Pros: Traqq was a great way to stay on task while being easy to use. It gives you a nice visual representation of how you spend your time.

Cons: Sometimes there can be a lot of information and not all of it is relevant. Also the app has crashed a few times but nothing major.

Pros: Among the time trackers I've tested for work, Traqq really stands out. It doesn't take screenshots, which helps me work without feeling like someone's looking over my shoulder. The app also works smoothly on both Windows and Mac, which is perfect for my team since we use different platforms. I'd also like to note Traqq's support team - they are quick to respond and helped me solve my tracking issue promptly.

Cons: The biggest downside for me is the lack of a mobile app, since there are times when I need to work away from my computer. Even though I currently use the function to add time manually as a workaround, I would really like the ability to track my work time from my phone or tablet.

Pros: Traqq is really easy to use — the interface is clean, and starting the time tracker takes just one click. It’s made my workflow a lot smoother since everything I need is in one place: time tracking, activity monitoring, and detailed reports. It saves me time and makes it easier to be transparent with clients. I also love that it works offline, which is super helpful when I’m not always connected to Wi-Fi.

Cons: With so many useful features, I wish the app offered some guidance or tips on how to get the most out of it. As a first-time user, I feel like I might be missing helpful tools just because I haven’t discovered them yet.

Pros: The sign-up process was easy. It was easy for us to give them our money

Cons: The program looks good but if you have any questions or need assistance, they are hopeless. Once you pay your yearly fee, there is zero support. Been trying to sort out an install issue and 3 months later we still don't have it working even though we have paid our money.

Pros: The greatest strength of the Traqq lies in its ease of implementation and offers a valuable support service. On the other hand, this tool offers flexibility by allowing you to work both online and offline; as well as generates comprehensive and customized reports.

Cons: There is a lack of a mobile app that allows the flexibility to be able to monitor team or project members from any device.

Pros: - User friendly layout, especially for those who are not tech savvy. I have employees who are older than 40 and often complain about technology. Fortunately enough they have no problems navigating through the app. - Employee transparency during working hours. The time that they log in and the activities on their computers are monitored and recorded for productivity. - Reports are made ready and available. Employee performance reviews are based on sound metrics.

Cons: - Difficulty reaching the customer service team.

Pros: I really enjoy that there are customizable reporting features and I can create detailed reports on how my employees have used their time. I also really like that there are well thought out privacy options, for example blurring screenshots.

Cons: There is not much bad I can say about Traqq. The only thing I did not really like is the design of the app, however it is a very subjective opinion and it very much depends on the person.

Pros: The UX/UI of Traqq made it so easy for us to implement across the team and makes team management enjoyable. We love using the reports you can generate to assist with payroll and team monitoring. The customer support has also been amazing.

Cons: If there was a way to directly handle payroll within Traqq, that would be amazing.

Pros: Great time tracking tool for freelancers like myself. Seamless onboarding and my client(s) can feel at ease knowing that I am being completely honest about billable hours. The app also takes screenshots and screen recordings while working to further reaffirm my client(s) trust. Their commitment to privacy in that respect is also to be admired as the app blurs the images and screen recordings so as to protect any private info from being shown. Plus it's free!!

Cons: There is currently no mobile app which causes a problem for the kind of work I do.

Pros: Powerful time tracking tool for my team. I can easily manage them and see the report. I like the offline time tracking feature the most because it help me to track the time even though my internet connection was disconnected.

Pros: Traqq is super helpful in monitoring team progress, identifying needed training, simplifying operational processes, and also cheering the team on when they meet goals! It’s very easy to see how projects are progressing, and step in if needed to ensure deliverables are met.

Cons: One area Traqq could improve is the addition or development of a mobile app, as it would be nice to monitor teams from any mobile device. Remote teams are always on the go!

Pros: In our day-to-day work at Nimbl Inc. with website maintenance and graphic design, we can share our ideas and ask for suggestions by making shots, sending short records to each other, and marking them up in real time, which is fantastic.
