It has been great, our salon has been using it for two years and I am happy with it, it has been a great improvement from our previous system.
Pros: Great online booking system, lots of helpful features for scheduling and inventory etc. they have great customer service and are always improving their system.
Cons: I would like to see some clients card options, for example a specific folder or tab to keep color cards and products used in clients profile. Just the area to write notes isn't organized enough.

Cons: No cons the app is well put together, easy to operate and manage great customers support if there is anything problems.

Pros: Customer support is flawless, the system its self is amazing. Having someone be a text away incase you run into issues is Amazing! Setting up the account the fact that they have videos for literally everything incase you forget how to create a package or run payroll. Very user friendly
Cons: I know it’s it the works, because they are great with feed back, but all it needs to be perfect is the ability to integrate with other softwares.

Absolutely wonderful. Start to finish the process was great. I love that all of my employees have access to the learning center for quick answers.
Pros: The customer service is INCREDIBLE. Their chat feature connects you to an actual human that works on the problem until it's solved. The setup support was excellent.
Cons: There are a few little things I wish it could do, mostly involving drag and drop. Very minor things that just bug me personally but I'm sure most others would have to issue with.

My experience with MangoMint has been great. The staff is friendly and communicates in a timely manner. The only change I've made since using the service was to switch payroll providers. That was not due to anything MangoMint did as far as service, it was cost savings for me. Aside from that I have had a great experience.
Pros: I am a new nail salon owner. MangoMint has helped so much with an easy interface platform and extremely helpful, on-call assistance. I am able to use the platform to manage schedules and appointments with ease. I did integrate the online booking tool to my website and my guest love how easy it is to use.
Cons: If I could add one feature to MangoMint it would be automatic rebooking screen pop up as soon as payment is done on the terminal. We do ask each guest to rebook but if MangoMint could automatically suggest an appointment at +2 or +3 weeks that would be very helpful.

Ive been very happy with mangomint. I recommend to everyone! It has honestly been so easy to work with and surprised more people haven’t heard of it. They have thought of pretty much everything.
Pros: Very user friendly, it does everything I need it to and more! Online booking is great. Patients love it!
Cons: Some Preset forms would be helpful. However the forms are very easy to build. More so than other EMRs I have used.

We love using Mangomint at our salon! I enjoy how the different colors show when a client is confirmed, waiting, in service and checked out!
Pros: I like the aesthetic of the whole thing, I feel like I have seen other booking sites in the past and noticed how cluttered they look compared to mangomint’s more sleek look.
Cons: There is nothing I can think of that I like the least, there are some things that you just need to play around with in order to figure out which takes some time but there is no avoiding the learning period on how to use it!

100% satisfaction with all phases of transfer. I am still learning about all the added benefits but I am most excited about being able to have the client check out while sitting in the chair
Pros: The amazing support team and contact person walked me through each step of the transfer. I would say I was very skeptical about changing after being with the same company for so many years, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. I like that we had a “check off” list to keep me on track.
Cons: The price I felt initially was a little more, but honestly I did not have any additional features with my previous software program. I am happy with the rate based on all that I am receiving

Overall I like it and haven't had any major issues. Again, there can be improvement but it's not an end factor.
Pros: It is definitely user friendly, especially for those who are not tech savvy. Scheduling/appointment is both easy for staff and patients - just with a click of button! I also appreciate the help chat!
Cons: I wish there is a better way to chart injectables, like botox. For example, have a face for the provider to mark on the face. I also wish there was a way to compare photos for before and afters.

The overall experience is great! Making it easy for the clinic and the patient is part of our values.
Pros: Easy for the clinic to schedule patients and online booking. Checking out a sale is also very easy!!
Cons: Not able to compare pictures side by side and show to the patients the before and after. We have to use another app for that.

It's been easy and pleasant as well as productive. It loads really quickly and keeps me signed in which is so convenient.
Pros: The user interface and ease of modifying shift schedules, and managing blocks and client appointments.
Cons: It's all pretty good. As a staff member, it's challenging to have to rely on an. Administrator for certain functions, but that's pretty standard

I have 5 spas using Mangomint and any future spas we have will also use Mangomint. Their customer service is amazing and their app is very easy to use. I love that they are constantly making improvements and are receptive to feedback. It's a great company!
Pros: Incredible customer support team - very timely, friendly, and helpful. User-friendly and intuitive app interface. Easy to use for providers and clients. Constantly improving the app and launching new features. Really great service and team all around!
Cons: We had some issues with card readers in the past, but were never able to identify why. I have 5 spas on Mangomint and it's not easy to switch between different spas.

Again, I have been very happy here and loved using the system. It is simple, minimalistic and customer service has always been wonderful.
Pros: I love the simplistic look of Mangomint. The back end of the software is also very easy to set up and make changes to the menu, services, packages or memberships. It is a very clean look for the clients and also for the back end and you work on setting up appointments. I love the express booking feature, placing the appointment on the calendar and having a link sent to the client to confirm date, time, and credit card info is wonderful. Many times, clients message to get a good time to come in instead of booking themselves. This way, I have the cc on file in case of any no-shows or late cancellations. I also like the express checkout. The support, any time I have needed anything, has also been wonderful, and that is very important when working with a company!
Cons: The cost is high. I knew that going in as a solo provider, I knew they were geared to bigger salons, but some of the features I loved here I could not find in other software, such as the express booking. I would love it if the Forms app were included in the price. Filling out consents is crucial, and I wish that were included in the price for the service. I pay for it and upgraded to the next tier so I could have memberships, because having it all in one profile just makes my brain happier.

Fantastic! [sensitive content hidden] was my onboarding manager and held my hand every step of the way. No AI bots! When I've needed help chat support (real humans) are there 18 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pros: Switching software is hard. Mangomint did 95% of the work and made it nearly effortless. We were with our previous software system for over 5 years and that's a lot of information to move over. I also love that clients don't need to remember a login for their account!
Cons: I'd like to see more customizations within the calendars to make it more visually appealing. The downside of not having account logins is clients with packages are unable to book without our required online deposit. And the price is quite a jump from our previous system, however, it's making my life more easier and it's saving my staff valuable time so it's worth the extra investment.

Overall I would highly recommend Mangomint. I prefer Mangomint over the other EMR that we use for our surgical side of the office. I am always impressed with the customer support and their problem solving on my unusual requests.
Pros: I love how easy Mangomint is for my team to learn and use. The interface is intuitive for booking appointments and checking people out. We don't ever hear complaints from our patients regarding booking appointments online or the text messages that Mangomint sends out for us. The customer support is incredible. I often have complex reporting questions and the team is often able to find a work around or add in that report to the interface for me. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features to improve the platform.
Cons: I wish there was a dual factor authentication especially from the phones. There are some other random one off issues that would make our lives easier -- like having a history of edits made to a ticket and who made them, not updating the pricing when we open an old ticket, adding a feature so my team can see inventory without editing the inventory numbers, easier way to associate products with specific services. We also love reporting -- I think there are additional reporting features that could be added over time to pull more metrics for the clinic and providers.

Fantastic experience. I've been using them for over 6 years. They always put the the consumer first.
Pros: I love this platform. I've been using it for years. It makes booking online & manually extremely easy. Anytime I have ever had a problem they have always fixed it. The customer service is amazing. It's worth the money. I also love how they are always looking for ways to be better.
Cons: I don't have any. They are always looking for ways to be better. I have really enjoyed working with this company and have no cons to put.

I do have a great experience with Mangomint and with all the booking programs that I have used in the past, they have been the best.
Pros: The Customer Service is exceptional & all of the features available in one program makes it a very strong booking program.
Cons: Extra fees for marketing (last program I had it was free), or the extra fees for new add ons. I feel like it is a premium program but I also pay a premium price already.

From day one of chatting with Kalvin on a call to today, my experience with Mangomint has been incredible. The software runs exactly as I need it to, clients find it easier to schedule online than with my previous company, I love the customization options to really make my business stand out.
Pros: My favorite thing about Mangomint is their customer support. Being able to chat with them and quickly get a response has been a game changer for my business. My previous software company it could take weeks for a response and in the fast paced beauty world we don’t have time for that.
Cons: I haven’t experienced something I dislike. Some of the features when new to the software were difficult and frustrating to use but with time it all made sense and have worked since then.

My overall experience has been great. They listen to my requests about what I need. They are prompt in helping when I have questions.
Pros: Our online booking is so much easier with Mangomint. Guests have commented repeatedly how easy it is to use, customer support is top notch!
Cons: There are some formatting issues in reports, and there are some reports I would like to have. I would also like a drop down menu that would allow more details about salon guests, such as shop guest, referral, repeat, request, new request

I have used several different spa software systems over many years in the spa business and MangoMint is by far the best. It is intuitive and easy to use and covers all bases in regard to capabilities. And, if there is something that you have a problem with or a question about, customer service quickly and kindly responds with a solution. I highly recommend MangoMint!
Pros: Ease of use for clients and spa staff, quick, friendly and helpful customer service, regularly rolling out of upgrades to the system, smooth workflow with booking, payment processing and client management.
Cons: I really can't think of anything that I don't like. Everything is streamlined and keeps operations running smoothly.

I've had an incredibly positive experience with Mangomint. I can't speak enough about their customer service and how helpful they are in answering any and all questions you have.
Pros: $79
Cons: We had tried their payroll processing system for a month but it wasn't built out enough for us to justify swapping over from our current platform. It's a more expensive option with fewer features.

I have been using Mangomint for 6 months and my salon growth has been noticeable. Any questions are answered with a smiling face. And my cost is nearly half that of a competitor, while sticking to my branding much better.
Pros: First, the cost is worlds different from other premium systems and I'm not missing anything. Onboarding was so smooth, with video meetings whenever I needed to go over all the features. My clients are loving how smooth the interface is and how seamlessly they can schedule appointments. Self-check out is so cool!
Cons: I Which the reporting functions were a little more intuitive. I am having a hard time gathering information or knowing where to look, even though it is all available.
