Pros: It had saved some files, I didn't know about. I thought they were lost forever. In fact, it downloads a complete drive.

Cons: It is still complicated to use. Definitely a learning experience. Having to see the help files (tutorials) several times to get the process right.

Pros: Good choice with big capacity and connectivity troughout a lot of different products such a Microsoft, etc. Great online technology

Cons: The price somehow changes. Sometimes you get a huge discount and sometimes you pay a lot. It would be great to have a lifetime price

Pros: Easy to set and forget, with a very clear user interface that makes it simple to see what is being backed up and when. Once the initial backup is finished it quietly runs in the background without hogging resources, and email notifications give peace of mind that everything is being protected properly.

Cons: The main frustration is that Google Photos cannot be backed up directly, so the photos need to be downloaded to the PC first and then included in the backup set. This extra manual step makes the process a bit clunky, especially when managing a large photo library, even though the rest of the backup works smoothly and reliably.

Pros: Very nice costly level for new user who doesn't have anything clear to staying for just some exactly one service user. System was very simple and easy understand.

Cons: The service was first time ever experiencing for me, from out of device own storage service, like iCloud. And that was mostly reason I didn't continue using it after year. Uploading work quite nicely and was easy setup, but when I need to download, uuh it's giving so many times info, something goes wrong, please try again later..

Pros: I like the fact I can backup virtual machines, NAS drives and endpoints. It provides another method of redundancy for backups. It is cloud based and easy to install and setup.

Cons: Backup uploads tend to be quite slow and use a lot of system resources. There have been times where scheduled backups have failed. The software does seem to use a lot of resources.

Pros: The porogram is easy to load and use. It can be used to continuously back up both internal and external drives.

Cons: It can slow the computer slightly when uploading and completing back ups. I have only just started using this product so no major complaints so far.

Pros: It is a really good program to use to back up multiple devices and their files. Everything is on the cloud so you can access it and download your files as needed if anything goes wrong.

Cons: It takes a little time to understand how to manage your documents but it is not bad.

Cons: Although the software uses automatic settings, there are a lot of settings you can adjust manually. This might seem a bit overwhelming, although the automatic settings are perfect for most users.

Cons: WORST. COMPANY. EVER. I joined for their cheap "start off" plan, which was $5 a month or something. I didn't realize how sleazy the company was, so of course I didn't read the fine print. They give you a certain amount of space, and I went 5% over (yes, FIVE PERCENT), and they started charging $55 a month to my credit card. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

Cons: My upload speed to iDrive cloud backup is unusually slow, causing significant delays in backing up my files. This sluggish performance is impacting my ability to securely store data in a timely manner. I need a solution to optimize and accelerate the upload process.

Cons: The archiving feature is great, but I had a suggestion for how it could be improved to better manage/report on what files are archived and which aren't. It's not available today, but I contacted their support who very responsive and logged a feature request for it.
