Overall was not bad. The most difficult thing was dealing with customer service. Not haveing a dedicated team to respond to the tickets open was frustrating.
Pros: My favorite thing of this system was the reporting module. Very friendly to build reports and share with others.
Cons: Not very user friendly for the end user, employees. Our employees never used the system because it was a little confusing.

Once the app is set up on your phone, the overall experience is pretty straight forward. Things are easy to find on it.
Pros: The app on the phone is exceptional. Notifies me of updates on payroll. Shows me all my hours and deductions. Can go through older pay stubs.
Cons: I haven't run into any serious issues yet. I haven't used the desktop version all that much due to using the phone app exclusively.

Dayforce helps reduce systems by bringing everything together; this is helpful for our end users - a one-stop-shop.
Pros: we can cover all payroll, HR and online training in one location, which has helped us to reduce the number of platforms used in our business. As a user of DF, I find it helpful that I can see what is going on in multiple sites across the business at the click of a button.
Cons: requires a lot of set up and dedicated resource, as well as lots of training for users. Training was done internally, and it would have been helpful to have resources from Dayforce themselves to help with this rollout.

Easy to use, payment stubs are easy to view and print for records. Entering daily hours was easy and being able to enter multiple work locations was helpful.
Pros: Easy to use, everything is in one place, tracking hours/lieu time/vacation/sick time is easy. Keeps everything in once place for employees. I also liked how all the benefits were in the system so it was easy to see when I used them.
Cons: Employees are unable to see the monthly accumulation of their sick/vacation time and seeing past time can be tricky as you have to go through a list

Pretty decent time reporting platform. Sometimes I have to check several different windows to find what I'm looking for.
Pros: I like that you can set up your "favorites" and it's a fairly straightforward way to check time reporting balances. It's also easy to request time off through the platform.
Cons: Sometimes when I clock in or clock out for a meal it doesn't register and it's not easy to see current day's time reporting until the day is finished. It's also not easy to correct discrepancies.

We don’t use Dayforce anymore and have since upgraded to a software that provides more support and needs that aligns with our company’s future
Pros: It was a sufficient software to set up and establish within company initially however it didn’t offer the support we needed as we grew. Great beginner, small company software
Cons: It was a very basic software for payroll and attendance. As we grew and became more compliant with certifications and industry standards, it wasn’t able to keep up. We needed a software that provided full automation through recruiting, training, performance reviews, goal setting and more

Pros: Dayforce is easy to use for time clocks, time sheets, payroll, tax management and requesting time off.
Cons: When there are updates or glitches it can make it difficult to access to portal but customer support does try to give you enough notice to plan accordingly.

Once you get through the install and quick set up the program itself is great! So many options on this platform really make it an all in one HR space.
Pros: It includes options for training requirements, reminders, self service clocking in and out. I loved being able to communicate with management all in one place as well!
Cons: The download process and install was a bit tedious. Once you go through that it was smooth sailing for the rest.

My overall experience has been positive because of the knowledge and expertise with the Dayforce support team.
Pros: The support team for Dayforce is outstanding. I do not know my way around Dayfoce too much, but I can get by because I am experience with payroll and human resource... Anyhow, the support team is so helpful.
Cons: I guess the con for me is that I am not that experience with handling a Canada payroll. But again, the customer support makes it a great experience.

Pros: It is very convenient because I can do a lot on the app, example, schedule and payroll. People can see who they are working with and also they can book their vacations through the app.
Cons: There is a lot of features that it may take some time for people to get to know how it all works. There's also a bit of trouble when people are clocking in due to the location having errors.

Great overall experience clearing bugs and issues was easy and the customer support was top notch and easy to access
Pros: I got value for money as it captured all relevant candidate information, and it was easy to use and navigate different modules. Dayforce had good customer support
Cons: Payroll software was cumbersome, and made me tired of working on Payroll related task, I struggled with understanding Payroll dynamics

My overall experience has been very positive using day force. I have only a few time experienced the site being down or something but thats within years of using it.
Pros: What I like most about day force is that it's extremely user friendly and it's easy to use layout makes everything simple to find.
Cons: At this time I cannot think of many downsides to Day force. The app has been helpful with access to payroll to even my own employee details.

Overall it is good software, gives bunch of options and flexibility. Easy to use by the staff and UI is good however for back end admin staff it might ne challenging
Pros: UI is simple and user friendly. Able to see vacation, time off, pending request and apprved and their balance. Ability to schedule time off is big plus
Cons: compatability with other softwares. Have to a lot of manual work through excels and stuff just to transfer data into it

Some days I really appreciate the many features available all in one location. Other days I find that there are missing pieces that we can't add because of the cost and the lack of customization allowed in configuration for things like Performance reviews and onboarding.
Pros: The Dayforce HCM product covers many of our important requirements for the HR and recruiting teams and allows us to control functions like report building for analysis and integrations.
Cons: Dayforce has quite a high cost and can be complicated for end-users. The training information doesn't often help as it is many times out of date and not working. Customer support can also be quite slow and not as helpful as we need.

I used it on my previous work, and I can strongly say that great software fro employee. I was always able to see my full payrolls, download it and manage my work time.
Pros: It's greater platform to manage your payrolls, taxes form, update your employee info, scheduled day offs and see your shift time. Easy to use.
Cons: No issue. Always works perfect. Web version has more option. Mobile app help to use it any time. No bugs.

Overall, Dayforce HCM has been an outstanding business decision due to immense efficiencies, improvements to employee/candidate experience and streamline payroll. As for All in Ones, Dayforce is and will be the top of lists if I ever am in the position of commissioning a new system.
Pros: Ease of use - Extremely efficient system - The Implementation studio is an amazing tool that helps improve employee experience and efficiencies. Has Streamlined payroll processes - Speedy payruns.
Cons: Dayforce is complex to configure due to how large the system is. Support can be a little slow but nothing extremely notable.

Very, very poor user experience. Hire a skilled UX Engineer and resolve the issues.. you'll have an excellent product after that.
Pros: Simple interface. Clear prev/next/cancel actions. Overall interface is clean and well organized. That is where the PROS end.

User friendly and an all-in-one platform. We are a company across many states, and this platform makes it easy for our corporate office to follow all state requirements for learning platforms
Pros: Together our company and Dayforce's updates has allowed us to expand and keep everything in on place, from payroll to learning platforms and performance reviews
Cons: The errors, I will get unexplained errors while loading scheduling or timeclock pages. Most times this is a struggle, because we are all busy and only have so much time to do something.
