Pros: InFlow was a great program originally for smaller companies and was a great way to manage inventory and create a professional looking Inventory Management System.
Cons: No support even though purchased the program at full price when they were small. They have left the little guy behind unfortunately and now it is too expensive and only for big guys.

Good experience, would definitely recommend. It has all the features you would hope from an inventory software
Pros: Having the option of controlling inventory in a one-stop-shop. The ease of transferring stock from one location to another. Fulfilling purchase and sales orders, maintaining real time information ans stock levels. The reports are also handy for cost and stock level reporting
Cons: Recent update on the purchase order set up wasn't greeted well by our team, we all preferred the old version, in both the look of it and also how orders are fulfilled.

My overall experience is that it was user friendly and easy to maneuver around the appt. Results were right away and easy to sort out
Pros: I like the fact it was user friendly and gave me instant results and moved things around for me. It was very helpful
Cons: There is nothing that I disliked about this product. Overall it was user friendly and easy to move around

Overall we have really come to rely on inFlow Inventory. The customer service we receive is some of the best we've ever encountered. The ongoing (free) training provided by their webinars cannot be beat, and I strongly encourage anyone struggling with the software to take the time to watch a few of those, they really are a game changer. Would we purchase this software again? Absolutely. I'm not sure we could run our business without it anymore. A word of advice though - set it up carefully. Yes, everything is changeable, but depending upon the complexity of your BOMs it can be a daunting experience.
Pros: We use Inflow Inventory in our vehicle manufacturing business (we build one of a kind handmade specialized vehicles). We've been able to set up BOMs, track inventory, handle parts sales, etc., all with real time updates.
Cons: There are a few things Inflow could do better. Being able to really customize some of the screens would help (the options are there, but at times it's very flaky, might work, might not, roll the dice and take a chance). It also does not automatically update costing on BOMs when you alter the cost of a raw part, so there is more touch time than really should be required. This might be a problem with QuickBooks more than Inflow, but the integration between the two is hopeless. Save your time, don't even bother trying.

Pros: It works well, I had some issues with my data being synchronized across devices however.
Cons: It works well no major complaints, it can feel bloated at times however.

Efficient for managing stock levels; keeps everything organized and simple to track.
Pros: Easy-to-use inventory tracking with helpful automation.
Cons: Limited reporting options in the basic plan.

Everything was great until I switched devices it made my day a little easier though regardless of the platform sync
Pros: Tracking order progress and paperless inventory have been a game changer for my business.
Cons: Platform sync didn't always update across all of my devices
Eleanor T. · Owner · Automotive · October 19, 2024
Pros: Inflow Inventory is highly intuitive. I didn't have to scratch my head on how to navigate from point A to B on the app.
Cons: I can't really think of any as it met all my requirements.
Cajetan Emeka O. · Warehouse Manager · Consumer Services · October 14, 2024
Very happy customer. I have used inFlow for 14 years and have found very few issues or glitches. Any time I have needed support they have been excellent.
Pros: User friendly, fast loading. It offers all the functionality I need without being bogged down with features I don't require. Customer service is excellent and they take feedback on board to improve the software.
Cons: The cost of the cloud vs on premise. I was a very happy user of on premise for 14 years and had no intention to move over to cloud but eventually had no choice.

I had an easy time setting it up. It took a long time because we have so many parts but in the end was so worth it! I've been using it for about 2.5 months and have not had any problems.
Pros: I really like that it is all in one. I dont need different programs to keep track of inventory, customers, and invoices.
Cons: I wish I could click on a part in a sales order and bring up info about the part. If I want to look at a parts info I have to look it up separately.

Awesome, Easy to integrate, superior help when needed. very reasonably priced.
Pros: Ease of use. Excellent online training videos. Versatility. It was easy to adapt InFlow into our established business procedures.
Cons: This might just be me not figuring it out, but we handle an extensive number of unique inventory items. In the current stock view I do not want to see all of the items with 0 inventory
Lee O. · Resource Shipping admin · Civic & Social Organization · September 12, 2024
Super smooth, and very amazing for counting inventory!
Pros: Easy to use. Keeps everything organized. And you can customize it further if needed. We use sublocation as a place to name batches, and it's very useful.
Cons: It cannot use a product to create another product in the work orders. We normally have to use the same product to create more of this by creating a sort of circular reference, but this is not allowed.
Jeff B. · Logistics Coordinator · Medical Devices · September 12, 2024
Integrates very well with our day to day tracking of stock movement, purchasing and reports.
Pros: The user interface (after becoming familiar) is very easy to navigate and to operate.
Cons: The way email get sent, I'd much rather have the "invoices" or "purchase orders" become a pdf when submitting them to a vendor.

I think Inflow is a great tool for businesses up to a certain size. I like the simplicity to it compared to some programs.
Pros: I like the simplicity of it. It's fairly easy to pick up on how to navigate through it.
Cons: There is no easy way to see what hasn't been picked for a manufacturer order. When you use the auto fill button, you can't revert back without leaving the screen. Also, when you use the auto fill button to see what is remaining to pick, you risk saving by accident.

Highly recommended. Not only for POS but also works great as an inventory system.
Pros: Very easy to use! Love it and highly recommended!!
Cons: The only thing I would recommend is to offer a 365 day no sales report
Shon C. · Warehouse Manager · Construction · September 12, 2024
I really like the site and customer service is super fantastic!
Pros: Keeping track of products, and who order or putting remarks were things went.
Cons: I would like to have a way to reserve products for a sale that we are waiting for customers payment to clear without totally taking it out of inventory, but it shows our website that product is not there at that time, so we do not take an order for product that we are holding for a customer. We do not have your full package with the store because we have a website. I would just like to have a simple way to put product on reserve / hold.
Gina B. · warehouse manager · Construction · September 12, 2024
overall, great! the support is good, the program is straightforward enough for my whole team to use with varying technological ability.
Pros: ease of use, intuitive setup, cloud-based (so no server to worry about). mobile capability.
Cons: the two versions both need to be used (web and app) to get full functionality - I can't do dropships, I can't filter my searches as well, and I can't filter my reporting as well on the web as I can in the app. I still can't get some of the reports that I need and have to run multiple + combine them manually. mobile search and filter doesn't allow to filter to just in stock. Please, PLEASE develop a financial aspect so we don't need a second software for accounting!!
Victoria F. · Director of Operations · Food & Beverages · September 12, 2024
its made us work more effectively to allow us to get product to our customers quicker
Pros: the ease of use its simple and quick to learn
Cons: nothing as of yet apart from the selecting of pictures when you log in
phil m. · director · Farming · September 12, 2024
Good to great. I have no other inventory system to compare with, but feel it is a useful tool. I have no comment on how expensive it is for a small company as I do not handle accounts. It is just a hunch that for a small company that many not need all of the applications, it is expensive.
Pros: It is comprehensive in terms of data retention of all inputs, with a wide variety of inputs. Re-order levels is good and tracking history and ability to transfer directly to accounting is great.
Cons: The fact that it is not easy to adjust the invoice look and the Excel transfer sheet for evaluation. The format for invoices is not helpful in the that the total amount sometimes the the last digit gets wrapped to the next row. I have to transfer to Excel to make a correction. Annoying. Excel export format the columns all need adjusting to capture the data in the columns. Also very annoying.

We spent a lot of time trying 5 or 6 cloud-based software looking for the easiest system on the market. We really enjoy using it for over 5 years. Menus are intuitive. You can use it without training or tutorials. Great to setup reordering points & quantities; Customer statements, credit notes, returns, Online Catalogue for customers, etc
Pros: Simplicity to use. Great customer support. Very comprehensive capabilities.
Cons: That it is not completely cloud based, i.e. it takes a few seconds to load up or update
Chris I. · Operations Director · Wholesale · September 11, 2024
My experience has been extremely positive. The tech support team has consistently provided the information I need in a helpful and timely manner.
Pros: I use the generated reports for my quarterly cycle counts to reduce shrinkage and better control of inventory movement. Tracking purchase and sales orders has helped our team minimize material shortages in the field, resulting in a positive customer experience.
Cons: Some reports lack the complete information I need, requiring me to compile multiple reports into a single Excel file to get a comprehensive view.
Ary O. · Field Operations Manager · Renewables & Environment · September 11, 2024
Inflow has definitely made my work so much more manageable and can really do a lot, especially if workflows and conventions are laid out for users. For a small business/commerce business, it is a great choice.
Pros: Simple to use, covers basic needs for a small company, quick to get started and learn. Customer service is EXCELLENT and they help to figure out ways to get what you need out of the platform. The price point makes it easy to start using and you can add modules as needed for nominal extra cost. There are simple .csv uploads and downloads to help every day with placing a lot of orders or uploading BOMs.
Cons: As a company grows, it can be limiting. The audit trail for changes that are made to PO's, work orders, etc, is pretty basic and limited to a name and date. You have to figure out what changed by comparing versions. No revision control on BOMs, item records, etc. Though there are many note fields that can be used to document these details in a non-regulated environment.
Colleen Y. · Senior NPI Buyer-Planner · Semiconductors · September 11, 2024
Used it for 13 years and very happy. Strongly recommend it!
Pros: Easy to use and simple. Love the app on windows, hope that stays forever!
Cons: Don't like how different the cloud version is compared to the app. The app is so much more user friendly.
Daniel S. · President · Wholesale · September 11, 2024
Very good. I am happy we changed from Global shop solutions
Pros: I like that it is simpler than our last ERP. Last year we downgraded our CRM from salesforce and saved so much time and money. This appears to be the same. We will save a lot because of the overhead managing a mid market ERP system. I is also so fast compared to our old system. Working in the browser in the cloud is great! We have been very happy with the QBO integration
Cons: I wish there was a shipstation integration and an active campaign integration. I wish the zapier integration included customer record transfer. I wish the woocommerce integration was a little deeper. Primarily I wish the description synced. We may use a third party PIM database.
Tom B. · Owner · Defense & Space · September 11, 2024
Amazing in every single way. A clear software that allows you to work from everywhere and keep an eye on inventory.
Pros: Everything! this is a system that takes way all unnecessary embellishing things and is clear, and organized and to the point.
Cons: the only thing I would like to see is that it syncs to my crm. but to be honest, i have learned how to work around that.
