Pros: I use LambdaTest frequently for both regression and cross browser testing, and it has genuinely simplified my day to day work. Launching different browser and OS combinations is fast, and it’s a big plus that I no longer need to manage a separate device lab or multiple virtual machines. Overall performance is reliable, and running tests in parallel has noticeably reduced our execution time during busy sprint periods.
Cons: The interface, however, can sometimes feel a little busy, particularly when trying to sift through logs or older session records. I’ve also run into a few instances where test sessions were slightly sluggish, which can be annoying when dealing with timing sensitive defects. With smoother navigation and more flexible, configurable reporting screens, it would align even more naturally with my QA workflow.
Rodgers G. · Senior QA Engineer · Information Technology and Services · January 12, 2026

Cons: Pricing feels opaque and too many AI agent products makes it hard to know what is included per tier.
Ernesto V. · AI Engineer · Computer Software · December 31, 2025
Overall, LambdaTest works well for UI and cross-device testing of React Native applications and is cost-effective for teams. With improved support for native OS-level features like biometrics, social authentication, and push notifications, it would be an excellent end-to-end mobile testing solution.
Pros: LambdaTest is a solid platform for testing React Native apps across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes. It’s especially useful for validating UI behavior, layout consistency, and cross-platform issues without maintaining physical devices. Parallel testing and quick setup add strong value for money.
Cons: Support for native mobile features is limited. Testing biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint), social login flows, and push notifications is not fully supported or realistic on cloud devices, which can block complete end-to-end validation for React Native apps.
Niteen B. · Sr. Software engineer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · December 25, 2025
Pros: The things which I really like about lambdaTest is its huge ranges of devices support for both platforms Android as well as iOS. This really helps in covering all the edge cases throughout all the devices to provide best output to its users.
