I mostly looked at it as a option not as a purchase so I cannot speak to using it from a user perspective.
Pros: Good system, easy for payroll processing and not a difficult process to use. I think it is user friendly.
Cons: I dont really have much complaints and felt it was a good software system to use but not major complaints. I looked into it and demoed it but did not use it officially.

Pros: TriNet HR Plus is a one stop shop for your payroll tax & compliance and a robust HR platform for mid-size companies. It is so helpful to have one platform that centralizes HR, payroll and benefit under one system. The reporting in TriNet is pretty decent as you can customize reporting for your needs. The UI is also very easy to navigate with a low learning curve if you've never used them before.
Cons: Occasionally, the platform can be slow or laggy when processing a larger batch of pay run. Overall, no other noted cons about the system as it is really easy to use and navigate.

Great customer service that can answer very complex questions but you pay for it in the price. Not sure it’s worth it
Pros: They have every bell and whistle and can do very customized set up. Benefits and policies are both plug and play and easy to customize
Cons: It’s expensive, holy cow!! It can also take a huge effort to change once you’ve gone through all the set up

It is an easy to use platform and really simple to understand, but would like more under the hood to utilize and consolidate more systems into.
Pros: I really liked the automated candidate process and hiring process. Email and Phone Support was extremely fast and helpful. The UI is really easy to understand and move around in even for some of our less experienced employees.
Cons: There just aren't that many features that we would have liked to have. It would have been nice to have more API features to setup more automations.

Pros: It seems easy to use at first glance. I like the employee tree structure; it helped me figure out who was in charge of whom.
Cons: Difficult to actually figure out where things are located. It feels like an AI bot designed their website thinking they know what humans want or would think.

We started with Zenefits, It then changed to TriNet. I enjoyed the application better before TriNet acquired. However, It still serves the same purpose.
Pros: I love that It's all inclusive. From onboarding to payroll to benefits.
Cons: I wish It integrated with more applications.

It worked well initially and was our first HR/payroll platform integrated software so it taught us quickly what we did and didn't need. Ultimately wasn't the right fit for our team because of the lack of ability to adjust some of the templates, and the lack of customer service support.
Pros: It was easy to set up, and at the time we were a very small team with just one Operations person so the onboarding was convenient.
Cons: There was not much in the way of customization, and our staff didn't find it very user-friendly. Vacation requests were not intuitive and the payroll setup was clunky, we had to request help to adjust our payroll periods multiple times and cases were closed without being actually resolved.

I have a great experience with Trinet and their customer service is incredible
Pros: It's a complete HRIS system. They provide full end to end is great with filing of form 941, providing timely W2 and customer service
Cons: Offerings only in the US. They should expand services in all Europan countries

Very close to being the perfect HR timecard software in my opinion
Pros: Remote HR and timekeeping with great security clean UI.
Cons: At least from my user roles, I can't make suggested time clock alterations to be approved, I have to notify my HR manager.

Extraordinary experience with Trinet. Using this for last 2 to 3 years and client is fully satisfied with this product.
Pros: Best payroll service provider, report customization, Easy to use, Customer Support easy approachable.
Cons: It's bit costly then others. And sometimes it takes time in downloading reports.

Pros: I enjoed the ease of use of the platform. A user can easily navigate to what they are looking for and support was easy to get a hold of for questions.
Cons: Not entirely aure this falls onto Trinet, if your organziation uses multiple providers for insurance you may have to switch between websites to manage your benefits.

Pros: Payroll and Benefits processes are almost entirely automated. We used to have spreadsheets on spreadsheets - but thanks to Zenefits, it's easier and more compliant.
Cons: Zenefits is not very international contractor/employee friendly in terms of functionality.

See above. Additionally, more than once, we had a Zenefits representative tell us that we never should have been signed up, because our organization was larger than their usual client (we had around 250 folks and apparently they were designed to work best with companies of 5-50 people).
Pros: The only nice think I can think of is that Kayla (who was the only person who ever staffed their Customer Support - or maybe that was just the name everyone used because they were afraid to give their real names) was always kind.
Cons: Too many to list, but let's try: super slow for both processing payroll and just retrieving / entering employee data; insane wait times for customer support (45 minutes was standard, but occasionally we would hold for 2-3 hours, and I wish I were exaggerating); glitchy systems that were as far from intuitive as possible; and for us, the final straw was the Friday that I received emails from our 250 employees who didn't get paid, because Zenefits had hired a new payroll processor on their end, and that person missed a step that triggered all the Direct Deposits, so I spent an entire day on the phone with various people trying to get it resolved.

Cons: Well, TriNet Zenefits has quite performed and no regrets.

My favorite feature is the hiring process - it allows the employee to handle the data entry to start their employee folder and upload their I-9 verification docs and all I have to do is cross verify the documents on their first day. So streamlined and private - for both employee and HR. The streamlined all-in-one features of Zenefits allowed us to drop outside consultants and service providers. It also significantly reduced internal hours spent on HR data entry and overall employee HR management. This was a huge ROI in terms of the money and time we saved.
Pros: Zenefits streamlined and Simplified our HR! As the only HR person, Zenefits allows me to support all of our employees as if they had an entire HR department at their disposal. The online portal streamlines my HR management and provides the employees with 24 hour access to HR info. Zenefits provides EVERYTHING we need in one intuitive online portal... it handles the entire employee lifespan - from offer letters, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and termination.
Cons: Little to no phone support available for user issues. Online live chat and email are main access to customer support. Can be frustrating when you're in a time sensitive pinch.

Pros: The time tracking management works very well and it's very accurate. It also calculates the overtime you have worked. It generates insights and reports about all time related metrics.
Cons: Sometimes the performance of the app is not very fast, the system glitches and loads slower.

Trinet handles the tedious administrative tasks that arise. They're quite competent, and having a single, dedicated agent has simplified our interactions with them.
Pros: Paychecks, tax documents, insurance information, spending accounts, and corporate policies are all conveniently housed in one location thanks to TriNet.
Cons: When using my own device, I don't see the need to log in every day, therefore there may be room for improvement in settings like this. I realize this may be a matter of corporate policy, however it has been brought up in previous evaluations.

Payroll, new hire paperwork, paid time off, and benefits administration are just some of the fundamental HR features managed by Zenefits. We may be a small group, but we're responsible for the same number of procedures as a large company. It's fantastic to have a system in place that keeps everything coordinated without requiring us to constantly monitor, update, calculate, and email each other.
Pros: If your clients are willing to utilize Zenefits for everything from onboarding to benefit administration to payroll, you've found a superb all-in-one solution. When effectively implemented, Zenefits is all an organization needs to manage its workforce.
Cons: Customers who have questions for their broker must use the built-in "help" function rather than get in touch with an individual directly. The current state of available learning management technologies and straightforward guidelines leaves much to be desired.

Overall, zenefits is incredibly simple and effective. Allowing employees the opportunity to track and manage their time off is helpful .
Pros: Zenefits allows our company to track and manage employee time off, sick hours and vacation time with ease. Adding or subtracting benefit time is simple, and employees find the software simple enough to navigate at any age, or ability.
Cons: Notifications regarding employee time being maxxed out would be helpful, or annual reminders to add new time off allowances.
