Pros: Good data hierarchy making the data upload/download/finding process easy

Cons: Nothing really to complain, as with predefined setting its very easy to manage

Pros: The team set up a golf networking event for several of their customers. It was a great day and it was obvious the team put a lot of work into it to ensure everyone had a fun time. They went the extra mile to show that they care about their customer.

Cons: Nothing, the team was great. I'll be at their next event.

Pros: Bulk upload & export, Q&A function & document redacting tool.

Cons: Dual Q&A review process before posting, could be shorted to single review.

Pros: Ansarada allows for the easy creation of virtual data rooms, featuring a user-friendly interface and great customer support.

Cons: Functionality when accessing documents which have been uploaded to a virtual data room. It would be helpful to have an easy click through feature for documents instead of having to launch them in a new tab on your browser or downloading them.

Pros: The ease of use, it is very intuitive. Most of VDR users in Australia have used Ansarada, and hence it is easy to deal with counterparties due to the familiarity

Cons: I think redacting function could be more user friendly. A user can still access and keep the files downloaded although they are no longer in the data room. There should be a security function that controls this

Pros: file index exports, doc ID references are all great

Cons: DOc viewing, unable to copy text in Ansarada viewer

Pros: Ease of use. For someone who spends a lot of time in datarooms, ease of use is critical from a user perspective. Ansarada is intuitive and the customer service team is always very quick to respond.

Cons: The challenge with datarooms is getting buy-in from management teams. I appreciate that Ansarada has decent functionality to do Q&A through email, but it is tough to pull clients away from spreadsheets and sending Q&A in the body of emails, rather than through the platform itself. Anything Ansarada could do to help with the education process would be great.

Pros: Ease of use, of the shelf and simplicity.

Cons: Functionality and customisation when initially uploading or changing locations of documents.

Pros: It's well organised and easy to access a lot of data quickly

Cons: It can be difficult to login / verify my account sometimes which can be time consuming

Pros: good platform, user friendly, great customer service.

Cons: sometimes laggy, can be down for a long period of time.

Pros: It is extremely intuitive and is able to do everything I want to do simply. That is surprisingly extremely rare and a real joy to use.

Cons: Some of the Q&A functionality could be explained a bit clearer on the website.

Pros: I like the ease of use of the platform. Compared with other VDR's I've used, Ansarada provides the best interface and functionality and is clearly developed with the end-users in mind.

Cons: I think it would be helpful to be able to group Q&A viewers into different teams e.g. FDD, Tax etc. by company) to facilitate sending Q&A responses to only the appropriate team members.

Pros: Easy to manage investor questions and allow to upload documents related to the question.It also allows us to allocate specific documents and store them to the related questions

Cons: I think as a first time user, it can be quite hard to grasp everything especially all the high level technical controls.

Pros: Ansarada is an extremely easy product to use not only to manage but for lenders to understand.

Cons: Whilst useful at times, I feel the analytics features could be developed further.

Pros: Bulk uploading - easy to identify and share.

Cons: Batch download can be confusing at times.

Pros: The Q&A functionality is very impressive and helps us with the live deal

Cons: It is quite costly, but value for money is up there

Pros: Ansarada is very easy to use and intuitive. The features I love the most are bulk upload and import folder structure, which saves so much time. I also really appreciate their support whenever you have questions and the security settings, which are very self explanatory.

Cons: The naming of documents could be done better. I personally do not like when I download the document and it comes with the number of the folder/subfolder.Also, everytime I ask clients to upload documents, they do not know how to add it to a folder that is already there and I always need to reclass them. This is something that I have experienced as well, since I don't think it is straightforward.

Pros: Ansarada provides a lower cost option with much of the functionality necessary for M&A processes.

Cons: Some limited functionality, but overall, still a good product.
