Pros: Has a ton of features for a reasonable cost. Love the barcoding capabilities with Expiration date tracking.

Cons: Wish the product considered year end counting, and had a process developed for organizations in the system.

Pros: I love how many systems it combines so I don't have to jump between Asana, WASP Inventory system, AND Quickbooks.

Cons: There's so many charater limits in notes. The search function is very particular as far as typing things into search instead of using the filters. And unable to see the history of each item at the "Inventory List" level like with WASP Inventory.

Pros: Consolidation of multiple systems at an excellent price through our GPO. Highly recommend versus other systems I've used (especially QB inventory).

Cons: Haven't found a way to extract some noted data from our requisitions/picks. I hope there is a way to do it to capture some data for KPIs

Pros: We like that we can have all of our vendors in one place and manage the items that the field can purchase.

Cons: They need a better workflow for approvals that includes dollar amounts. There are also some loopholes in the approval process that need to be closed.

Pros: Ease of use is a hallmark of iOS, which is continually evolving with new features that enhance both functionality and aesthetic design.

Cons: The majority of the reporting is excellent; however, it would be beneficial to have more options for creating customizable reporting parameters.

Pros: ENVI's customer support team is fantastic. Very helpful and always available.

Cons: Time to implement changes within the system.

Pros: ENVI is easy to use, is versatile and is well maintained and supported. The IOS team is also progressive and forward thinking.

Cons: Could be a little bit more robust on the warehouse management and needs to incorporate more options in the project management arena i.e. (capital spend and progress payments)

Pros: I love that you can customize your master item list to capture all of the details to make it easy for anyone to identify the product.

Cons: I have no complaints. The program is very easy to navigate.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive for most users, great customer support

Cons: Implementation is fairly challenging due to mapping issues when trying to get the upload file to work with the A/P system. A definition file is also required and that assistance is not provided by ENVI. However, it should be as it's an extra cost and finding someone that knows how to write it can be challenging

Pros: The communication and help assistance. The spped in which they respond to ALL needs

Cons: I do not experience any negatives. I came into my role new to ENVI and the initial training both online and via zoom was outstanding and noted above another service

Pros: ENVI is the easiest system to use for inventory management.

Cons: It would be nice to upload an invoice and it would auto match but the manual process is not that bad.

Pros: Easy to use, makes my day to day job easy..

Cons: Nothing mayor really, I would like if we can run adjustment report base on Adjustment #.

Pros: ENVI has been a fantastic product to used in our Ambulatory Orthopedic Surgery Center. It is a very user friendly platform that has assisted in maintaining a very organized and well managed facility from beginning to end in regards to Inventory, Purchasing, Usage and AP.

Cons: ENVI has become much more user friendly as I have familiarized myself with the product. There are certain things, i.e. allowing reports to be pulled in a PDF format instead of Excel that would be helpful with updating and changing certain reports our organization needs.

Pros: Everything. I have been in the business 20 years and used many products. ENVI by far is the most user friendly, and has everything you need to manage inventory. the reporting module is especially useful. They also have a great support team.

Cons: I had to think hard to find something I don't like, the only thing I can think of is when reports are exported in Excel I have to make some changes to the formatting to manipulate the information,

Pros: ENVI was easy to implement. The reports are beneficial for budgeting and tracking vendor spend. The inventory module makes conducting physical inventories quick and uncomplicated.

Cons: I find it challenging to perform data uploads, but my Account Manager, Gabi, has always come to my aid quickly.

Pros: Ease of use to order and track product. Customer support. Meets my needs and is continually improving.

Cons: Have yet to find something that I do not like about it.

Pros: I like the ease of ENVI and how others can easily learn it as well

Cons: I wish there was a better and easier way to track inventory and to do inventory counts as well as taking our inventory

Pros: We had nothing in place prior to ENVI. ENVI has allowed visibility into purchasing as a whole. We currently integrate the payable information into our accounting software and that has been great to gain efficiencies and accuracy over our manual process being utilized prior to this solution.

Cons: Honestly, our initial implementation process was our least favorite part of ENVI. Since that time, however we now have a rockstar helping with items that were lacking in the implementation.

Pros: EDI ordering, convert to PO, and order entry features are huge time savers! We've been able to automate so many of our purchasing and internal requisition processes with Envi. Envi's dashboards and reports are user friendly and provide quick visibility for easy order management and a more detailed view of usage/spending.

Cons: The only con was that during implementation we were presented with so many options at once for our company's set up before having much experience with the system so it was hard to narrow down which features would be best for our organization. Once our account manager was introduced and we were able to communicate our goals, she was able to provide some much needed insight and direction as to how we could best utilize Envi for our needs.

Pros: Ease of use for both end users and administrators, automation features, thorough and customizable reporting functions.

Cons: I would like to be able to do returns against partial items, I.e. 50% of 1 whole item and I’d like to be able to assign percentages to the GL codes, but I do understand why this isn’t feasible.

Pros: The system is easy to implement, use and navigate.

Cons: There are lots and lots of clicks to do basic work.

Pros: The barcoding, ease of creating PO's and the inventory management all lead to time savings when placing my orders. Went from taking 3+ hours on my order days to 30-45 minutes with ENVI.

Cons: I would like to learn how to run better reports.
