The support team is amazing. So attentive to our needs. They care very much about our success and spent many hours, days and weeks with us.
Pros: I love the features. Demand Pricing. Beautiful webstore. Ease of moving appointments. Online booking. Customer communication.
Cons: Many glitches with implementation, but that is to be expected when launching a new software. Some of the limitations with regard to reporting and invoicing, but we are working through those things.

Overall, my experience is positive, everything is professional, and platform offers many useful features once you get familiar with the system
Pros: The customer service has been excellent. The onboarding and setup support team were very helpful and patience throughout the whole process whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the support team was quickly to help made the transition much smoother.
Cons: The system can feel a little complex at first, and there are many features and tests to learn. It takes some time to fully understand and navigate everything efficiently.

Our overall experience with Zenoti has been extremely positive. As a small medspa with four providers and one manager, the conversion process has been my sole responsibility, but I have never felt like I was doing it alone. The support we have received from the Zenoti team has been amazing every step of the way. Their weekly check-ins, responsiveness, training and willingness to help has made the transition feel much more manageable. We truly appreciate the guidance, patience, and support that has helped us feel confident throughout the process.
Pros: Zenoti support has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout our experience. Their weekly check-ins have made it easy to stay on track, ask questions, and address any concerns quickly. The team consistently follows up on open issues and works hard to find solutions in a timely manner. I appreciate their clear communication, patience, and willingness to guide us through each step. Overall, we have had a very positive experience and feel well-supported by the Zenoti team.
Cons: There is not one thing I don't like about Zenoti, other than I wish we would have converted years ago - but that is our fault, not theirs Zenoti is great. I can't say enough about the entire team.

I enjoy Zenoti, and I keep learning more and more regarding what it can do ... all of its functions and capabilities. Customer service has been top tier as well. Very fast reliable clear assistance from the tech team.
Pros: Zenoti has a lot of features I love, it is a lot of clicking sometimes but it really gets into the nitty gritty of the business. Many reports and formats, I also love the calendar feature which allows custom reports based on specific time frames. Performs well, pricing seems fair, AI is ever growing and can typically help before escalating to the tech team. And the tech team, great support! it doesn't matter how long it takes to troubleshoot, they'll keep at it until resolved. And the integrations like hyperconnect and Mia the AI agent, top tier.
Cons: A lot of clicking to get to something, seems like its being worked on as there's always a new update/rollout.

Pros: Our customer service rep [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and receptive to all of our questions and inquiries (which were a lot). Happy to be able to implement online booking when we're settled.
Cons: Sometimes it was difficult to understand things like terminology. I wish the data transfer process was smoother...but that is also on part of the EMR system we are leaving.

Stressful but the team were so helpful it became manageable. Weekly calls to go over all our questions and fill gaps in understanding system. Now enjoying how well we can manage packages and membership sales, we have our chart forms nailed down and can make changes with ease as needed. Liking alot that leads coming in through website sts firecylg integrated into zenoth. Easy also to message patients directly in the system
Pros: The onboarding team ( [sensitive content hidden]) were all so patient and helpful as I navigated my way through sending my forms and services etc and learning how to use the system. Happily surprised how much of patient chart notes snd photos from prior EMR were brought over to Zenoti
Cons: Its very robust and required many hours and late nights getting set up and learning the system. Felt very overwhelmed during onboarding and the early months using Zenoti

Pros: Our business migrated over to zenoti a couple of months ago and it has been a wonderful experience with all the great capabilities they offer especially for franchising. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] . is quick and efficient and lovely to work with. He has a clear understanding of our wants and needs and always finds. a solution for us. The zenoti team also provided a great training for us how to utilize the system and it is extremely easy to learn and navigate bookings, reporting, inventory, scheduling and payroll.
Cons: The beginning of the migration process was a bit difficult because they paired us with a team in a different time zone so communication was hard but this was quickly rectified and we were then paired with [sensitive content hidden] who has been absolutely amazing.

It will get easier. Right now I find it harder to schedule and rebook guests. When I add services to a ticket, it seemed harder. Also, I still am confused with Zenoti live and Groovy Katz Salon. Training isn’t showing up anymore? I looked at a report that was giving me information and now the report is different. Where I was getting credit card fee’s and total credit card deposit…
Pros: The support before integration and the steps were very detailed and on schedule. The day we went live was hard but we made it. Our online scheduling has increased. I have learned to be patient with sending questions as they are addressed to me, passing these questions onto the message board. If I don’t understand, a live agent is easily available with helping. With Rocket Lane, the degree of help is answered with meetings set up to deep dive even further
Cons: Sometimes my questions were getting answered and then they just stopped. I had to learn to be patient in the beginning and was forced to ask the message board. The Aplus rewards don’t automatically show, you have to find them. Customer returning products is not specified for product returns and Aplus rewards and redeeming points.

Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend. I was pushed to leave a positive review over and over. It was the only what they’d leave me alone.
Pros: Some of their reports were helpful and their metrics but overall it was clunky, confusing. Oh, their patient information pop up was nice.
Cons: Their report added a factor that made my payroll a disaster. I spent so many hours correcting payroll it was insane.

Overall, wonderful. I had a great onboarding team who listened to all my needs and wants as well as training.
Pros: Appointment management, support, and all systems in one place. The onboarding team was very attentive, friendly staff who worked hard to make my transition easier
Cons: Multi-functionality, yes, it is great to have multiple ways to do things, but it can be confusing when you start out.

I wish I was more involved from the beginning to have a better grip on the system. He was always there when I needed him and he is an excellent teacher for sure!
Cons: It's difficult to navigate. Alot of puzzle pieces to this program. a ton of moving parts, not simplified enough for me.

Everyone was so helpful along the way and my questions were always answered quickly. I was always given detailed instructions on how to do something. Now that we are used to the system, we are finding it very helpful.
Pros: We love the robustness of Zenoti. We also love the reposts and data that can be gleamed from it for business growth. And the customer support - that has been amazing! Being able to ask questions at any time and have an answer is so helpful.
Cons: It was confusing at times and may be a bit more than what we need at times as we are a small salon. There were definitely some frustrations with switching over the data but we got there in the end.

Overall, a strong platform that supports a professional, scalable practice. There’s a learning curve, but it works very well once set up.
Pros: Very comprehensive and designed well for medical aesthetics. Online booking, EMR, memberships, and packages are all integrated and create a seamless patient experience.
Cons: Setup is time-consuming, and some settings are difficult to find or configure. Not the most intuitive but the support team is great

I highly recommend Zenoti for anyone looking for an EMR system that is with the times, user-friendly and robust.
Pros: Working with the Zenoti has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system.
Cons: Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if Zenoti's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager [sensitive content hidden] made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items.

Oversold and under delivered. I was incredibly disappointed with the "robust" system. If robust is another analogy for dated, burdensome and cumbersome. The system has so many features that it makes it incredibly difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, as they do not have phone support, only a AI bot and chat feature which is slow to respond. Unless you operate a multimillion dollar business with extreme need I suggest you look elsewhere.
Pros: There was a TON of features... If you want the option to do it all they can definitely find away to give you everything that you are looking for in an all in one system
Cons: But because there was a TON of features it made the system incredibly difficult to navigate. It was so over built that simply changing the pricing of a product required going into several different places to do so. It made it incredibly difficult to do the simplest of tasks and the system overall is incredibly dated in its backend, customer bookings and UX. Most of all I was most disappointed in the company's customer service. They spend an absorbent amount of time trying to get you to sign on however trying to get support after the initial implementation was next to impossible.

Customer service for new company using zenoti was great. We had daily meetings and then weekly meetings
Pros: Appt. managagment, value for money, very easy to use. Customer support was wonderful. We were able to set up daily zoom meetings to get help.
Cons: n/a no complaints we have not had any issues with zenoti. It is always difficult to use a new system but this is very user friendly

Excellent experience transitioning from my old EMR system to Zenoti with the help of [sensitive content hidden]. They were incredibly helpful and patient through the entire process.
Pros: Robust, all in one platform that has many features to help my med spa. The system is highly customizable which was very important for me as a business owner.
Cons: The learning curve is a bit steep during the onboarding process. Some features require lots of training and support.

Overall, our experience has been good. The system was challenging to adjust to in the beginning, but once we learned it, it became more manageable. Pros: Zenoti has strong reporting and data analysis tools that make it easier to track performance, sales trends, and team/service metrics. Once set up, it helps us make better decisions because the numbers are clear and detailed
Cons: The biggest downside was the learning curve. Coming from our previous software, Zenoti felt tricky at first and took time to understand. Some workflows feel less intuitive, and it required extra training before our team felt fully comfortable

Overall the product will help with customer engagement and help staff with retaining clients. The integrated zoom, email, and texting features are extremely beneficial.
Pros: The onboarding team was amazing and helped to taylor the system to meet our specific needs. The training options were valuable.
Cons: The product is more expensive than other options and does not offer some basic reporting options. There is no option for creating your own reports.

Pros: Zenoti does it all. The QuickBooks and payroll integration has been a time saver for us. Using Zenoti helped us scale fast.
Cons: Limit the number of clicks. Getting around in the program needs to be more seamless. The app can be improved. There are some limitations there.
