I've had an incredibly positive experience with ReInvestWealth. I love the program, it's helped me save both money and stress.
Pros: I love the convenience of the software and how it automatically connects to everything. Filing my HST was the easiest it's ever been since switching to ReInvestWealth.
Cons: It took me a little bit to figure out how to find everything on the site but the team was really helpful and helped me get familiar with the software.

It's always great to see Canadian entrepreneurs changing the status quo for the betterment in industries. Making things accessible and easy-to-understand for everyone. That's a great company mission and they're clearly succeeding there.
Pros: The integration was seamless, simple, and reliable! Which I simply cannot say about the other very popular software out there (that starts with a 'q'). I also deeply appreciate that this was made by and for Canadians, especially, small business entrepreneurs.
Cons: Nothing really so far! The only thing on my wishlist would be that the access to Cloud Tax and the T2 filing was fully a part of ReInvest Wealth instead of separate to reduce the complexity there of having to work with two companies. But likely, there's probably a reason why it's separate.

Been great! Has really helped with organization. The flow and feel of the website is really intuitive and easy to use
Pros: I love how easy it is to use and how it fully covers everything you need to keep your expenses and taxes organized. The receipt upload is extremely helpful. It really does help you to see a much clearer picture on the overall health of your business. Being able to book meetings with an accountant easily really helps for when you may be stuck or need further guidance.
Cons: I really can’t think of anything here. I’m sure there’s even more I could be doing with ReinvestWealth that I haven’t even got to yet. Looking forward to learning more

Cons: Nothing., it's been great. It was easy to navigate and easy to use. Way to go reinvest wealth. Way to go.

Pros: Its easy to use and has a low pricepoint compared to the major competitors. I also love their connection to CloudTax. I never would ha e lnow about them without ReInvestWealth. Bonus points for being Canadian!
Cons: I'm still pretty new with the program, so haven't found any major glitches yet. Would be nice if they can link to more of the less well know banking systems.

I’ve tried a few accounting tools over the years, and ReinvestWealth is by far one of the easiest to use. The setup was straightforward and I was able to start using it almost immediately without having to learn a complicated system. What really makes it different is how much the AI helps automate things. Transactions are categorized automatically and the platform gives helpful insights without requiring a lot of manual work. For a small business owner, that saves a lot of time. Another feature I really like is that you can file HST returns directly within the app, which makes tax time much less stressful. Not having to jump between multiple tools or deal with complicated exports is a huge plus. Overall, the interface is clean, simple, and very intuitive. There’s almost no learning curve, which is rare for accounting software. It’s great for entrepreneurs or small business owners who want something powerful but easy to manage.
Pros: • Very easy to use • AI automation saves time • HST filing built into the platform • Clean and simple interface
Cons: Because it’s still a relatively new platform, there are some advanced features that may still be evolving. That said, the core functionality already works very well for small businesses, and the team seems to be improving the product quickly.

So far so good. I uploaded my bank accounts it seemed to work as advertised. I am looking forward to seeing more refined features and workflows added to the group.
Pros: I like its simplicity and clear workflows. From a startup perspective, it has what I need and nothing I don't.
Cons: Its strength is its weakness. Simplicity. It lacks many of the bells and whistles of more mature software.

I’ve had a great experience using this accounting software for my business. It’s very easy to use, with a minimal learning curve and a smooth onboarding process. From setup to handling ongoing tax requirements, everything has been straightforward and well guided. The platform saves me a lot of time by simplifying invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Everything is centralized and accessible online, giving me a clear, real-time view of my finances from anywhere. It’s robust and reliable, with strong reporting capabilities and very few bugs or issues. On the rare occasion I needed help, customer support was responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s an efficient, well-organized solution that makes bookkeeping and tax filing significantly easier. Highly recommend for entrepreneurs looking for a dependable and professional accounting platform.
Pros: The biggest advantage is how much time it saves by simplifying invoicing, expense tracking, and tax preparation.
Cons: So far, I haven’t identified any meaningful downsides. The system has been reliable and consistent in meeting my needs.

No learning curve, the built in AI assistant answers all questions clearly. Easy to upload receipts , reports are clear and easy to read.
Pros: The ability to upload receipts into the digital shoebox is a great time saver. Very easy to use with the AI Bookeeper
Cons: There is nothing I do not like. Everything was easy to set up, bank connections were fast. AI assisted
Robert M. · Owner · Automotive · February 22, 2026
I would recommend this software for any Canadian small business who would like a simple, straightforward bookkeeping software. Support was also very responsive when I had a question via email.
Pros: I love that it quickly and easily captures data from my accounts and automatically categorizes the transaction.
Cons: I'm enjoying all of it so far. I need to spend me time with the receipt aspect of it to know if it will work smoothly.
Alexis E. · Owner · Retail · February 21, 2026
I had a good experience with using the application, I saved me a lot of time especially with paper receipts. I liked the merging of receipts and my banking.
Pros: Ease to use, cost effective, modern use of AI, perfect customer support when I had trouble linking with my bank, good use of financial reporting tools, it gives an opportunity to navigate the learning curve and it’s easy to access using ordinary phone data.
Cons: Too many emails pop-ups after I had signed up for the service, you need to reduce unnecessary promotion requests.

So far so good. I like the program for it's ease of use and intuitiveness. The AI bookeeper will alls be saving me plenty of time!
Pros: The ReInvest Wealth is very user friendly and the dashboard is easy to read. Transactions are very searchable and then simple to categorize if the AI functions hasn't done it perfectly already!
Cons: I am having trouble connecting my credit cards because they have a seperate login through my online banking platform.

Terrible BEWARE charged credit card without access tech. I Sent 2 emails requesting the funds be refunded without being provided the funds with them knowing full well the Tech was not used.... Slippy slope of if think they can get funds without the Technolgiy never being accessed. BEWARE
Pros: I thought it would be a reasonable Canada Solution and was trying to support Canadian Technoligy and instead worry about the companys ethicals with the experance.
Cons: The Marketing suggests a monthly payment of 39 a month with a cancelation anytime. After, I asked for a full refund learning from the CEO that they Tech wouldnt work, we did not access the sysytem or use the technoligy yet they charged the full fee on my credit card, I Sent 2 emails requesting the funds be refunded without being provided the funds with them knowing full well the Tech was not used.... Slippy slope of if think they can get funds without the Technolgiy never being accessed. BEWARE

It has been great so far. The service and support have been responsive and helpful, and the pricing feels fair and well-suited for small businesses and freelancers. It’s a practical solution that continues to improve over time.
Pros: The personable, hands-on vibe from the owner and the clear focus on supporting small businesses and freelancers. It doesn’t feel like a generic, one-size-fits-all platform. The dashboard is simple, intuitive, and hassle-free, which makes it easy to understand financial data without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons: The main area for improvement would be the user interface. While it works well and has improved quite a bit compared to the past, it could be more sleek, polished, and visually modern in the future. That said, functionality and usability are solid overall.

I looked at various accounting software before settling on RIW.. it's best for my service based solo S corp business.
Pros: Customer support is prompt, very easy to set up and use!! Learning to use it is very intuitive and I love the AI functionality!
Cons: Nothing, so far it's been great! I think it would be helpful to have more options for charge of accounts but it still is awesome!!!!!

My overall experience with Reinvestwealth has been excellent. The platform stands out for its strong customer support, ease of use, and reliable financial tools. Customer Support is responsive and helpful, making it easy to get answers when needed. The software is intuitive, so navigating day-to-day bookkeeping tasks feels straightforward rather than overwhelming. The learning curve is minimal, which makes it easy to get up and running quickly. Financial reporting is clear, accurate, and useful for understanding the health of my finances, and the online access allows me to manage everything conveniently from anywhere. Reinvestwealth is a powerful, user-friendly bookkeeping solution that delivers accuracy, efficiency, and excellent support. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and modern bookkeeping platform.
Pros: The biggest advantage of Reinvestwealth is easy reconciliation combined with the quick and accurate responses from the AI assistant. The AI assistant provides clear, timely answers that save a lot of time and reduce guesswork. Reconciliation is smooth and efficient, making bookkeeping far less stressful than with other expensive software I’ve used.
Cons: There isn’t much to dislike about Reinvestwealth. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be the option to flag whether a transaction requires a receipt. Having a simple checkbox or indicator to show that a receipt is needed would make tracking and compliance even easier. This would be a great enhancement rather than a drawback.

Smooth and easy. I am impressed so far. I moving for QB desktop pro which just seems to rebust for a small business. Plus they keep uping the price each year with little no features that impact me.
Pros: Clean, simple and easy to set up. Love the syncing with my bank and CC for easy upload and transaction views.
Cons: I would like to see the availability to have preset reminders for upcoming bills for weekly or monthly reoccurring transactions.

As a new small business owner this Reinvest Wealth has helped me get off to a smooth start with my Bookkeeping.
Pros: Great value for a reasonable price. Like the easy method to make the connections to my financial accounts.
Cons: I have not run into any issues. When i thought i had a limitation of my bank account inpurs ReinvestWealth had a solution.

So far seems like it could be a good fit. Just trying it out along my spreadsheet to see if it is worth the money
Pros: Seems easy to use. There is good bank conectivity and the Artifical intelligence seems like it might make the reconciliations easy.
Cons: Invoicing is lacking. Would like to see invoicing to pair with more than just stripe. We use square and invoicing does not sync

Pros: It is easy to use the ReInvestWealth platform, fast responses from the customer service, AI bookkeeping works well.
Cons: Requires constant log-in for RBC, a Canadian bank. Most probably this is a problem on the RBC side bur that'd be great if resolved.
Tolga N. · CEO · Real Estate · December 30, 2025
Pros: Seamless experience, so i can now focus on my business rather than thinking about the compliance and other things that i am not skilled.
Cons: I wish there was payroll software included so it would have been a one stop solution for all my needs.
Tarek A. · Software Engineer · Computer & Network Security · December 24, 2025
Just Awesome With limited smart bookkeeping options available in Canada, it helps reduce the time and cost of handling repetitive tasks. I also appreciate that it supports multiple banks at once, which gives more flexibility compared to competitors that restrict you to their own banking service.
Pros: Simple yet comprehensive solution for bookkeeping Affordable option, especially suitable for new startups Decent integration with Xero and QuickBooks Enjoyable UI/UX design that enhances usability Efficient AI features that match receipt images or PDF files to expenses No serious or frustrating issues encountered so far
Cons: There’s currently no support for some newer digital banks like Venn ReInvestWealth and Stripe aren’t handling VAT (MoR), so having an optional MoR service like Polar could be very useful for users who prefer not to manage VAT themselves
Saman D. · CEO · Computer Software · December 16, 2025
Awesome. The platform is smooth, reliable, and makes managing my inc transactions way simpler. I’d definitely recommend it.
Pros: I really like how easy ReInvestWealth is to use. The layout is clean, everything loads fast, and the reports are super clear. Customer support has also been great whenever I needed help.
Cons: When I try to add a transaction using my mobile, it does not allow input the negative sign (-) as only the numeric keyboard is presented, so I can't enter my expenses on my mobile. Also, when editing a transaction only the sales taxes can be added but no changes can me made to the amount or date.

I love the whole idea about ReinvestWealth and if they could get the bank connections, irregularities sorted, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. I feel like if ReinvestWealth could make a couple of tweaks around reliable connections and feature additions, I'd be willing to ditch QuickBooks and move all of my accounts.
Pros: Like the AI categorization and auto import of bank and credit card accounts transactions. Also, the ability to produce reports to send to my CPA at tax time.
Cons: (1) Glitchy bank and credit card connections with occasional disconnections, (2) inability of many credit unions were unable to connect with ReInvestWealth (3) inability to upload into the shoebox via CSV file

Excited to have a QBO alternative! I think this site will give me what I need without the huge price tag.
Pros: Prompt response time, cheaper option to Quickbooks, fairly intuitive to navigate. AI feature is useful.
Cons: The site isn't so pretty yet. Minor thing. My connection with RBC is tenuous through the site - this is annoying as I often have to reconnect the bank. I think the categories for transactions could be more specific.
