Great product and supportive team who are really easy to work with even across a 10 hour time difference (do they ever sleep?)
Pros: Very easy to use, both from the end user and admin perscpective: - Integrates seamlessly to our Slack, which makes it easier to use and saves time (as it's right there in your Slack) -Smart use of AI with the key findings summaries -Tool that adapts to our needs - not the other way around - Very quick turnaround for addressing our customer feedback and making product improvements within days rather than months or years (as the previous vendors I've partnered with)
Cons: Teamspective has already removed all the cons (feedback I gave about some "I wish it would do x" features). They didn't just add them in their roadmap but they actually added and launched these fixes within weeks!

Great, support is also working
Pros: easy to use, intuitive and doesn't require a lot of training for admins
Cons: maybe an integration with [sensitive content hidden] would be useful

Great, easy to use,
Pros: To be able to get the comments anonymously from my team and engage further discussion in writing back and forth. I have received great input and ideas. When you have a team with a lot of different personalities = introverts & extroverts - this is a way of picking up concerns and Ideas from all personalities - also those who feel more comfortable to share their thoughts anonymously in writing instead of in person.
Cons: Limited usage for other areas - other surveys connected to for example internal trainings etc - would be nice to have one channel for all instead of having different systems and channels for different survey/trainings.

It's quite a nice tool, but requires that the organisation using has got managers who actually look at the results and consider what they indicate for the company.
Pros: The cadence of pulses is not too much, nor too little. It is convenient to use as it integrates with Slack.
Cons: The questions seems to be the same most of the time. Some questions are formulated in a way that they get difficult to answer.

We use teamspective to get a baseline understanding of how everyone is feeling. It doesn't replace talking and interacting, but in a remote first company it helps to have a baseline understanding.
Pros: * Repeated polling of how everyone is feeling
Cons: * Reports can't be accessed directly in slack, instead a browser needs to be opened

Pros: The very best feature for me and from my point of view is the feedback possibility. It encourages people to send praises and give good feedback as well as asks you to get feedback from the others. Asking feedback in a normal conversation might feel awkward or not natural at all so this lowers the barrier to ask for a constructive feedback. And obviously giving the right type of feedback also needs to be practised and Teamsepctive gives good insight and help questions to fill in the right type of feedback.
Cons: The features I would like to have a wider view is on the pulse surveys. The 2.0 is on the way and the topics are wider so maybe that is the key to this challenge. The pulse questions have been more or less the same though couple of months so having more topics could keep it more interesting and maybe help others to be interested in longer.

So far we have been very satisfied.
Pros: Getting Teamspective Pulse into use was really easy. There was timely support available and system was explained well before the go live. Answering has been made extremely easy and it takes only few minutes to answer.
Cons: Understanding and explaining the visibility of individual comments and anonymity caused some deeper thinking.

I really like it and I love the overview I see of the general vibe across all company and in my team specifically
Pros: I like the honest and transparent overview Teamspective shows to all employees in a company
Cons: Some analytics could be brought out a bit more. You need to dig quite deep to uncover some team data for example

Customer support has been amazing! Very consultative approach, instead of just answering the questions.
Pros: The feedback tool has been extremely valuable to us, the UI is great! The feedback from employees has been very positive, a lot of employees mentioned this in our last development discussion round.
Cons: The software itself has been very user friendly. However, the combination of ATS, HR system + Teamspective makes it relatively cost-heavy package for a small company like us.
Hanna K. · Head of Talent & Culture · Information Technology and Services · November 18, 2022
Pros: My favorite part about Teamspective is the seamless Slack integration.I hate opening websites to go and answer some questions on weekly basis, so Slack integration is a big dealbreaker from me and my team.
Cons: The only thing which could be improved in my opinion is the website design, it's a bit outdate-ish

Great!
Pros: I enjoy the /praise feature on our feedback channels where everyone celebrates the successful work of others.
Cons: The pulse questionnaires are sometimes quite repetitive.

nice remote tool to gather information and metrics about how are we doing
Pros: easy to see the company overalls on different categories. Can motivate and activate people to share more
Cons: "only" a questionary, needs active doing after seeing results to change things if needed.Requires discussions and definitions what is good/bad and why, what are the next steps to continue

Teamspective makes it easy for both employees, managers and HR to give feedback (both through pulse questionnaires, praise and redirecting feedback).
Pros: Teamspective is easy to use and I love the Slack integration. The features are developed proactively and feedback from the customer is taken into consideration.
Cons: It could be nice to be able to change the frequency of the pulse survey to a customized frequency. Right now weekly or bi-weekly are offered.
Milla H. · People & Culture Specialist · Information Technology and Services · November 17, 2022
Pros: Easy to use (slack)Overall good questions
Cons: Software does not encourage to leave open feedback.Pulse does not ask if employee's answer is lower than last time (reasons etc)
Sonja P. · HR Manager · Computer Software · November 17, 2022
Pros: I feel that the lightweight and clever features add effortless feedback points. This really helps me see how my team is feeling and gives me opportunity to air my own thoughts easily.
Cons: Our organization is mostly in english, and while the tool is localized in multiple languages, the touchpoints where my finnish UI and the teams english UI meet seem weird. I'd much rather have a single language forced for all users in the team.

Overall good. It's nice to get feedback from peers. It's great that we have the public slack channel where the boosts are broadcast, even when they are person to person. It creates an atmosphere that encourages more cheers and boosts, which I believe is beneficial for all.
Pros: It has an automated schedule that keeps asking me for input. Good frequency, not too often not too rarely. It guides and encourages towards giving feedback and boosts for peers.
Cons: I don't know if using this tool has lead to any actual actions from the employer. Concrete actions and followups would make this feel more significant. Right now it feels mostly like yelling in the void. It might be that our employer is doing something to fix issues, but there's no roadmap and checks to see if the actions taken fixed to lower results? Maybe the employer should set like a target to improve certain metric within a period, lay out the plan to improve it... Then verify after the period wether or not the metric improved. Also: It should ask more frequently who my teammates are, whom to send praise to. Our teams evolve constantly, and for example TS suggests me now to cheer a person I don't work with anymore. If I haven't praised them in times, ask for more suggestions.

Pros: The pulse surveys (recurring anonymous surveys with ~5 questions) provide useful data for team wellbeing.
Cons: The UI for giving feedback to others feels quite complex. I would personally like if it was more free-form.
Ville V. · Software Developer · Legal Services · November 16, 2022
Pros: Software is easy to use and it is not taking too much time to take the survey
Cons: Same questions are repeated often.
Nicolas B. · Customer Service Specialist · Accounting · November 16, 2022
We have had problems with the lack of feedback in our team and in our company so Teamspective has been very helpful with that. Also it is very nice that you can give comments anonymously because some things can sometimes be sensitive and you don't want to talk about it personally.
Pros: Very easy to use and Slack reminds with notifications when it's time to do the weekly pulse round. Also it has been very helpful in our team to increase the feedback and make the feedback culture better. In our team we review our answers together weekly so it has been nice to see what topics we need to focus.
Cons: Nothing comes to my mind. Some people think the reminders come too often but for me it works very well.
Jessica P. · Customer Success Specialist · Computer Software · November 16, 2022
I found it very helpful to see the growth of the people in different departments.
Pros: I like how the product helps us understand how happy the people in the company are.
Cons: It is very easy to use it via slack, so nothing really to say negative.
Gabriel P. · Data Management Specialist · Financial Services · November 16, 2022
Employees can give anonymously feedback to supervisors, which is the best feature. The employees can also see the whole company's results, which is also great.
Pros: Users can give anonymously feedback, it really helps our company to improve.
Cons: Write praise does not work that well, it only suggests the same people everytime and not randomly selected employees.
Veera F. · Administrative Assistant · Consumer Services · November 16, 2022
Pros: Easily integrates with Slack to give a holistic view on important feedback at regular intervals to become part of the review process. Very simple for users to give relevant feedback and scoring.
Cons: The reporting is instant and allows easy reference to previous results. Benchmarking could be more straightforward.
Gavin S. · Account Executive · Information Technology and Services · November 16, 2022
I use it mainly via slack application. So far, it has been easy to use and learn usage.
Pros: Easy to use,Integration with Slack,Notification.
Cons: Confusing search engine,Some notification are not appropriate.

My overall experience is really good. I'm happy that my organisation utilises Teamspective as a tool for managing the teams etc. I value that finally I have a distinct way to ask and receive feedback!
Pros: The most impactful features in Teamspective are the feedback features!
Cons: Even I wound Teamspective quite easy to use, the "Your feedback" section could be more clear. Redesign it, a simple listing with drop down fuction could work better.
Mikko S. · Designer · Design · November 16, 2022
Pros: Pulse surveys are a good way to improve psychological safety, plus this kind of continuous feedback makes you think about your own workload, motivation and overall satisfaction in a constructive way.
Cons: Same questions are repeated quite often in pulse surveys, many themes may remain untouched.
