Teamflect

Pros: Teamflect connects our team in a way no other software has. The ability to maintain schedules, meeting notes and agendas, set goals and objectives, and complete reviews has been exceptionally helpful.

Cons: There are areas where it is still a little clunky, though we see consistent updates addressing these as we go along.

Pros: A well-defined and organized structure that promotes consistency, supports collaboration, and ensures that everyone is working toward shared goals.

Cons: I’ve found the task feature to be somewhat confusing and less intuitive compared to other areas of the platform. Specifically, when adding a goal, there doesn’t appear to be a clear option to define measurable progress—such as documenting where the employee currently stands and the specific target they should be working toward. Having the ability to track progress from the starting point to the desired outcome would make the goal-setting process more effective and meaningful, while also supporting clearer performance reviews and accountability.

Pros: Teamflect's tight integration with Microsoft Teams made it easy for users to access and utilize its features without switching platforms, enhancing overall efficiency.

Cons: The out-of-the-box reporting capabilities are often criticized as not being useful, and customization options are limited. Some users have also mentioned issues with exporting data for use in other reporting tools.

Pros: The ability to capture all of my meetings and notes and have it shared with the individual without having to email it to them. Also, the ability to capture and track goals.

Cons: I wish there was a way to transfer a topic to another meeting if you were not able to get to that topic in the current meeting. I see that you can select a topic to be added to all of the meeting series but that is not the same as just moving it one time.

Pros: All the features that are available. Each one helps with every aspect of the job. Understanding better ways to perform each task and to be better knowledgeable in each task.

Cons: There’s really nothing that I can say that I like the least. Most of what’s on Teamflect is helpful in many ways.

Pros: Teamflect can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away.

Cons: I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. I'd like to be able to schedule it to appear at a certain time.

Pros: As an HR Specialist, I really appreciate how Teamflect brings multiple HR practices into one centralized platform. The ability to integrate it seamlessly with Microsoft Teams is a major plus—it allows for smoother workflows and eliminates the need to switch between different tools.

Cons: The only downside I’ve experienced is that Teamflect consumes a relatively high amount of internet data, which can be inconvenient in low-bandwidth environments.

Pros: Easy to use and understand with great customer support features. Great way to stay connected between the team and management.

Cons: Really did not have any issues or concerns at this moment, the ease of use and understanding is a great perk.

Pros: A great way to collect surveys and fill out review forms. It is convenient and easy to use. I like how it saves the progress made when completing a form over a period of time.

Cons: Quite impressed, but I would like to be able to upload pictures to my notes. The attachment button doesn't work.

Pros: I love the integration with Teams, goal setting & the reminders to update goal status. I also appreciate the ability to indicate dotted line and direct line manager/supervisors so that those staff can have documented interactions with both. For companies that use excel to measure productivity, the ability to connect goals to excel is amazing. The One:One meeting layout is very helpful with Talking Points, Shared and Private Notes, Task and more.

Cons: We are just dipping our toes into testing Teamflect before we add additional staff, so I feel ill-equipped to comment on "Cons". The only awkwardness I see so far is in goal development for goals that are hard to quantify but deserve more attention than Completed/Not Completed.

Pros: It's user-friendly, and everyone can see the different goals I create with the way I set it up - that's a great feature.

Cons: When creating a goal, there are several options to choose from for setting it up, which can be confusing due to the lack of clarity on what each option means.

Pros: What I like most about Teamflect is its seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, making performance management simple and efficient.

Cons: What I liked least about Teamflect is that its features are heavily dependent on Microsoft Teams, which can limit its usefulness for organizations not fully embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Pros: UI/UX and sync with Microsoft products. Career part is good as all prefilled competency elements are mapped.

Cons: No auto calibration or linkage with power Bi reports. If teamflect can capture the data from power BI reports, it can be a great deal.

Pros: I appreciate how Teamflect streamlines feedback and recognition within the flow of work. It makes it easy to share input, track performance, and maintain alignment across teams — all without needing to leave Teams. The user-friendly interface and built-in prompts also help keep feedback focused and actionable.

Cons: Some features feel limited without customization, and it can be easy to forget to use without regular prompts.

Pros: I love the accountability of conquering goals/tasks I set for myself/team. It gives me the ability to check on my team and their performance

Cons: when updating a sub goal within the main goal I have to start over to update any of the other sub goals

Pros: The ease of employee management in a central location, from goal setting and tracking to employee reviews

Cons: It can be glitchy at times and may not load. I often need to close out and reopen. This usually resolves the problem.

Pros: Easy use Multiple tools to fit multiple scenarios High collaboration with others Intergration with other Microsoft tools

Cons: the user interface can be a bit cluttered. Instead of all items being visible on the screen I would hope for more collapsible items that can be opened when needed.

Pros: The app is very helpful for tracking the Individual, Team, and Organizational KPIs, as well as fixing the target date.

Cons: Not getting the notification for the due. It will help us to set an alarm when the date goes beyond the due.

Pros: This platform is user friendly and easy to use. You can easily plan and set goals and update achievements. The best part is that your organization is always on top of your goals and achievements, thus always keeping employees motivated and to do their best.

Cons: The nothing that one cannot like. It's a great platform for employers/employees to use as a way of setting goals and publish achievements on a regular basis.

Pros: Easy streamlined process of feedback and review with my manager and colleagues, as well as requested feedback from clients and other stakeholders.

Cons: Overall, my experience with using Teamflect did not note any cons so far, however on the application startup sometimes it takes time to open.

Pros: I like Teamflect because you can write your goals down and it keeps you accountable. I like looking at my goals and progress throughout the quarter.

Cons: While using this software I notice that it is slow when I open it up or am using it. It takes a while to load.

Pros: Teamflect is very versatile, allowing you to chat or do FaceTime. The layout is easy to follow and incorporates goals, meetings, reviews and calendars.

Cons: I wish you could remove or rearrange the modules on the home page. Items with no content should not be at the top of the screen.

Pros: I really appreciate how simple and encouraging it feels to give recognition through Teamflect. It gives me a chance to acknowledge people who made a real difference to me, especially during tough moments — without having to explain everything. Just being able to say a heartfelt “thank you” in a meaningful way feels like a big thing.

Cons: One thing I noticed is that we don’t get notifications when someone comments on a recognition. We only get alerts for feedback requests or when someone gives feedback — but if someone leaves a comment, it just quietly sits there unless you go back and check. I feel it would really help if there was an instant notification for comments too. That way, we don’t miss out on those encouraging replies or follow-ups that actually mean a lot.
