Pros: Our team is pretty well-versed in accessibility, but we implemented Equally AI’s Flowy as an extra layer of security to ensure full compliance. Surprisingly, it flagged multiple ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) issues on our interactive dashboard that we had completely overlooked. For instance, some aria-labels on complex charts weren’t appropriately defined, which meant screen readers couldn’t interpret the data correctly. [sensitive content hidden] provided expert guidance on how to fix these ARIA roles and attributes without breaking our functionality. This saved us a lot of resources that would have been spent on extensive retrofits and potential user complaints.

Cons: While the ARIA fixes were manageable, I’d appreciate even more detailed documentation within the solution itself to speed up the fix process. The support was excellent, but I prefer having all info on hand.

Pros: The installation process for Flowy was super fast. The ability to have control over your accessibility it what we’re looking for, as other widgets or solutions are or time consuming or not good enough to reach the level of compliance we need which is 100%.

Cons: They provided us with a free onboarding gift which was very helpful, but we had a lot of questions and they offered their docs or another meeting for $75 for 45min which I think is expensive as we pay a significant amount of money for them.

Cons: There was not anything I really didn’t like about Equally AI. There was one integration feature to Wordpress site that didn’t work. I had to post the code into the website instead.

For me who is new to this kind of web business, I didn't know that a site should be compliant and Equally AI just gave me that information.
