I am happy we chose FinCell as our mobile app. It is simple, affordable and scalable solution and fits our case well.
Pros: FinCell is built by experienced team that knows financial domain quite well. We were looking for mobile application that our customers could use daily banking operations such as payments, accounts balance, cards management etc. The team is always there to answer questions and help during onboarding. We have plans to expand functionality later and this can be done easily. Also, it is priced and is much more efficient than doing it in-house
Cons: There may be necessary to improve our existing APIs. Therefore, we needed to work with our other vendor as well (ant it takes time).

The software provides exactly what we needed with focus on user-friendly banking experience. It is convenient to launch and then expand later. Besides, the support team is always available to assist with the setup.
Pros: Good support from FinCell team, sufficient flexibility, FinCell works great, clear procedures. As one of the first customers using this system, I have been impressed at the value we got.
Cons: It may take time to setup and launch a white-label app especially if you never did this before.

We are happy to have this partnership, as developing of app in-house would be a much longer and more expensive process. The number of customers using apps is growing significantly every month, and it shows that the product is convenient and useful for our end users as well.
Pros: It has all necessary main features and also may be improved and developed by your needs. Great comunication with the team.
Cons: In order to add new features resources of our IT team is needed as well (API standardization)

Working with SaaS solution reduces costs significantly and brings know-how and quality to customer channels effectively. It is quite competitive solution to launch app and develop further based on customer needs.
Pros: FinCell offers good user experience and nice design that can be adapted to a particular situation. FinCell team is flexible adding additional functionality, has experience in local market and allows expanding with already built functionality free of charge.
Cons: Starting to work with SaaS product requires broader organizational adjustments which takes time. It is not so simple as plug-and-play and we needed to perform adjustments on our end. In addition, it may be time-consuming to determine where issues arise and who needs to perform a fix, testing requires input on our end and new functionality may require adaptations on our side for cost that is not included in monthly fee.
