This tool is extremely convenient for quickly recognising and appreciating the work of fellow team members. It provides an easy and efficient way to stay aware of the contributions others are making, even in a fast-paced or collaborative environment.
Pros: We as a team are still using this tool to appreciate the work of our colleagues. It is very easy to use.
Cons: I am using this app for many years now and I have not found any cons yet. No negative points till now for this tool.

Wonderful!! The product and the team are both top-notch. From introduction calls to implementation to using the product was so seamless and easy.
Pros: I love the product itself. It promotes employee engagement and company morale. Customer support is phenomenal. I always get a quick reply and everyone is super helpful!
Cons: There is not anything we don't like necessarily. The only thing I would like to see as a more robust feature would be analytics for the survey responses. They can be a little difficult to read.

The overall experience is TapMyBack was great, with many of our team members appreciating its simplicity, effectiveness, and focus on fostering a culture of recognition and feedback. It has effectively boosted our team's motivation and cohesion. The social recognition and gamification features have been instrumental in driving engagement and fostering a stronger sense of team spirit.
Pros: TapMyBack is an employee engagement and recognition platform. We liked most their Mood Surveying feature. It was designed to help organizations track employee sentiment and engagement regularly. It helped to track overall employee morale during organizational changes. It also helped Identifying patterns in team sentiment after major projects or events.
Cons: Although the platform was generally user-friendly, introducing it to teams unfamiliar with peer recognition tools took time and effort to encourage consistent use. Some team members reported occasional bugs, such as frequent logouts or issues with notifications. That was not big problem for us.

Really provides an opportunity to have that important feedback, which is one of the most important tools in moving business forward.
Pros: The ability to reinforce behaviors with recognition badges
Cons: Only thing not to like is the negative feedback from staff... but even that is really a good thing!

Pros: It get's the job done. The taps I believe are the feature we got more adoption on.
Cons: It is not very flexible unless you get their their team to customize it for you. The interface is not pretty at all.

My overall experience with TMB is really good. The morale of my staff has improved.
Pros: Promotes a positive culture that lacks in todays employees.
Cons: I don't really have too many cons besides learning how to create surveys for feedback a little better.

Pros: Great, easy to use employee engagement software. Easy to give feedback. Great for motivation. I can run annalytics and it's customizable.
Cons: Mobile app may need some improving but at this time I don't have any other cons.

For managers who don't habitually give their team positive feedback, this can help remind them both to do it, and HOW to do it.
Pros: What I liked about Tap My Back is that it normalizes and standardizes and thus allows you to give your team feedback in a positive, uniform way.
Cons: Not every employee wants to be recognized publicly, there is a feature for one on one feedback I believe but I had a hard time finding it.

Pros: It's a great way to thank other colleagues for their efforts and time. It encourages each person to help other out and thank each other more.
Cons: The app isn't very good at loading, but can easily use the online version instead.

Pros: What I like most from Tap My Back is that it is a great tool to recognize our peers and interact with the rest of the employees. It is also good for Birthday Greetings. I like the GIFs and Images it has, and it is very easy to use

Pros: How easy it is to implement processes and get people and teams to interact on the platform. Feedback is critical for any company that wants to improve. In itself, as wonderful as it is, for it to work it requires staff training and context.
Cons: Feedback needs context and sometimes it is hard to undestand where that comment came from. The ability to add a context to a review/evaluation would be welcome.

I love the app! It improved the engagement of the team ddrstically.
Pros: The product is very intuitive on one side but on the other it has a lot of features and flexibility to modify if a person wants that. Rarely today apps can combine that features, easy to use with freedom to customize.
Cons: I think some of the features of the app are not that visibile without research, and maybe prevents from opening the full potential of the app to the customer

Pros: It's a great support for team feedback and even quality management. Your feedback is also valuable and considered into the app if you have any considerations. Great app all in all!
Cons: I feel that in my company should have been selected a owner to manage the app and ocasionally show the company the new features and have an integration plan (so it's not really a con, it's an advice for whoever is planning on implementing such a tool).

Good experience doing business with Tap my back, very responsive guys with a lovely tool to help us solve one of our issues in the company, the recognition among people.
Pros: It is a easy to use tool that foster collaboration, improve relationships in the entire company but most of all, recognizing the employees, with a global visibility, create a positive impact on the daily-work and on the people pride and engagement.
Cons: The mobile app is pretty basic and is missing notifications feature to let me know when interactions are happening.Integration with SSO is also difficult and in our case is also pending to solve with Microsoft Azure AD

It's something new for me and this father sometimes receive this type of congratulations that motivate you, when you think that nobody is paying attention to your work, you get a little message :)
Pros: At first it seemed a bit complicated to me, and with use you find it, it's like everything new, this father the options it has, it has the important thing that is the objective of the platform, options to say thank you.
Cons: I think it's a very good platform, I know it's growing and I think it still lacks options, more emoticons, gifs, maybe attaching videos, making small clips, it would be great to have those kinds of options

Cons: Through my profile I cannot go to the received taps, if I want to review them. GIFs are cropped and thus loose their meaning as they cannot be fully seen.

Pros: Easily integrated in the MS Teams and Slack environment.
