Very Good - During and after the sale!!! Working with [sensitive content hidden] and the programming crew was easy. We have been a customer since 2011.
Pros: The CoreIMS feature of core is that it was custom built for our warehouse system. The Customer support is also very good and responsive. The end product is easy for our forklift drivers and warehouse men to use.
Cons: I probably disliked troubleshooting issues the most but on the same token once solved they were most rewarding

Our experience has been excellent. Sometimes dealing with software vendors is almost like dealing with used car dealers. We got none of that with CoreIMS. The sales team and programmers were upfront with pricing and hours on their estimates of customizations that were required to meet our needs.
Pros: Customer support - tech support is highly responsive to any issues we have since our migration to SaaS. They let me know what the issues are. Even if it's on their end. Not all companies do that.
Cons: Like most cloud apps, you are dependent on your Internet connection. Not a lot any app provider can do about that.

Great, competent team. They worked with us at our pace to install the management system at several of our sites.
Pros: Core did a great job of tailoring the system to our individual needs. The software eliminated most of our manual inputs. Their customer support and software development teams were excellent and prompt in addressing any issues we encountered.
Cons: The inventory management system has more features than we are currently using. The training sessions were thorough but covered more topics than we were interested in using. Some of our team felt overwhelmed at first, but once engaged, our team was confident in using the product.

The IT staff was a tremendous help during the transition. Very patient and always available to answer numerous questions..
Pros: It was a new version of Core for us, so the transition was smoother than going to a completely new system.
Cons: The newer version has some added steps compared to the older version. It's harder to navigate. More chance of missing something.

CoreIMS has proven to be a effective solution for our inventory management system. While it is not the easiest program to initially familiarize with, it quickly becomes more capable and efficient as the user learns how to utilize all the software’s features.
Pros: The structure and useability of the interface makes CoreIMS an approachable and robust option for our inventory management. Accessing and adjusting parameters is both comprehensive and intuitive, making it easy to categorize and prioritize stocks and orders efficiently. The help section and supporting documents are a useful resource, and the mobile app integration has proven to be very convenient when moving around the facility.
Cons: The learning curve is considerable but not overwhelming by any means, and integration with a handheld scanner is occasionally challenging. All issues have been resolved promptly by the CoreIMS support team, which makes a big difference when attempting to use a function for the first time.

Pros: The customer service and the options to customize for many needs.
Cons: At this point, we have nothing negative to say.

It is a good tool for inventory control.
Pros: It works well with QuickBooks and it's a good price for what you get.
Cons: Just the initial start up is always a challenge on new soft ware. We are still learning as we go. They do training but you don't always know the questions to ask for the information you need.

Pros: Core IMS allowed us to finally use barcoding and scanning with the accounting system we use. It saved us from having to abandon our accounting system and transition to a new ERP. A move to a new ERP would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and months of disruption. If you use Sage 50 or a similar accounting system, adding Core IMS will get you modern warehousing/barcoding/inventory management.
Cons: Integration with Sage is a bit clunky, but this is a limitation of Sage more than a limitation of Core IMS. It works properly, but isn't completely intuitive.

Pros: The best thing about CORE is how customizable it is and able to cater to what your company needs. It's also very user friendly and easy to use.
Cons: My least favorite is that everything is customizable.

As a federal contractor, our business has been using CoreIMS as a government storage and inventory management solution for over six years. We have been consistently impressed with the flexibility of the system, particularly with the customization aspect of the product. The data migration from our old system, deployment of the new system, employee training, and customer support all work seamlessly.
Pros: I enjoyed the ease of use right out of the box. The multitude of capabilities allows for incredible flexibility with warehouse management.
Cons: The handheld scanner was not able to be used for our method of application.

In this day and age of so much automation it is nice to actually have people that you can call and talk to when you have a question or a problem. Hoping CoreIMS never goes to automated responses.
Pros: Very easy to use and our customers love the dashboard. Customer service is always available and willing to help in any way they can. We investigated many different inventory management programs and are very glad we chose CoreIMS.
Cons: Would like to see some reports on the dashboard so our customers can access reports instead of always having to ask for them. Would also like some other reports or options within the current reports.

Core is a decent entry level WMS, but lacks a lot of key features and frequently has technical issues. Decent value for the price for a small warehouse.

Design the software where more than one module can be opened at a time.
Pros: CoreIMS has many ways to track inventory and customers orders. All production screens are formatted alike.
Cons: Can only work in one module at a time.

Flexible and easy to use inventory management system. We have made numerous customizations and developed several software add ons to the CoreIMS software to enhance the way we do business. The Core Partners development and support teams are also very responsive and instrumental in helping us achieve our warehousing and logistics goals.
Pros: CoreIMS can accommodate organizations of almost any size. Easy to use interface. Software is adaptable and flexible. Robust features. Out of the box web front end is a differentiator.
Cons: This may have been solved in later versions but the ability to have multiple windows open at the same time. Would like to see built in dashboards for BI and enhanced on the fly reporting capabilities.
