Pros: Looked at a number of options and kept coming back to Label Live - ease of use is exceptional and the price is competitive

Pros: Label LIVE is incredibly simple to integrate with all of our production systems. We're able to print our inventory labels seconds after scanning new products through the powerful HTTP connections.

Cons: There are a few minor glitches that occasionally interrupt the printing process, like design elements shifting slightly, but they can be fixed in a few seconds.

Pros: Very easy to use: it detected my printer and which paper was loaded right away, and I was printing my first label in no time. The interface is very intuitive, even when importing batches of addresses from a spreadsheet.

Cons: Can't think of much to improve, does what it does very well. Perhaps a minor nit: when a label has been designed for a specific label size but a different one is loaded, having a dialog noting the fact, rather than just showing the label contents with the new label dimensions.

Pros: Label Live makes it very easy to layout a label design and map data to the labels. Flexible barcoding support, fine-tuning alignment, and custom label sizes all make this a standout product.

Cons: I have a niche use case where I want to print sequential data on a single label, but it doesn't seem to support this.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and set up templates! Also, being able to have a "database" of sorts, is a great feature for the software.

Cons: If I could change one thing about the software, it's that the user interface looks slightly outdated, and maybe even like it was created for Windows. I'm using it on a Mac.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to pull data from Excel, received quick support on a question even though I only had the trial download.

Cons: Created a label on one computer (still in trial period), saved it on a shared network location but when I open it on the licensed computer the label no longer fit the defined label size.

Pros: Incredibly powerful and well thought out software, allows for simple to complex usage while maintaining the user experience. Excellent support, increidbly well presented website and overall brand.

Cons: Some of the rollover menus in the UI dont stick around long enough, or are buggy across OS platforms.

Pros: Label LIVE is hands down one of the best tools I’ve ever used for my business. Unreal value for money! The setup is incredibly quick and straightforward. I was up and running within minutes. The interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use, making it perfect for anyone regardless of technical experience. The quality of the labels is outstanding, and the software gives me full confidence in my work every time. It’s versatile enough to suit any person or business, whether you’re printing a few labels at home or running a larger operation. If you’re looking for a simple, powerful, and effective labeling solution, Label LIVE is the one.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of any. I have only positive things to say. It is so easy to use and I have not had any issues in the past

Pros: It's is easy to use I have never needed the instructions. You can move elements of the label design around and they fit into place perfectly so you can make it look correct without a lot of work.

Cons: Moving the license to a new computer was a little tricky but support helped me within an hour or so get it fixed.

Pros: Label Live is leading the industry in label software. It isn't even close. I've previously worked with Dymo and Zebra products and Label Live is on a whole other level. Their label design process is so simple and clean. The extensive barcode support is phenomenal. The amount of integration options allows for nearly every circumstance.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. They've thought through this product extremely well. I am completely satisfied. It is a great product.

Pros: The professional platform, works. Never misses a beat, exactly what was needed for my business. Would recommend.

Cons: Yet to find something I least like, even the feedback email was great. all round good product. To be honest we spent a long time wanting something that this provides without knowing it existed.

Pros: LabelLive is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, even for someone without a technical background. I use it for a personal home inventory system, where I generate labels that include QR codes linked to a live-updating Google Sheet. The ability to customize my labels and print exactly what I need has been a game-changer. Most of all, I’m blown away by the level of personal support. [sensitive content hidden] is not only responsive but genuinely cares about his users — he went out of his way to make sure my setup worked exactly as I needed.

Cons: Initially, I didn’t realize that QR code generation required a business license. I upgraded to the business tier to get access — but when [sensitive content hidden] found out I was using it for personal, non-commercial use, he refunded the business license fee and unlocked QR code functionality for my label printer anyway. That level of customer support is almost unheard of and turned a minor hiccup into a great experience.

Pros: It's the perfect solution for our company to keep using our older Zebra label printer with our new Mac computer- I was unable to find ANY other product that even came close!

Cons: I've had a little trouble getting my fields to stay aligned to a grid- sometimes they seem to get crooked when I'm just trying to reposition them on the page.

Pros: Very efficient et easy to use. You can upload an excel file and convert it to barcode. It’s like magic

Cons: Nothing for now, I like all I’ve seen. Keep going!

Pros: The ease of use is phenomenal. Label Live does not over complicate the label making process. We have around 550 SKUS (Not a lot in the big picture) However, the ability to upload all of our items and then create the way we want the label to look - was very easy - I imagine this could be done with many more SKUS. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to design the label.

Cons: Nothing so far. We have had no issues with the software.

Pros: I can use it for various codes that fit my specific label size.

Cons: Nothing yet! So far it's great! I am still experimenting but so far I have been able to figure everything out.

Pros: When I need new software, it's usually because I've run up against a problem I need to solve. I'd been using DYMO software to print labels and was having issues with their software and drivers, so I went looking for something better. That's when I found Label LIVE. My biggest expection when looking for a label printer is something that is easy to use and I think I've found what I wanted. I did have a couple of questions and support was very quick to respond which I feel is as important as the software itself.

Cons: Nothing, it has worked exactly as I've expected.

Pros: The simplicity of creating signage and labels that can be produced and changed via a table or spreadsheet makes it a breeze compared to multiple MS Publisher documents I used to use. I don't think it's designed to make full page or large label publication but it does just that for me.

Cons: I wish there was a few more features, such as a simpler way to remove digits and decimal point leaving a suffix (p/¢) however [sensitive content hidden] has kindly given me a script to allow this following my business's design style. Other than some quality of life designing features required I have no complaints about this app!

Pros: The freedom to do what every I want with the label.

Cons: That I cannot copy one thing from one design to another design.

Whether you're on Windows, macOS, or even Linux, Label LIVE makes the labeling process straightforward and efficient, eliminating the hassle of compatibility issues.

Cons: The license structure could be more flexible; it sometimes feels a bit constraining. However, the responsive and efficient support team really helps balance it out. Their quick assistance can make a big difference when you need it most.

Pros: Very versatile software and simple to use yet powerful in features.

Cons: Nothing that I can identify just yet! Everything has been great.

Pros: Intuitive Interface, Easier to work with compared to other label generator. Lastly, Dynamic Image is a game changer, you can now add images to your label and use an excel file to upload those images. Without the need to manually add images.

Cons: Nothing. Only a tiny little bit of adjustment with the barcode resizing interface.

Pros: Label Live was a godsend when I found it. It's so simple to use and does the job I need it to do. So much better than the clunky MS based software which is overcomplicated and unuser-friendly.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I don't like.
