As a user, I appreciate the wide variety of notifications, it helps workflow when we are infomed when orders arrive, and when they are shipped. The interface is user-friendly, and the back end is easy to access and find each portal and their contents.
Pros: Integrates easily with our MIS, drops the orders in and alerts the assigned parties, shipping notifications are consice and let both the user and the client know when orders have been shipped
Cons: Would like a bit more ability to pick and choose what info is dropped into the MIS tickets, sometimes information appears in the ticket in unexpected places, and there isnt a way to make the info move to where we want it.

We asked Propago to manage some very customized order workflows for a very large technology manufacturer, and their platform outshined all available competitors, and several customized internal applications. All for a fraction of the cost. We went with Propago and never looked back.
Pros: Propago's customer support is my favorite feature of their platform. We ask for a lot of customizations, and the Propago team is always open minded and willing to contribute new ideas to achieve our desired results.
Cons: Flipping from Back-end to front end interface, depending on the desired feature, is sometimes cumbersome.

Propago is a great tool for order and warehouse management. Value for the spend that's an all-in-one system for orders, fulfillment and reporting. Most features are baked into the system in a way that are modular adds for other systems. The system is intuitive and when you need Support, the team is quick to respond and provides useful feedback. #value#support#easeofuse#processmanagement
Pros: Propago is a great tool for order and warehouse management, a lot of functionality in one tool. API friendly, and their team knows the product and industry well.
Cons: The knowledgebase resource could be stronger, better search within it. Some features for bulk data management of address to user management would be better with a backend import feature. And I'd like to see better functionality to the users managing other users within the system. Digital Asset Manager module needs enhancement overall, useful for light asset management.

My experience has boiled down to having almost no experience with B2B/eCommerce platforms, where I was given complex problems to solve, and now being able to troubleshoot and help create solutions!
Pros: The company I work for started using Propago about 6 months ago. The team is always pleasant to talk to. The UI has a slight learning curve—mostly just learning where things are. Their backend and storefront management seem to have almost unlimited capabilities. Image storage and management are easy to use and offer competitive pricing. There is even space to edit some front-end HTML and CSS. I would recommend Propago to anyone seeking a well-designed platform!
Cons: I have had no real complaints to date about the support or the platform! The response time is always excellent, and they even go out of their way to help resolve internal issues if they ever arise.

It's been very smooth for me lately, only an occasional error to diagnose. I would like to learn more about any changes with HP SiteFlow integrations.
Pros: Their ability to take on our form building in Page Flex. I would be task to build jobs and fix problem files and I never had enough time to keep the client happy
Cons: In the past when fixing my PageFlex Layouts that errored. I would not learn what I did wrong and how the fix was executed. Actual PageFlex Training was never effective here at Shawmut for me, since I have may roles and we did not have enough work to hire a fulltime template builder.

I have been able to keep my customer orders fulfilled and shipped on a timely manner, and being able to watch the tracking report from the order screen is excellent for my inventory.
Pros: The organization or the format of how orders are retrieved from the prapago system then implemented into the process of filling the order is totally awesome!
Cons: There is nothing that ruffles my feathers with Propago! I enjoy the experience of the completed process of fulfilling customer orders and tracking their shipment.

It works ok for what we're using it for (1 customer), but a bit limited. Not as robust as the software we use for the rest of our customers.
Pros: Simplicity in receiving inventory - can receive single products with multiple entry, or if a whole list there's a simple import function.
Cons: The need to print paperwork manually - unit placards after receipt, orders. Limitations in consolidation zones.

Been working with Propago for about 8 years and the company has made many updates to the platform. Their help ticket system is great when you are stuck on any project, they respond with corrections and notes on how to get to the solution. Overall a great company to work with.
Pros: There are a great number of features on Propago and continue to grow as they enhance their offerings. My favorite feature is probably Public Offers as it can collect orders for a large group order we do regularly for our customers.
Cons: Some features can be enhanced more, but Propago seems to be working on updating most, so no big complaints here.

Overall I would definitely recommended anyone to use Propago. My personal experience has been very positive. Propago allows us to manage our clients inventory, as well as streamlining their internal ordering process. We rely on Propago everyday, and it really has allowed us to focus more on the other day to day operations. I really would give it a 4.5 stars if I could.
Pros: I do love the editing features in Propago. Especially on the front end how much customization capabilities they have. The reporting is awesome, and there is still a lot to learn on my end. The Support team is great to work with. I cannot thank them enough.
Cons: The things I least like about Propago some of the verbiage and how scattered some of the features are. I have years of digital design experience and if I did not have that background I would probably struggle a bit more than I do. Adding banner images or text is a code rather than a drag and drop type of easy implementation. I feel if it was more guided towards someone that knows nothing about tech tools this would really streamline the user experience and make Propago something anyone could use. Also reduce the support questions. All online tutorials (youtube) are basically sales guided, and would like to learn more about the product features on my own time.

I love it! I am self-taught in terms of using it, that's the best. I was able to log on and surf through it and figure out how to use it, but it would be helpful if there was a guide where you can type in your inquiry and a bot responds with direction on how to find x or how to do y.
Pros: It's intuitive and user friendly! If ever there is an issue, customer service is responsive and eager to help!
Cons: If ever there is an idea or something that the client needs that will help improve their use of the platform propago needs to be flexible and provide options.

I’ve been using Propago for over eight years and have consistently enjoyed everything it has to offer. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and continues to evolve with our needs. What truly sets Propago apart, though, is their outstanding support team—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success.
Pros: At first, Propago can feel overwhelming—mainly because of how much it has to offer. But after some training, I found the platform to be very user-friendly and intuitive. Their support team has also been fantastic—always helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable.
Cons: I still find that I need additional training on some of Propago’s administrative features. Given how robust the platform is, it would be incredibly helpful to have a comprehensive user guide that covers all aspects of its capabilities. A detailed reference like that would make it much easier to learn and navigate the system—especially for new employees coming onboard.

Overall really good, if there ever are any road bumps, the devs usually get them fixed pretty quickly or offer other solutions to what we're asking. I currently can't see anything it would be lacking aside from QOL updates for load times.
Pros: All of its bulk loading and bulk editing capabilities for products. Our work would be a nightmare in terms of manpower if we couldn't effectively update large amounts of part data at the same time.
Cons: Sluggish loading and saving time. Part indexing takes a minimum of 5 minutes and could potentially take longer or get stuck and need me to reindex it numerous times to push an update. Part searching can sometimes take a while when I'm just trying to search for one thing, especially if I open the part search in a new window it will just continue its search from before instead of allowing me to clear it and search for something else. Softproof downloading and saving takes such a long time for larger files and sometimes will give 'download failed' messages repeatedly until it finally works. Overall load times need to be addressed.

My experience with Propago has been 99% positive and I'd highly recommend their product to others. The product and service provided is top notch.
Pros: The responsiveness of the Propago team to fix/help with issues and make requested updates to the program that benefit all of their customers.
Cons: I really wish that there were release notes that came out with the releases/updates for users to review each week. I feel like a lot of times, new features are released and I don't find out about them until I run into an issue the release may have caused. I also would like to know about new features because it's great to be able to actually use them.

Overall Propago has been great for what we need it to do. When changing something on the website the loading is a bit slow but otherwise I will continue to use.
Pros: I enjoy the customizable possibilities Propago has. The mailing and printing industry can be a very niche subject so finding a sight that is made for it is great.
Cons: I don't like that you need to ask a specialist whenever you have a question on how to do things. I feel like there should be a minimum guide book.

It's a fine website. There is defiantly room for improvement and looking forward to seeing changes in the years to come working with this.
Pros: The easy navigation from page to page. I also love the simplistic/ Grey tones background to the website in general. I have to look at this website all day long. If it were something bright like this review page, it would give me a headache no doubt.
Cons: The long loading times. I try and be patient with that, but when I have 20 hand closed orders and it's just "spinning" for 30 seconds to a few minutes between orders can be frustrating. Also, it takes a long time for orders to print after submission.
