Pros: Combines POS, payments, reporting, inventory AND customer data all in one system! So efficient and easy to manage.
Cons: Being that there is such a wide feature set the learning curve did take a bit of time but that is expected with any intricate app.

Heartland Retail as a product is awful and not worth using. Our [sensitive content hidden] keeps saying we will switch processors but has not done so which is the only reason we continue to use it. The one saving grace is that their local support is very responsive, but they can't fix most of our issues.
Pros: Nothing. Heartland Retail is by far the worst payment processor/device I have worked with and frequently crashes during routine use.
Cons: The software is extremely slow at best, and frequently crashes. The inventory management system is not robust and does not accommodate most of the products we need to track.

In as much as Genius Restaurant is concerned they’re well positioned, secured, organized and managed I highly recommend its service as prior to their unique food and settings, they’re well enjoyable.
Pros: One of the biggest strengths I like about Genius-restaurant is its simplicity and order of management, the brand focuses on delivering good food which makes it appealing to wide range of customers and suppliers as well as management in the company. This brand payment process is designed to be easy and unique without a doubt and they make sure that there is well a Established security management to sustain its services.
Cons: I do not have much least likes about Genius-restaurant,despite its strength during peak hours, service can sometimes be slow due to high demand. Additionally, some locations may have limited seating or parking, which can be inconvenient.

Pros: Genius – Restaurants was simple and efficient to use, making reservation management much easier, especially during peak hours. It helped boost our restaurant’s online presence and attracted new customers we may not have reached otherwise.
Cons: One drawback was the commission/fees, which could be challenging for profit margins. There were also some limitations in customization, and relying heavily on the platform meant less direct engagement with customers.

They make use of good and healthy food ingredients that gives nutrients to the body but they should try and work their staffs.
Pros: They offer varieties of food, healthy food dishes with vegetarians. The restaurant make use of quality ingredients.
Cons: Some of their staffs can speak English fluently and they don't attend to customers on time which make a lot of people complain about the restaurant

Pros: Helpful customer service, very responsive with our request with help to integrate POS system with our current CMS software. Email is responded within 2 days at most, really happy with support experience.
Cons: Working solutions to replace our previous POS system, Heartland Retail POS is much more modern with advance solution for inventory check-up, payment gateway and daily report. I have no dislike for this platform.

Heartland was good for all of our needs. We only switched when we went corporate and had to because our company is now using the same as the other corporate hospitals.
Pros: The customer service was really good and they were very responsive. I never had to wait to hear back and any issues were resolved quickly.
Cons: I did not have a bad experience.There was no negatives at the time of us using heartland, and we would not have switched unless we had to.

Pros: Restaurant management, order management and payment processing is what make this software incredible and life saver for restaurant business. It help to run restaurant operation easier and ensure we able to cater more customer on peak hours. Table turned and reservation system by the application is indeed helpful and gives customer a positive experience.
Cons: Only few minor issues like screen frozen and interface not loading that happen when we are busy. It just need for a quick reboot before it can operate again.

First of all,their support team is always available all day and night.The experience was awesome and very effective.
Pros: We've used it for 18 months and to be honest I regret not making it our priority from the beginning. I use it for employees management, tracking their breaks attendance and scheduling their shifts. We also offer online ordering and dine in orders courtesy of Heartland Restaurant. A magnificent software like no other.
Cons: It was quite helpful to us. We have nothing major to write here. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to elevate his or her business.

Learn how to learn and quickly able to operate the POS system under on day training. It has many customization for the UI to display the screen interface with tools that we use frequently.
Pros: Loved the PIC-compliant payment processing that integrate with our retailer POS system and need no other add-on from third-party software to process credit/debit card payment. Inventory management that sync perfectly with our ecommerce website ensure all the product is correctly counted and make no mistake with missing product or sold-out.
Cons: Our previous cash drawer isn't compatible with Heartland Retail POS system, we had to buy a new hardware for it to work and it is working smoothly after the change.

Pros: Impressive sales order management that integrate easily with CRM platform to sync between the two software in real-time. Features for email marketing is a perfect add-on so we don't have to use separate tools for our marketing management. Functional POS system that is simple to learn and operate by our cashier.
