the whole process was just so easy. The widget itself was simple to apply to the site, easy to use. Set and forget!
Pros: The widget was so easy to add to the site. Very easy for users to access and it saves their accessibility preferences
Cons: Not having access to the reporting information makes it difficult to justify to managers why we should spend additional funds on the better product.

This allows us to accommodate any patient - I did not want anyone to not be able to access our services and this is what was needed
Pros: Easy to use. This setup was very seamless. Our account was ready to go within just a few days and up and running on our website.
Cons: We experienced zero issues. From set up to user experience it was nothing short of easy! Thank you so much!

I rolled this out across our marketing and member portals to stop wasting engineering time on routine accessibility sweeps. We got the free version live on production in under an hour. It costs a fraction of what we'd pay in manual dev hours, and the automated fixes actually scale with our site.

Pros: It completely kills the need for manual accessibility fixes. We were burning days of engineering time upfront and every month just to keep up with WCAG standards. The AI handles compliance automatically as we ship new content, keeping our dev queue clear.
Cons: The pricing jump from the free tier to the $1,190/yr Pro Plus plan is steep. They really need better middle-tier options or dedicated pricing for early-stage startups and healthcare platforms.

Heading user way accessibility widget gives us the confidence that we’re doing the right thing and that we are protected and most importantly everyone can access, understand and ultimately enjoy our business.
Pros: As someone who’s not in Internet, design or production, I found it very easy to install and utilize the widget. I had access to the file and abilities to customize the size and position. It was very - easy process.
Cons: I can’t say there are any cons. Pricing was right, the installation was easy and communication was quick and swift.

Overall it was easy to use and set up. We have heard from clients it is easy to use on their phone and computer.
Pros: I liked how easy it was to be able to put on our website. Especially for someone who is not tech savvy. It also seems easy and accessible for our clients to use when accessing our website.
Cons: I have not complaints about UserWay Accessibility. We have not run into any errors on our end that make the product hard to use for us or our clients.
Jessica H. · Co-Owner · Mental Health Care · November 25, 2025
Pros: Easy to set up and offers a wide array of accessibility for our clients. It is discreet and not over the top on our page.
Cons: Thers have been little issues with the widget. It operates smoothly. It has been great, we were able to set it up with ease and the price is great.
Emma B. · Office Manager · Human Resources · October 6, 2025
Pros: I got the UserWay widget because we want to help out all of our patients including ones that are special needs and to make our website accessible to everyone. We get a lot of compliments but we hope that is from all potential clientele.
Cons: It's really easy to use and I cannot think of a con about the widget. The only con is the price in my opinion.
Youseph A. · Dentist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 28, 2025
was great and helpful, even loved the part when I needed some help in some issue or feature, getting an immediate support
Pros: the solid and complete Accessibility features that covers every application needs and it's easy to use
Cons: it's not leaving much room for styling the accessibility widget itself for the consuming applications
Hajar O. · Frontend Team Lead · Computer Software · August 19, 2025
I've been a long time user of the widget on multiple sites and it has worked flawlessly. The customer support is excellent - quick response and guidance.
Pros: Installation is easy. It works smoothly in terms of the user interface on the site. The Dashboard is also easy to use.
Cons: There is nothing that I would consider a con to the widget. Perhaps additional methods of installing it.
Loren P. · President · Retail · July 20, 2025
The experience has been great from the get go, implementation was easy and well explained by the Account manager.
Pros: How easy it was to install and use. Trying to implement something in house would take a long time and budget, this was such an easy option to use.
Cons: Not that we can think, overall this was a good experience. Overall this maybe hard for hard coded websites.
Rick V. · Technology Operations · Retail · July 14, 2025
The widget is a great addition to any site and support is helpful and responsive. Hard to go wrong with UserWay.
Pros: Lots of user-driven accessibility tools, which offer utility to individuals who specifically need them but also anyone else who wants to customize their experience viewing a website. Highlighting links, for example, is a tool for everyone. Pretty nifty and reasonably priced for peace of mind.
Cons: Needed to reach out to support to clear an account ID mismatch issue, but it was a quick fix. Also had a little snag with switching from direct code injection to GTM deployment, so perhaps the instructions could be clearer, but that could also be user error.
CJ L. · Director, Marketing · Financial Services · July 11, 2025
A very user-friendly widget to enhance accessibility on your website. Quick to install and simple to deploy. The tech support is responsive and efficient.
Pros: The widget is incredibly easy to install, very intuitive to use, and integrates seamlessly with most websites. It allows for fast deployment without requiring any technical expertise.
Cons: While the widget works well, some fairly standard features are locked behind a additional premium plan, which might feel limiting for smaller organizations.
Sander T. · Creative Director · Information Technology and Services · July 8, 2025
I have just begun using it but plan to enable it on all of our sites once we are able to configure it with our level access account.
Pros: It's simple to set up and configure and customize. It also helps people that need help on our website!
Cons: I have had a difficult time reaching out account manager to enable pro through our Level Access account. Once we have that set up I will be happy.
Jake M. · Head Web Developer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 13, 2025
Pros: I loved the fact that it was super easy to install and configure. It offers a wide range of features too! I love how quick any changes you make are published instantly. UserWay is by far the best accessibility widget tool out on the market!
Cons: I cannot find anything I have not liked so far. This is a great tool. If i had to list maybe one con, is that I did not find this solution sooner.
Sean S. · CIO · Hospitality · June 13, 2025
It was interesting. Covers many gaps in accessibility on a webpage and is very usefull for people who need it!
Pros: The variety of options to apply at a website for better accessibility are impressive and very curious
Cons: Some functionalities break the page like letter spacing or font size, but I think its part of trade-offs for accessibility sometimes

I came in expecting a weekend project. You know — tabs open, tutorials, maybe a few curse words. But instead, I got something rare: a product that just works. UserWay didn’t ask me to be a developer. It didn’t bury me in jargon. It simply said, “Paste this,” and two minutes later, my website was accessible and running with features I didn’t even know I needed — font adjustments, contrast tweaks, keyboard navigation, screen reader support — all baked in like it’s no big deal. (But trust me, it is.) Then came the support test. I had a quick question, sent it in, and boom — before I even finished reading “Hi 👋,” the answer hit my screen. No tickets, no bots pretending to be human, just actual humans being helpful at record speed. In a world full of overpromising tools, UserWay quietly overdelivered. That’s rare. And that’s why I’ll recommend it without hesitation.
Pros: I was looking for a simple, no-fuss accessibility solution for my website — and UserWay delivered beyond expectations. As someone non-technical, I expected a bit of a learning curve. But to my surprise, I had UserWay installed on Acropolitan.com in under 2 minutes. The instructions were clean, straightforward, and the widget was live and fully functional instantly — no tech headaches, no fluff. The experience only got better when I needed help. I reached out to support with a quick question, and honestly, the response was so fast, it felt like the issue was resolved before I even finished reading “Hi.” That kind of responsiveness builds trust fast. Pros: -->Incredibly easy to install -->Clear, concise setup instructions -->Fully featured out of the box Seamless experience even for non-technical users
Cons: None, really — but I do want to highlight that their support team was so quick and helpful, it deserves a special mention. Getting real-time help without friction is rare and appreciated.

I like userway, easy to use, easy to implement, great support. I don't personally use the widget much except for implementing it and clicking around to make sure its working but I havn't heard any complaints from customers about the product so I like it.
Pros: Ease of use, ease of implementation, the support chat is always very responsive. I have not had any issues with anyone complaining about using the widget so to me thats a win.
Cons: I am a developer, I don't actually use the widget that much but I implement it. I would comment the language selector, I don't like how it flashes the native language and then it translates it, this has to do with how the page loads then userway widget but its not a great experience in my opinion.
Jason C. · Developer · Financial Services · June 6, 2025
Easy to contact and to evaluate the case and find the right solution. Also great post sales assistance.
Pros: Easy to install, customize and navigate. Instructions to install were clear and the esthetics in the website is great.
Cons: It's not really clear what provides the free version, as we understand you could use that perpetually. We are pro now anyways.
Sílvia G. · Communication Manager · Entertainment · June 3, 2025
Pros: The accessibility widget makes it easy for our website to be user-friendly to all people. We have had no complaints!
Cons: We do not have any complaints about the accessibility widget. It has been working very well for us and we don't have to worry.
Lexie K. · COO · Utilities · June 2, 2025
Very happy with the widget. It allowed us to quickly add an accessibility tool to our website with limited developer involvement.
Pros: The app is easy to install and works instantly - anyone with website access would be able to install this widget. It is great that you can customize it to your brand, and position it easily on your website. I like that Userway sends you emails, with recommendations on how to use the tool and continuous improvement like branding, adding an accessibility statement, sharing your use of the tool online, and more.
Cons: So far there are no cons. Aside from the subscription-based model, which the preference would be to purchase the product at a one-time fee.
Jacqueline K. · Senior Communications Specialist · Research · June 1, 2025
Easy. Copy and paste code. That's it. I've been using UserWay for two years and I only had two customer support messages. One for getting started and the other for my new website. Smooth transition, less than 3 minutes. Peace of mind.
Pros: That I won't get sued for not having accessibility issues on my website. On top of that is really easy to use for disabled people.
Cons: Nothing to say here. Everything is so easy, just copy and paste the code provided on your backend of your website and you are ready to go. Prevent having heavy fines for not having your website in proper conditions.
Andres V. · Marketing Manager · Hospitality · May 30, 2025
Overall, my experience with user way was great. The product works and the customer support was excellent, my customer support specialist was [sensitive content hidden] and he was very thorough in helping me.
Pros: What I liked most about the user way accessibility widget is the fact that it is extremely easy to install. Also the product is very thorough.
Cons: What I least liked about the accessibility widget is the pricing, and the minor glitch I had with the two sites.
Andres D. · Marketing Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 27, 2025
I like the widget and the great benefits Userway provides. I highly recommend it to my clients and colleagues!
Pros: I found the UserWay Accessibility Widget quite beneficial due to its straightforward implementation process, which made it easy to get started. Furthermore, I was particularly pleased with its level of customizability, which allowed me to tailor the widget to suit my specific needs and preferences perfectly.
Cons: Everything is on track. There are no issues or concerns to report at this time. All aspects of our website project are progressing positively and satisfactorily. Therefore, it is my pleasure to express my complete satisfaction with the current USERway widget and to encourage you to maintain the high level of performance and dedication that you have demonstrated thus far. Please continue the excellent work; your efforts are greatly appreciated and yield positive results.

The support team was very professional and considerate to my questions and technical issues that were resolved immediately.
Pros: I really like the ease of use and customization, customer support very helpful with technical and sales questions.
Cons: nothing to report, it's probably the best ADA widget solution on the internet after researching many providers.
Joey Z. · owner · Retail · May 21, 2025
Great service, takes the hassle out of useability compliance. Online agents are always available and great at answering queries.
Pros: Ease of use for end user and ease of administration.
Cons: N/A. We haven't observed anything we didn't like.
