Pros: I’ve had a great experience using Skyvia! Their connectors make integrating with other products unbelievably easy—no complicated setup, no headaches. Everything just works. It’s been a huge time-saver and has made managing data across different tools so much smoother. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for simple, powerful integrations.
Cons: I really don't have any at this time. It does what it's supposed to do and it's as simple as that. Thanks

It just works and a fair price. That's what I want from a backup solution. Configuration was simple and intuitive.
Pros: It was easy to connect and configure for Zoho CRM backups. Daily backups have worked without a hitch since we started. No complaints.
Cons: Nothing. It was easy to set up and works without any extra effort. No IT or any Zoho changes were needed.

My overall experience with Skyvia has been very positive. The platform feels well designed, reliable, and clearly built with real business users in mind. From the beginning, it was easy to get started and understand how everything fits together, which made adoption smooth and stress‑free. Skyvia does a great job of taking a potentially complex process and making it feel manageable and intuitive. I appreciate how stable and consistent it is—once it’s set up, it simply works and doesn’t require constant attention. The interface is clean, navigation is straightforward, and it’s easy to trust that important data is being handled properly. Overall, Skyvia has proven to be a dependable solution that adds real value and confidence to our workflows, and it’s a tool I’m comfortable relying on long term.
Pros: Skyvia Backup for QuickBooks Online has been an excellent addition to our accounting and data protection workflow. It provides real peace of mind knowing that our financial data is consistently safeguarded without adding complexity to our daily operations. The setup process is straightforward, and once configured, the backups run smoothly in the background with minimal oversight required. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to locate, review, and restore data when needed. What really stands out is the confidence Skyvia brings—whether it’s protecting against accidental deletions, unexpected changes, or general data risk, the solution feels reliable and well thought out. For businesses that depend heavily on QuickBooks Online and want a dependable, hands-off backup solution, Skyvia Backup is a smart and trustworthy choice.

Our experience with Skyvia has been really positive. The Connect product seamlessly integrates with PowerBI, enabling us to build powerful dashboards. What we appreciate most is Skyvia's customer-centric approach - they genuinely listen to our special requests and work collaboratively to implement solutions. This flexibility and willingness to accommodate our specific needs makes Skyvia not just a tool, but a true partner in our data management strategy. Highly recommended for SMEs looking for a reliable, flexible, and well-supported data integration solution.
Pros: We use Skyvia Connect to power our PowerBI dashboards, and it has been an excellent choice. The integration works flawlessly, and the data synchronization is reliable and fast. What truly sets Skyvia apart is their exceptional flexibility when it comes to special requests and custom requirements. Their team is always willing to work with us to find solutions for specific use cases, which is invaluable for our business. The customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, making implementation and ongoing operations smooth and hassle-free.
Cons: Honestly, we haven't encountered any significant drawbacks. The only thing that I could mention was the feature set of the first version of their MCP product but given that it was super early stage, I don't think one can complain.

Our overall experience with Skyvia has been excellent. We have relied on the platform for several years, and it has repeatedly proven to be stable, scalable, and highly effective for our data integration needs. Skyvia has enabled us to automate key processes, eliminate manual data handling, and maintain clean, synchronized data across multiple business systems. The combination of ease of use, reliability, and helpful support makes Skyvia a solution we confidently recommend to organizations seeking a powerful yet accessible integration platform.
Pros: Skyvia has been an exceptionally reliable and user‑friendly integration platform throughout the years we’ve used it. Its no‑code approach makes it easy to build and maintain even complex data flows without developer involvement. The wide range of connectors, intuitive interface, and stable automation capabilities have allowed us to streamline our integrations efficiently. We especially value the consistency and accuracy of data synchronization, which has significantly reduced manual workload and operational friction.
Cons: There is very little to dislike. Occasionally, more advanced configurations can require a bit of exploration, but overall the platform is extremely straightforward. Any questions we’ve had were quickly resolved by support.

Pros: Great for syncing data from Google Sheets to Netsuite. Very easy to use, and uploads data every few minutes
Cons: I have tried to use it to upload data such as a Purchase order, and i havent had much luck with that. I didnt spend much time trying to do it however.
Reuben D. · Operations Manager · Apparel & Fashion · December 18, 2025

Highly recommend because of ease of set up and quick time to launch for their integration tools. The free trial allowed us to test the set up ahead of time
Pros: Simple, low code interface that we were able to use to effectively integrate HubSpot (CRM) with NetSuite (ERP). It was at a lower cost point than other programs and offered more user friendly / drag and drop options to set up the integration.
Cons: Limited documentation and training resources at Skyvia, specifically for its integration product line.
Anonymous User · VP · Construction · September 23, 2025
Pros: Getting started is a breeze, even when you find yourself connecting the most demanding enterprise level systems into a single seamless flow
Cons: Loading a dataset of more than a million rows takes noticeably long; you just sit there watching the row count crawl
Maria K. · Product Manager · Information Technology and Services · September 18, 2025
Very happy with both the tool and the support available, it's made our backups and restores easy and automated
Pros: We use Skyvia as a backup for our Hubspot CRM in Australia. We've been using it for over a year and the integration with Hubspot was easy, it is set up automatically to run each week and I could configure it to delete the oldest version so that it never fails due to running out of space. On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact support with a question they've been really helpful.
Cons: I initially found the navigation a little tricky for certain actions, however, improvements have been made over the last year

Skyvia provided a fast and reliable solution for extracting data from a third-party application and transferring it to our data warehouse for further analysis. The platform was easy to use and saved us significant time in our data integration process. There’s very little to dislike about the product — it performs consistently well and offers a clean, intuitive interface. Overall, it's a solid tool for anyone looking to streamline data workflows without heavy coding.
Pros: Skyvia provided a fast and reliable solution for extracting data from a third-party application and transferring it to our data warehouse for further analysis. The platform was easy to use and saved us significant time in our data integration process.

Overall, I was able to get the integrations I needed (mostly to or from Salesforce) set up and working quickly, with minimal learning curve. Great design and a solid product.
Pros: Skyvia interface is clean and relatively intuitive. The variety of connectors out of box is impressive.
Cons: Using it for REST queries was a little more challenging. More complete documentation on that aspect would be helpful.
Bob N. · Consultant · Computer Software · July 14, 2025
Overall, our experience with Skyvia has been very positive. It allowed us to automate data processing tasks that were previously manual, saving both time and resources. As a system administrator, I find it particularly effective for keeping our platforms aligned and updated with minimal maintenance. It’s a scalable solution that grows with the business.
Pros: Skyvia provides a very intuitive interface and powerful ETL capabilities. It supports a wide range of connectors, which made it easy for us to integrate and synchronize data between systems like our ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. The ability to schedule data flows and monitor them with clear logging greatly reduces the operational workload. No coding is required for most scenarios, which accelerates setup and deployment times.
Cons: Some advanced transformation scenarios can be difficult to implement using the visual designer alone. It would be helpful to have more advanced scripting options or more detailed error logs in complex cases. Still, support is responsive and usually provides workarounds when needed.
Marco B. · Head of Digital Infrastructure and Technology · Retail · July 10, 2025
We migrated from Talend Cloud and reduced integration licensing costs by 40 %. Monitoring emails alert ops instantly, cutting downtime.
Pros: The SAP ERP and Azure SQL connectors work out‑of‑the‑box—even with custom IDocs. Historical backfill of three years’ data completed in two nights.
Cons: German‑language UI is still partial; non‑tech colleagues struggle with English terms. I have nothing against it.
Eric W. · CEO · Computer Software · June 13, 2025
We've been using Skyvia since 2022 and have experienced only one brief downtime, which lasted less than an hour. The technical team responded immediately, kept us informed, and quickly resolved the issue. Skyvia offers excellent service and reliability. Their representatives, Darina and Dmitry, are a pleasure to work with—very responsive by email and easy to schedule for longer calls.
Pros: We chose Skyvia over five similar services during a one-month evaluation in 2022. Its ease of use, wide range of data connectors, and flexible subscription options make data integration stress-free. Most of the process is no-code, but Skyvia also supports more complex integrations through its SQL setup. Data transfer speeds are excellent, and we can monitor progress in real time.
Cons: The only improvement we'd like to see is adding their notification system to each connector. They currently offer helpful notifications to prevent exceeding subscription limits, but when issues occur, we usually notice them first at the connector level rather than the subscription level.
Duy T. · Senior Data Analyst · Computer Software · June 4, 2025
Very satisfied with overall experience. Good product, good user manuals / instructions and very efficient customer support.
Pros: Lots of functionalities and options for data integration , queries etc, covering everything that can be asked. Connections with most known services available. All that in a reasonable, flexible pricing model.
Cons: Difficult to say. The only think I could think of, is that it is a bit tricky to choose form the available services and options, because some of them are overlapping a bit.
Christos M. · Business Consultant - Data Specialist · Information Technology and Services · June 4, 2025
Skyvia is used to automate data integration across platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal customer feedback tools. It has reduced the time we spend preparing data for reporting, freeing us up to focus more on analysis. The interface is clean and easy to work with, even for non-technical team members who occasionally check job status or outputs. It’s become a core part of our BI workflow over the past two years.
Pros: Skyvia really made it simple to bring together booking, customer, and feedback data from multiple systems into our data warehouse. The ability to schedule recurring syncs and transformations has been key for keeping our dashboards fresh without manual intervention.
Cons: Honestly I haven’t run into any major issues, it’s done what we’ve needed it to.
Ashley Isaacs G. · Chief Executive Officer · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · April 28, 2025
Skyvia has become part of our weekly workflow for syncing client activity, marketing data, and internal KPIs. It saves us a lot of time and makes data more accessible to non-technical team members through connected spreadsheets. As a small team without a dedicated data engineer, it bridges the gap between back-end systems and day-to-day business needs. Overall, it's been reliable, easy to use, and cost-effective for what we need.
Pros: Skyvia made moving data between our PostgreSQL database, HubSpot, and Google Sheets easy without writing custom code. The no-code interface is surprisingly powerful, we got our first data flows running in under an hour.
Cons: Debugging failed tasks can be a bit frustrating because error messages are sometimes vague. It would be helpful to have more detailed logs or error context. But Skyvia is a great option for us though given the small size of our company.
Virna M. · Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 24, 2025
The level of support was unexpected. Now only do they help when you get stuck, they ask about your use case and provide helpful suggestions.
Pros: Intuitive to use and tremendous value for the price.
Cons: There is nothing significant I can add, but it would be nice if the elements in the workspace displayed an owner name.
Mark M. · VP Salesforce Development · Financial Services · April 9, 2025
Overall experience has been very positive. When it comes to data integration the combination of ease of use, versatility and price can't be beat. To give an idea, in about 2 hours of learning about Skyvia for the first time i was able put together a proof of concept solution to see if Skyvia would work for our needs and all that on their free tier.
Pros: Skyvia makes cloud data integration easy with a simple and intuitive interface. No coding skills needed to automate backups, integrate cloud apps, or migrate data. Supports a wide range of data sources Competitive pricing model offers great value without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline data management
Cons: There are few areas where more work can be done. Most notably error reporting and notifications.
Eugene S. · Software Engineer · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · April 4, 2025
Very good. Quick responses and a great support team.
Pros: Very easy to install/connect. Great customer support. Ease of use.
Cons: It can't currently access all of our metafields.
Mandy F. · CIO · Consumer Goods · April 2, 2025
Overall, our experience has been very positive. Skyvia makes it easy to manage complex integrations, and their support team is one of the best I’ve worked with. They’ve been responsive and flexible, especially during critical moments. It’s a solid platform for data integration and automation.
Pros: Skyvia's user-friendly interface and robust integration capabilities stand out the most. Setting up scheduled jobs is easy, and the platform handles large data operations efficiently. The customer support is also excellent—quick to respond and very helpful.
Cons: The query functionality didn't meet our specific needs, and the platform's usage limits can be reached quickly if you're running large-scale jobs. However, the support team was very accommodating in helping us reset limits and offered upgrade guidance.

We needed a reliable service that we could use to backup up our extensive HubSpot data "offsite". Skyvia checked off all the right boxes. They were dependable, easy to manage and had various options that was suited to what we were looking for. Setting up our backups were painless, and I was pleased to see that they had various other options that we could utilize if we needed to expand to other services down the road. Moreover, I must also commend their Support Services. They were quick to respond and did not hesitate to customize a solution for me when the need arose. After having used Skyvia for almost 5 years now, I can safely say that we would not go with anyone else. They are worth our peace of mind, knowing that our data is being backed up.
Pros: Ease of use, Snapshots, Good User Interface, Customer Service
Cons: In the capacity that we have been using them, HubSpot backups, I did not find any downsides.
