Pros: I like that my queries are saved so I just need to click once to trigger a common extraction request.

Cons: I would like to see some better organization of the google review data. After I extract it, I have sort the data by the time frame the review was recorded.

Pros: Ease of use. Pre-built interfaces with commonly used website

Cons: Missing data and no obvious way to add fields. Zillow interface is good. It would be far more useful with a few extra fields

Cons: The link to ScrapeHero data expired. This was an unpleasant surprise.

Pros: ScrapeHero offers data sets of store listing for major gas, grocery, etc. chains. The data is provided in csv format and contains GPS information. The data is refreshed periodically. If you are looking to expand your customer base, SH has plenty channels to choose from.

Cons: Contact or customer support is only via email. However, the responses are timely.

Pros: Accurate data and great breadth available. Accurate.

Cons: Check out process when purchasing products a little unreliable at times

Pros: Websites like redfin and zillow do not export most sold comps in most counties to excel. This helps with that.

Cons: Initial learning curve was not steep but it did require some tweaking.

Pros: We enjoy the fast access to retailer data that we can add to our store locator. Many times retailers are slow to provide store addresses and this allows us to quickly add the locations our products are available to the store locator.

Cons: There isn't anything that I can recall as a downside to the service.

Cons: I really do not have any dislikes. understanding that our projects are collaborative, we ask if (what is often) an unreasonable deadline can be met with the understanding that our request is challenging. Graciously, ScrapeHero has always delivered. If anything, we hope to be better customers and guide our project owners/customers to plan further ahead.

Pros: I needed to extract public data into a usable form. I tried to find resources to help, and after several unfortunate other options I found ScrapeHero. That was about two years ago. They are inexpensive, they know what they are doing and they do what they say they are going to do. Refreshing.

Cons: I have never had actual phone or video contact with the company. That was an initial cause of suspicion, but at this point given the excellent service it is a non-issue.

Pros: The ScrapeHero team is friendly - I like working with a real human on the other end that after a few projects, have gotten to know me and my team. They are thorough and run a strong QA process, verifying that the data meets our specifications before executing the full scrape. They also will custom clean/standardize the data according to our specifications, saving my team time.

Cons: Turn-around time is generally a couple of weeks. Great fit for campaigns you have time to execute, but not a fit for rapid-turn-around situations.

Cons: Overall I'm happy with the service but I do think that some back and forth could have been avoided by more closely reviewing my scraping brief at the outset.

Pros: They can offer different service on data scrapper.Also, they are flexible, quick to response and able to delivery high quality data.

Cons: The cost and if they can offer different package to save the cost.Also, I hope we can have a portal for some quick insight, but we did not opt in such service

Pros: ScrapeHero helps us to monitor the locations of specific types of medical clinics so we can better know the competitive landscape of markets that are clients are interested in.

Cons: In my 2+ years as a ScrapeHero customer I have not yet run into any problems with them. They are accurate, fit my budget and complete my projects in a timely manner.

Pros: Speed, data quality, great customer service, constant communication

Cons: We started with a small delay, but we accomplished the deadline with a great effort of their team.

Pros: When you need to dive in and pivot the data to see who led, its great for that.

Cons: However since the data only comes as a CSV File, it is not the ideal tool to open and see who is violating.

Pros: have used scrapehero for a pilot to pull contract stabs at a hris company and convert them into structured data feeds entering a AR module of a CRM to keep track of incoming revenue. Has good parsers available for document to text conversion

Cons: limited functionality in terms of what it can do with RPA, it is difficult to implement in use cases that are non traditional

Pros: Quality and consistency of delivered content is excellent. I've had a couple small changes to our requirements, and they've responded within a couple hours each time.

Cons: None to speak of. I'm happy with how things are going.
