Pros: What I like most about DaySmart Salon is how it simplifies both appointment booking and client communication in one place. The scheduling system is very user-friendly, making it easy for both staff and clients to book, reschedule, or manage appointments without confusion. It saves a lot of time and reduces the chances of errors or double bookings. Another standout feature is the built-in email and text marketing tools. They allow me to stay connected with clients through reminders, promotions, and personalized messages, which helps improve client retention and reduce no-shows. The automation options are especially helpful because they keep communication consistent without requiring constant manual effort. Cons: At this time, I don’t have any major concerns or dislikes about DaySmart Salon, as I have only recently started using the platform. My experience is great. We were using millennium. We went over to daysmart and it was great. I was able to transfer all my client notes from one system to another love.It.
Pros: Easy to use.love the fact that you can add pictures of your clients. Happy you can edit your notes. The old system I used to use.You couldn't do that, you just had to make a new note. I really love it. Very user friendly.
Cons: I haven't found any cons yet. From my opinion, I don't see any cons as of now.With daysmart salon. It's very easy to use.

Even with its slight flaws, we won’t give it up. Tried others systems when we got frustrated in years past but came back to DaySmart.
Pros: Easy to use and the text and email reminders it sends out make it worth the cost. Truly those reminders cut down on no shows by over 95%
Cons: On rare occasions the systems goes down or we have to do an unexpected update so it works again. Both are short lived inconveniences.

I have used this program for over 10 years and I have never considered even trying a different system offered by anyone else to do my scheduling and POS for my Salon.
Pros: I really like how user-friendly this program is. All of my clients really appreciate the communication about their appointments. And my favorite thing is that your POS system is included in your subscription.
Cons: I can’t think of anything that I don’t like. I guess I could say if it were cheaper, I would be happier.

Throw away those smudgy appointment books and messy scratch-outs and hard to read re-writes. Perfection!
Pros: The learning curve was sooo quick. My clients all commented how much they appreciated the reminders and the ease of rescheduling was probably the most enjoyable. Also love the color identification of services and ability to book a whole year in a few seconds. The cost per month is very affordable.
Cons: I have absolutely zero cons and have been using this app for over a decade. I can book my clients for a year in advance in just seconds. Love it!

I’ve been using it for 13 years since it was salon iris! I am very comfortable and familiar with it. And I have used it from a stylist perspective, a salon owner perspective, and as a receptionist. And it is very easy to use.
Pros: Very easy and user friendly! I’ve been using the app for most of my career and I have no complaints.
Cons: Nothing really. Maybe just able to see a full weeks schedule in one viewing on iPhone. Instead of 3 days

Pros: I've been using DaySmart for about 10 years and I love it. It's easy to use, the price is great, it's easy for me to manage my appts and for my clients to schedule. Also the payment processing added in is a nice feature.
Cons: I can't say there's really anything that I don't like about DaySmart software, there's a reason I've been using it for over 10yrs

Pros: The platform offers an incredible range of features, and what we appreciate most is that the DaySmart team continues to evolve the software. They are receptive to feedback and open to suggestions, which is something we truly value as a growing business operating multiple locations.
Cons: One small area for improvement would be the pricing structure for marketing text messages. Particularly for salons that communicate frequently with clients. For high-volume businesses like ours, the text message counts can add up quickly.

I have not been a customer long but I can assure you I will continue to be. This product has changed my daily functions of being a busy salon owner for the better. Bye bye paper appointment book hello easy, profitable booking system. I will continue to spread the word on this amazing product.
Pros: Since day 1 this product has been amazing. From the scary moments of letting go of your paper appointment book you've been clutching for over 20 years, to the easy transfer of clients, services, inventory all in one place. With all the different features, options and price points it made choosing the right product for my business. I am a forever customer of this product as it gives my clients and myself a great sense of security on day to day activities and appointments.
Cons: There is not much to complain about but the only few things that come to mind is that I (operator) does not get notified if I have any cancelations or changes to my schedule. Additionally I don't like that I don't have the option to expand the schedule to full screen . These may all be operator related and I just have to learn these features still

My overall experience has been great. I have been using this app for many years as my only scheduler. I tried a different scheduler once and came back to this one. Daysmart is user friendly and affordable.
Pros: Ease of use since I work by myself yet versatile enough to use for multiple employees if needed. As well as reminders day a day prior for clients reduces no shows.
Cons: Sometimes the system doesnt send the reminders to the client. When this happens it can cause confusion for the client. Also i have experienced the system sending the client the wrong appointment day which also causes confusion. Fortunately this is very rare

Overall the salon software is convenient and easy to use. Most of the information you need can also be accessed with your phone
Pros: Easy to use, I like that you can access the software by an app on your phone. It's pretty easy to learn how to use the software. And the best feature is the ability to check out from anywhere.
Cons: There are some reports I would add. The dashboard is only a day by day, it would be nice to see a comparison side by side of other days or months

Is ok my first time using an app for appointments at the beginning I struggled. I think things are better now after a year using them.
Pros: Appointment management with customer is very satisfactory it definitely helps to have have a app that customers make there own appointments without having to reach me directly
Cons: Response I can’t speak to someone directly right away. Sometimes you have to wait for an email in a time so it could be a little frustrating at times.

Besides the user-friendly, it has so many things to choose from. For example, inventory payroll time clock. I especially like that each individual service has its own color so I can see in a glance. Oh I have three colors and three cuts. I love that part. I had this many years ago sold that business got a new business years later and found that I wanted an appointment app. I tried others because this one was under a different name. I had a hard time finding it after. I did find it a couple years later I was not sorry that I went back.
Pros: Very user friendly. Customer support has been awesome. I especially love the different colored services so at a glance, you can just know what services you have.
Cons: My mobile app on our phones lag. I did have quite a bit of problems hooking up the credit card company that they use. I got it worked out, but I can’t use it on my iPad. I have to use my phone so that we gotta swap over that’s a little annoying.

It’s really just been fantastic. It doesn’t matter if I’m on a vacation on a boat in the middle of a Lake and a client messages me, I can still easily and quickly book them appointment!
Pros: The DaySmart Salon app was a game changer for me and our Salon. Before we had a paper schedule and you had to physically be in the salon to book appointments or call the salon and interrupt a coworker (not great!). it was very easy to quickly navigate the app. We haven’t had any security issues. We pay once a year for the use the value for the ease of being able to book from anywhere is fantastic. It’s also awesome. You can make notes of what products your clients have purchased in the past so there’s no second-guessing a purchase. There is just so many great options with this app. it’s also great for clients who are booking appointments with multiple people you can look at just your schedule or select individuals schedules or everyone’s schedule.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of any bad things about this app. every once in a while, the system is down, but it always gets quickly resolved from what I’ve experienced.

Pros: Very easy to use and set up was able to send birthday messages to all my clients which is a nice feature love how easy it makes my booking work as I am a solo salon
Cons: If there is a problem it’s hard to get a live person on the phone also, wish there was an easier way to put our services in for our appointments

I have been using the software for almost 6 years and it’s the best one I have used. I wouldn’t recommend anything else
Pros: I very much enjoy the software, it’s very easy to use. The appointment bookings are what you make it for time management which is awesome because some softwares can’t be altered for time. It keeps track of daily weekly and monthly reports. I love it!
Cons: I have yet to come across something I don’t like with Dayasmart everything I have encountered I was able to reach someone on the tech side for help

Overall I have found daysmart fantastic. I have never had trouble logging in no matter where I am. My appointments are easy to book and my clients love the reminder messages
Pros: It is really easy to use. I love the reminders that get sent out and that i can go through the reports to see how the business is growing
Cons: That I dont get notification when someone cancels via txt and the appointment disappeared so I cant see who was booked there

Pros: i like that everything is in one place. my webiste, products, services, gift certificates, processing fees everything in 1 spot 1 simple payment. Day smart has changed my life for the better.
Cons: i wish there was a spot that you could block out for clean up time. I know theres a spot for processing ad finnishing but thats more hair dresser lingo. I am an esthetician and i love to block off time to clean my room up between clients or have a break. this would help my business so much

Pros: Customer service is amazing and very helpful! Daysmart is very easy to use. Also the reminder text/emails help with having less no shows.
Cons: Have no cons! I have never had any issues that were never taken care of. Questions are always answered very quickly.

Pros: DaySmart is straight forward and easy to navigate for scheduling my clients. Appreciate the ability to share scheduling with other employees.
Cons: I appreciate all the options available from inventory to client information. Would like reminder messages to be more consistent.

my overall experience with Daysmart is amazing i love the website and creative freedom you can have with choosing colors of services and everything and its very easy to use
Pros: it is very new user friendly even if you arent tech savvy it is very easy to navigate i love how you can make your own client forms in the website and it gives you templates and everything
Cons: The only thing i dislike about Daysmart is there is no "undo" button because when i accidentally cancel an appointment or something goes wrong with the times i have to try to remember their phone number or the correct spelling of their first and last name and sometimes i cannot remember so an undo button would be helpful

Pros: The app is fantastic!! It keeps me organized and so easy to use. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. Can’t beat the price either! It’s great and recommend it to everyone that needs a reliable scheduling system.
Cons: Honestly I’ve used other platforms and I have no cons about DaySmart, sometimes it takes a minute or 2 to load the app when I’m on the phone.
