Pros: I can’t say that because thematic started to charge before to start onboarding

Pros: There is nothing good about this product, it doesn't do anything well

Cons: They got the payments wrong consistently, created liabilities for the employees and then refused to fix anything. We were bounced around from employee to employee who didnt know what they were doing and said that they were going to help. We spent in excess of 100 hours trying to get it working properly. They then refused to return our deposit when we tried to leave, in the end we needed to get lawyers involved for them to pay back the money they stole.

Pros: I do not know what I like most about it because I am having a horrible experience with it

Cons: Their customer service is really slow. One time I asked about my pay from my freelance contract, a rep told me I haven't started yet so I won't be getting paid WHICH WAS WRONG BECAUSE MY PAY WAS ALREADY ON ITS WAY. another time I asked adding dependents to my insurance, it took them A WEEK TO REPLY with NO HELPFUL INFORMATION. I asked for the process of adding dependents, and was given a reply of "send an approval to add dependents." that was my whole freaking question.

Pros: The Software is very friendly to use, although there are some features that apparently do not work properly.

Cons: Nothing. Multiplier are introducing features to help our business expand and manage our team more effectively, and provide great customer support.

Pros: Easy to use and deploy. Steps are quite straightforward but importantly the team is very responsive and prompt.

Cons: No additional input. Only filling this because unable to submit the survey till i put min text.

Pros: We work as a virtual team, and Multiplier helps me to legally employ people with full local benefits, on a long term basis, in different countries.

Cons: It's a fairly hefty up front payment, but then it revolves monthly.

Cons: We have had issues in onboarding new candidates a couple of times, mainly due to miscoordination between teams. Issues were resolved fast by the Multiplier team, and there were no further challenges

Pros: Very easy to sign-up a new employee, prompt action from the support team, and accurate invoicing and reporting.

Cons: Features that are likely in the product roadmap but not yet available - clear tracking of paid invoices, itemised expenses reporting.
