Pros: ease of use for checkout, ease of understanding . simple to set up . not complicated and very user friendly
Cons: the complicated inventory management of scanning each single sku and having to label each exact product but because of size difference each sku is different so therefore we just dont use the inventory side that much

Cons: Reporting is hard, sales reports and trying run inventory control. I don't know what kind of codes to put in.

Pros: Nothing. It's been a terrible system all around.
Cons: System is clunky. Not user friendly. Customer service is really bad, lots of false promises and account rep who didn't know how to use the system himself. Difficult to get an appointment with account rep (had to schedule a week in advance) and couldn't get tech support on the phone. Doesn’t integrate with QB Online. Hardware is cheap and credit card terminal doesn’t function properly. Sales reports are not refined enough. In general, a very bad system and I would advise any other small business owners to stay away.

Overall I would rate 3 out of 10. Place is all about communication to sell you on a system that they have no interest in gollowing up on when there is issues. They dont communicate requirements for the system such as PCI compliance then will charge you fees for not being compliant. Fail to respond to issues in a timely matter and seems on a Friday I can't get ahold of anyone to resolve issues
Pros: Easy for putting inventory in and generating barcodes for products.
Cons: System software faults out often anf has to be restarted. E commerce is a joke at best. Not mobil friendly.

A++ would defiantly recommend.
Pros: Easy to use. Great features. Able to run multiple reports.
Cons: Credit card machine not the best. Very finicky and the tap feature is on the back side which is away from the customer.

Smooth. Wonderful.
Pros: The tech support is top notch; knowledgeable, available, and friendly. Integrating to this system from our old POS was smooth. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with POS Nation. I can also say with confidence that using POS Nation has given me better data to help my business thrive.
Cons: We have had our system up for over two months and every hiccup along the way has been smoothed out through experience or tech assistance. As with any new software, getting used to it takes a minute. The clock in/clock out feature is very easy for my employees to forget, so we do not use this feature.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] Called Tech Support team with PAX Machine issue!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] hoped on the computer and directed me to do couple of troubleshooting and it was all fixed with in mins. Team is always helpful.
Pros: User Friendly!! Inventory management is super easy!! Tech support available 24*7!!
Cons: PAX machine disconnects too often!! only issue we have with this POS

Pros: They have a great system for liquor stores - BottlePOS. Divy helped me switch from my old POS to the new system. He did a great job helping me on my required time. Over all great system.

Poor. Would gladly return the product and restart the weeks long process of integrating a POS into our business from scratch with a different POS, but no returns are allowed.
Pros: The card processing is reliable and the fees for cards are favorable. The technical support is friendly, although not always fast.
Cons: The software feels ancient. Not only slow, but with regular errors and crashes. We often find ourselves frustrated at some of the poor design choices and bugs that make daily operations (such as purchasing, changes to inventory, and pulling analytical reports) either useless or hour long ordeals. The lack of focus on quality of life features and efficiency of use was apparent within just a few hours of installation and use. All of this would be at least somewhat tolerable if the software was cheap or if the company quickly resolved bugs and implemented improvements, but that’s not the case.
