Pros: They are very up to date on all the latest technology, which is super crucial for what i need and must have at my job.

Pros: Quello che mi è piaciuto di più di PracticePanther è la sua semplicità d’uso unita a funzionalità molto complete. Permette di gestire casi, clienti, scadenze e documenti tutto in un’unica piattaforma, rendendo il lavoro molto più organizzato ed efficiente. Ho trovato particolarmente utile il sistema di fatturazione e time tracking integrato, che aiuta a monitorare le ore lavorate e creare fatture in modo rapido. Inoltre, l’interfaccia è intuitiva e permette di iniziare a lavorare senza troppe difficoltà.
Cons: Un aspetto negativo di PracticePanther riguarda alcuni problemi tecnici occasionali, come bug o rallentamenti, che possono influire sulla fluidità del lavoro quotidiano. Inoltre, la gestione della fatturazione potrebbe essere più intuitiva: alcune operazioni richiedono più passaggi del necessario e risultano poco pratiche nel lungo periodo. Un altro limite è rappresentato dalla versione mobile, che non offre tutte le funzionalità disponibili su desktop, rendendo meno efficiente il lavoro da remoto. La mia esperienza complessiva con PracticePanther Legal Software è positiva e soddisfacente, soprattutto dal punto di vista pratico e organizzativo. La piattaforma si distingue per essere intuitiva e facile da usare, con una curva di apprendimento contenuta anche per chi non ha grande esperienza con software complessi, e consente di gestire con efficacia casi, contatti, calendari, fatturazione e attività quotidiane in un’unica interfaccia chiara.
Pros: Permette di tenere tutti i dati di casi, clienti, documenti e scadenze in un unico sistema, riducendo confusione e dispersione di informazioni.
Cons: Le email salvate non sempre si espandono in un unico thread continuo, il che può rendere più difficile seguire le conversazioni.

Overall Practice Panther did the job. We were able to use it without any complications. The transition was easy and uneventful.
Pros: Practice Panther was simple to use. I used it for a brief time and I was able to keep everything organized.
Cons: I would have liked Practice Panther to have a separate organized section for each case. It was hard to navigate the docs as they were all lumped together.

Every time I have to develop something against practicepanther's API I feel like I would rather be at the dentist

I have enjoyed it but customer service has been somewhat challenging, as in no answers at the time of call.
Pros: Invoicing integration with WiseTime; convenient esigning of documents.

Practice Panther has been very user friendly since I first started using. The support is awesome.
Pros: Practice Panther is very easy to use and understand. The billing and invoicing are a plus and what's even better clients can pay directly from invoices which saves time tracking payments
Cons: I can't say that I have experienced any "cons" using Practice Panther.

The software was ok. We decided to go with Mycase instead. The experience was fine until we attempted to cancel our PracticePanther subscription.
Pros: Simple user interface. Easy to use on day 1.
Cons: Very difficult to cancel. There is no online option. You submit a request on your account profile, wait for a call, and if you're not available for the call you must return the call from their support team who doesn't answer. In the end you're playing phone tag leaving voicemails trying to cancel a cheap monthly subscription. Very simple solution they obviously don't want to implement - have a 'cancel my account' option in your account profile.

Pros: Very user-friendly software for our law firm. Customer service very good, as well. Would highly recommend for law firm use.
Cons: Nothing stands out. Only negative quality is that saved e-mails cannot be expanded into an ongoing e-mail string.

My firm has used Practice Panther for 5+ years without any issue. It has grown with us.
Pros: Using Practice Panther is intuitive largely because of the logical graphic layout. Things are exactly where you think they should be. My staff has needed very little time to come up to speed on Practice Panther.
Cons: I have no complaints. I would, however, make the colors customizable per user for fun.

Pros: Automation. I like that my client can sign up for intakes from my website, log into the client portal for updates, and create documents with a mouse click.
Cons: Slow post of collected payments. I have to wait almost a week to get paid.

Easy to use and well priced compared to competitors. Able to tailor to what we need.
Pros: Easy to use - like the billing mass number option in lieu of on entry at a time. Big time saver to do 10 and a time.
Cons: Limited reports on payments - hard to see payment dates and run reports on money that came in one year for prior years time.

I have used PP for several years. Developers were easy to contact in the beginning, but staff has grown and support does the job now. I usually have new staff up and running within a few days with the basics - calendaring appointments, invoicing, card payments, setting up new clients. Thank you for a great product that keeps improving!
Pros: Ease of use - short learning curve, accessibility of support for problems and consideration of suggestions, frequent additions to functionality
Cons: There were a few glitches in its early years that were a nuisance, but they appear resolved now. It is a little pricey for a solo firm, but it makes practice much smoother!

Good customer support; software is very detailed and allows for customization.
Pros: Workflows, ability to assign tasks to individuals, alerts when tasks are completed so person assigned to next tasks is aware to take action.
Cons: Glitches; issues with Google Calendar sync.

Excellent. I used another competition at a different firm (LEAP) and this blows it away!
Pros: Ease of use and integration of one drive.
Cons: Occasionally i have trouble with some features like uploading documents for signatures. I would also like to see the subject line change to the law firms name when sendign docs for signatures instead of manually having to change it each time.

Pros: It is very user friendly and makes my job easier. I am new in the legal field, and this software has made my transition into this field smooth.
