Pros: In my experience, Genius is a very effective all-in-one solution for managing restaurant operations. I like how it combines billing, payments, reporting, inventory, and staff management in a single platform. The system is user-friendly, which makes daily operations smoother and helps staff adapt quickly.

Cons: One drawback is that the platform can feel a bit complex at first due to the wide range of features available. It takes some time to fully understand and utilize everything Genius offers. Some advanced features also require initial setup, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, since it’s cloud-based, performance depends on having a reliable internet connection.

Pros: One of the biggest strengths I like about Genius-restaurant is its simplicity and order of management, the brand focuses on delivering good food which makes it appealing to wide range of customers and suppliers as well as management in the company. This brand payment process is designed to be easy and unique without a doubt and they make sure that there is well a Established security management to sustain its services.

Cons: I do not have much least likes about Genius-restaurant,despite its strength during peak hours, service can sometimes be slow due to high demand. Additionally, some locations may have limited seating or parking, which can be inconvenient.

Pros: Genius – Restaurants was simple and efficient to use, making reservation management much easier, especially during peak hours. It helped boost our restaurant’s online presence and attracted new customers we may not have reached otherwise.

Cons: One drawback was the commission/fees, which could be challenging for profit margins. There were also some limitations in customization, and relying heavily on the platform meant less direct engagement with customers.

Pros: I like the pos machine features it makes everything and I like how easily I can track all funds that are coming in for us

Cons: I dislike genius restaurants reporting features it do hang and sometimes I can click it countless times before it will start working

Pros: They offer varieties of food, healthy food dishes with vegetarians. The restaurant make use of quality ingredients.

Cons: Some of their staffs can speak English fluently and they don't attend to customers on time which make a lot of people complain about the restaurant

Pros: I love their customers support team,they resolve issues effectively. And it use friendly. It supports different order types.

Cons: I like the effectiveness of heartland restaurant but i wish they can work on their equipment, they should get everything properly set up.

Pros: I like their order management and payment process, its very fast. I like how it helps manage reservations and tables without confusion.1

Cons: I’d like to see more customization options for reports and marketing campaigns. I would really live to see some advanced features.

Pros: I could manage and monitor my order without no hard learning curve lastly the payment process is easy and I can track my transactions from A-Z

Cons: Genius for restaurant is very a little bit expensive compared to their alternatives tools is not suitable for small businesses

Pros: Helpful customer service, very responsive with our request with help to integrate POS system with our current CMS software. Email is responded within 2 days at most, really happy with support experience.

Cons: Working solutions to replace our previous POS system, Heartland Retail POS is much more modern with advance solution for inventory check-up, payment gateway and daily report. I have no dislike for this platform.

Pros: Heartland Retail provide an easy platform to track daily sales, Sku's, inventory levels and sales reports. It is now easy to know which product sell well and sells trend

Cons: I can't think of any problem with this product, It has every thing that a retail business needs. They are effective in managing retails operation.

Cons: Six months of using heartland retail tool no single complaint from be if I were to be honest I enjoyed heartland retail

Pros: I appreciate the way Genius restaurant tool diverse Ordering Options from Supports countertop POS, mobile POS, self-service kiosks, and online ordering, catering for our various customer preferences

Cons: Getting everything configured can take time and effort aside this there’s no any other issues at all

Pros: The customer service was really good and they were very responsive. I never had to wait to hear back and any issues were resolved quickly.

Cons: I did not have a bad experience.There was no negatives at the time of us using heartland, and we would not have switched unless we had to.

Pros: It’s user friendly and easily able to be utilized by all team members from part-time associates to full-time management

Cons: The integration with the online platform could be a little glitchy

Pros: Heartland Retail helped to make it easy to running a retail operation, tracking order/inventory and flawless payment processing from different payment option.

Cons: Easy to setup. Can integrate easily with tablet that we use in store and warehouse. No issue at all.

Pros: Restaurant management, order management and payment processing is what make this software incredible and life saver for restaurant business. It help to run restaurant operation easier and ensure we able to cater more customer on peak hours. Table turned and reservation system by the application is indeed helpful and gives customer a positive experience.

Cons: Only few minor issues like screen frozen and interface not loading that happen when we are busy. It just need for a quick reboot before it can operate again.

Pros: We've used it for 18 months and to be honest I regret not making it our priority from the beginning. I use it for employees management, tracking their breaks attendance and scheduling their shifts. We also offer online ordering and dine in orders courtesy of Heartland Restaurant. A magnificent software like no other.

Cons: It was quite helpful to us. We have nothing major to write here. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to elevate his or her business.

Pros: Loved the PIC-compliant payment processing that integrate with our retailer POS system and need no other add-on from third-party software to process credit/debit card payment. Inventory management that sync perfectly with our ecommerce website ensure all the product is correctly counted and make no mistake with missing product or sold-out.

Cons: Our previous cash drawer isn't compatible with Heartland Retail POS system, we had to buy a new hardware for it to work and it is working smoothly after the change.

Pros: Heartland Retail system is well developed with the best UI and easy to creat custom fields for tracking inventory.

Cons: Heartland Retail is convenient for collecting payment from different digital platforms.

Pros: Heartland Retail is very easy to use and establish even for the beginners. Their customer service is amazing and we enjoyed every bit with Heartland Retail.
