Cons: "The initial setup of Warehouse 15 took a little longer than expected. Since our business model includes many suppliers and customers, we had to adapt the system to our business processes. And to understand all the flexibility of the system, we had to study the instructions."

Pros: With Warehouse 15, we have been able to digitize the entire coffee production process, from green beans to roasting, packaging and delivery to customers, thereby reducing waste. We now have the ability to view inventory in real time at all stages of production, while automatic labeling and seamless integration with QuickBooks have helped eliminate manual accounting errors. Additionally, using mobile terminals and portable printers, roasters update coffee weights in real time, accounting for evaporation losses during roasting. Adjustments are made as needed, and batch numbers are tracked for full traceability. All this allows us to maintain the high quality standards that are so important in the Specialty Coffee industry.
Cons: The initial setup required a lot of adjustments. Since we have unique processes, such as tracking green coffee beans and roasting, it took us time to adjust the system to our business processes. Without the Cleverence team, we would have had a long time to set up this process on our own.

Overall, our experience has been positive. In just over three months, Warehouse15 has helped us significantly reduce inventory losses and improve order accuracy. While the setup took longer than anticipated, the benefits in terms of improved efficiency and fewer errors have made it well worth the effort. Customer complaints and penalties due to shipping mistakes are down, and we now have much better control over our stock.
Pros: The real-time inventory tracking and serial number management have been the biggest advantages for us. These features drastically improved our ability to locate products and reduced shipping errors. We now have better visibility into stock levels and can avoid costly mistakes.
Cons: The initial implementation process was more time-consuming than expected, and our team needed extra training to fully adapt to the system.
