Pros: This is the best solution for backuping up Airtable data (including attachments). Just setup and relax. You can restore data in a certain point in time. It sends you reports about the amount data it backuped. And notifies you when there is an issue.

Cons: We did not encounter any issues in the last two years we have being using this solution, so we don't have any negative points.

Pros: The setup is incredibly straightforward. As an engineer, I highly value the reliability of their automated backups. It allows me to focus on my core business and automation workflows without worrying about data loss or human error in Airtable.

Cons: The user interface could be a bit more modern, but the tool does exactly what it's supposed to do with high reliability, which is what matters most.

Pros: I'm gonna tell you what: this is very easy and simple to use. I went from "keeping me up at night" with how vulnerable I was... losing my data to being completely 100% at ease

Cons: I'm going to tell you the truth. I haven't run into anything I don't like about this thing. Usually there is a drawback but I just can't find one. I am super satisfied.

Pros: Great UI, it works and if not - you get notifications about the status. It has a clear structure and you can use it intuitvely

Cons: Speed to load site could be a bit faster. but thats bothering not much. overall im happy with this backup addon for atlassian.

Pros: Easy to use and does what it should. Like the selection style and that we see that it worked. Good product.

Cons: Only supports Google drive. We would like to have our own storage locally added to it. Or synology or FTP support or something like that.

Pros: Very easy setup to backup Jira, Confluence and Trello. Good clear email communication regarding status of backups. Also good value for money.

Cons: We haven't discovered any serious issues yet. Everything works easily and as expected. For our purpose it offers everything we need.

Pros: Very easy to use - easy set up and great dashboard. I receive weekly reminders that everything is under control - the right amount of reassurance without being bugged by too many alerts and emails . Easy to add other apps to the backups . Well priced .

Cons: No issues - easy and intuitive. I haven't had anything to take issue with so far. So no cons to talk about

Pros: ProBackup is incredibly easy to set up and get running - even for non-technical users. The seamless integration ensures your project data is consistently protected, giving you peace of mind that nothing gets lost if something goes wrong.

Cons: Honestly, there is very little to criticize here. ProBackup has performed consistently well across every use case I have encountered. I have not experienced any notable issues with reliability, configuration, or support. It simply works as advertised, which in today's software landscape is genuinely refreshing.

Pros: Fast implementation and easy to use. Finally, we have a professional backup of our data in Asana. My overall experience so far has been positive.

Cons: After one month of use, I haven’t found any issues. Hopefully, it will stay that way in the future as well.

Pros: Peace of mind, once I set up, it runs itself. I love that I get a weekly email, just peace of mind its all still running.

Cons: The price has gradually crept up, which makes it tricky for small business with large amounts of data.

Pros: ProBackup was really easy to configure to safeguard our Podio backup data. The interface has been improved and the handling of bulk data volumes is very efficient.

Cons: When working with large sets of data, it was sometimes hard to filter to exact records we wished to isolate for restoration.

Cons: Restoring board option is missing :-), besides that I didn't find anything I didn't like. great interface, reports, and email alerts

Pros: Peace of mind. All data backed up, synced with GDrive. Platform UI is so clean and easy to navigate. Just discovered that the platform almost mirrors our Apps UI. TOP

Cons: All good. So far, ProBackup has exceeded my expectations. The team’s daily drive to keep improving the product sets a standard the competition should take seriously.

Pros: Ease of us was a big factor. We signed up, connected our Clickup Workspace and let 'er rip. Daily backups for piece of mind at a great price.

Cons: Nothing really. It does exactly what its supposed to do. If I had to pick something, it would be the ability to migrate data from Clickup over to Asana, Jira, etc but that is not the purpose of this software anyway.

Pros: Really helpful and easy to use. It works in the background without having to do anything. Used mainly for Asana.

Cons: We currently do not have any issues using ProBackup. The product works well for our company needs with the service.

Pros: The customer support was always available. They also reached out for a feedback call where we discussed the needs of our company and process improvements.

Cons: That the UI was not guiding me intuitiv to comments of lists and that the location of those information is not easy to access.

Pros: Set and forget. Reasonable price. No issues at all. Can see where the backups are and are being updated daily.

Cons: It appears that while I was getting "Google Drive" backups under my previous plan, and could see them working, this wasn't grandfathered in when their plans changed, so I appear to have lost that feature. Not a huge issue for me.

Pros: I like the "set it and forget it" nature of this product. It runs silently in the background protecting our important information.

Cons: I do not have any complaints. Thankfully we haven't had to test out the platform in a real-life disaster recovery scenario, but I trust that it works.

Pros: Extremely easy and fast to set up. Very intuitive interface. Great way to get instant comfort of knowing data is backed up without needing any advanced technical skills. Using for Asana and Github. LOVING it!

Cons: Needs to clarify that "restoring" data to Asana doesn't mean restoring the original projects/tasks. It means restoring a copy of the data, which is definitely helpful, but comes with important nuances that are critical for advanced users to understand -- e.g. @mentioned tasks and projects will now have new IDs. But, I don't see any better way to do it, and it gives enormous comfort knowing the data is preserved, so I'm a very happy customer nonetheless.

Pros: Nothing, since it didn't work at all. Trying to restore a project gave me errors that support couldn't fix.

Cons: Service was non-existent. Replied once to my request then ghosted me without fixing the issue.

Pros: Good support, fast and reliable backups.

Cons: Would want to backup more of my apps, yet they already offer a lot.

Pros: Consistent and reliable. We haven't needed to use it to pull records back but it's nice to know it's available.

Cons: We would like to have it backing up our asana program every 2 hours like sharepoint does.
