Pros: Easy program to use. We utilize this to track out tools catalogue to ensure locations and status of the tools.

Cons: Small learning curve to get used to the nuances of the program. Easy to learn though and comes with helpful tips to implement.

Pros: The Sortly platform provides great value and adaptability for large and small workflows. The secure app puts accessibility to your vast real time inventory in the palm of your hand!

Cons: Limitations on photo storage per item entry can prove to be a challenge forcing multiple folders as a work around.

Pros: How easy it is to add, subtract and edit items. Which is very important so I am not constantly recounting things.

Cons: It doesn't give real-time low inventory items that need to be ordered. On the front page, it does give items that are needed but the quantity needed is never ordered. There is a disconnect somewhere.

Pros: I love how you can keep inventory of product at different locations, and not have to be there to triple check.

Cons: The update quantities interface could be a bit more user friendly. its a bit confusing adding quantities.

Pros: Sortly is an easy platform where many client's inventory can be managed in one place. The software can be used to create pick lists to ship client materials out which is nice.

Cons: Sortly does not have real time inventory tracking. When you place pick lists it does not show available inventory until it is actually "Picked"

Pros: The fact that I can sort out my inventory under different folders and have it organized is the best.

Cons: A bit expensive but worth it as well, That is why I have it as my main inventory application for my company.

Pros: Sortly is awesome for my personal and business life! I use it for both and the best part is you can add a ton of items for free but my work one we pay for because we need more options for items but I use it personally for keeping track of my freezers.

Cons: Doesn't scan a lot of items yet but I'm sure they're adding more every day. You can take your own pictures and the user interface is very easy.

Pros: Sortly helps me to track all the contents of our stockroom so I do not have to second guess what is out of place or where. Every time it is much easier to find tools and spare parts as there are clear folders with product lines.

Cons: The one thing that I have analyzed is when I attempt to send large batches of data it will hold up longer than expected when I am updating our records to be audited annually.

Pros: It is friendly It needs to improve also in things, for example to think when it comes to learn the tool. How we can use it.

Cons: It is just in English language. There are more languages that should be great to have and be able to understand it quickly.

Pros: Ease of use, photos and QR codes generated. Nice way to organize inventory especially retail mixed with custom orders.

Cons: Poor customer communication and service, not able to integrate with popular common software programs, greedy price increases with little warning to existing customers

Pros: Like having different categories with Tabs, and love being able to add pictures, this program is very user friendly

Cons: Not being able to see all products at one and the price increase which was more than doubled since we had starting paying more than 3 or 4 years ago.

Pros: We use it to manage our IT inventory. IT works great for scanning the qr codes that sortly makes to bill correct departments.

Cons: The setup can be a little time consuming but its worth it. Once its set up and everything is in it is amazing.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to be very detailed with each inventory item. I like the how easy it is to add photos with the inventory item/

Cons: Some of the reports are a little cumbersome, some simple inventory counts would be better, instead of having to deselect items.

Pros: I like the inventory management, and the search features. I do like the mobile app as you can scan items barcodes and Sortly will do its best to lookup the UPC and pull the info for you saving you time.

Cons: I dont like that there is a limit to the amount of subfolders you can have which made us re-organize our entire inventory layout. I also dont like that using a barcode scanner on the computer is very very limited compared to other inventory software.

Pros: Sortly is very user friendly and makes keeping inventory easier than ever before! We can keep track of when supplies is needed without having to go through and count every time or rely on an excel sheet.

Cons: The app can sometimes be hard to navigate, but no real issues! If you take the time to make folders and sort into categories it is worth it.

Pros: I like how you can scan items out from a mobile device and do not have to buy an inventory scanner.

Cons: I can't really think of anything negative at this moment. Sortly is meeting all of our current needs.

Pros: It helps in articulating data in such manner that aligns with good organisation.

Cons: It requires data that sometimes are not available as some do not come with products or equipment being handled.

Pros: It is super easy to use. We can have good pictures of the products

Cons: Sometimes runs a little slow. Some times doesn't read the QR code

Cons: No way to do changes to multiple items at once.

Pros: I thought it was relatively easy to check out and restock items.

Cons: I found it sometimes tedious to find certain items at times.

Pros: It’s ease of use and helpful nature when trying to sort the massive quantity of items we use.

Cons: Sometimes I feel like sortly doesn’t have as many features as I’d like and sometimes the desktop version I find to be worse than the mobile.

Pros: Usability. Efficient. Fast. Professional. Modern. Replaced poor hand writing

Cons: Not much. Can't really complain it changed the way we look to clients
