Overall, we are very happy with Accolent ERP. It is easy to use and train new employees with. It allows us to improve order and invoicing efficiencies that has helped to keep our costs down. The Self-Service Portal is also an awesome tool to have
Pros: I like the ability to create and invoice orders quickly, as well as run reports to help our purchasing efforts. Being able to email copies of invoices and statements to customers is also a nice feature.
Cons: The thing I like the least is that sometimes when they implement an update, it creates temporary bugs

Issues were mostly front loaded with onboarding and training, once we gained some familiarity with the system, the additional functionality was a great benefit.
Pros: Easy to reach support. Lots more functionality over our previous system and compared to current competitor programs for those in our industry.
Cons: Can be overwhelming when learning at first. Could use better communication about upcoming updates or changes.

From the start, Accolent provided our company with excellent training and guidance to prepare us for the implementation. We were nervous at first, but they were there when we needed them and all issues were dealt with promptly. We have worked with ADS Solutions for 20+ years with Advantage (previous version) and they have our full trust and appreciation for their excellent customer care.
Pros: By far, the best feature for our business is the order flow process. Everything is set up to easily track, manage and fulfill orders. It does so in way that saves us time and increases visibility in our day to day operation. Purchasing and accounting is set up similarly so that we know where everything is at all times.
Cons: Going from a server based system in the past, we did notice some slow down in using a cloud based interface. This has since improved drastically with Accolents updates and fixes so this is not an issue for us anymore.

I really like that we can access it from anywhere and that we don't need any special equipment like a server to run it on. The support team is very responsive.
Pros: It's very user friendly and has the best search capabilities when sorting through our extensive product lists.Even our sales reps who don't like technology are able to navigate the software fairly easily.
Cons: To be honest, the switch from our old program to Accolent was a nightmare. But I now realize it was pretty new software and had several bugs to work out. The last year has been much, much better and it is now operating smoothly overall.

Pros: We use the software to inventory our tools. It's easy to use and flexible, being supported by many operating systems like (Mac OS, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, IBM) is a big plus in our case.
Cons: I don't have anything to say yet about the cons of this software, in our case, the software works like a charm.

Pros: This software is suitable for our business requirement. It is flexible and scalable. Also it is supported by different platforms and provides efficient management.
Cons: I felt that update should be frequent. User interface should be more friendly because it takes little time to master it.

Pros: It has helped us incredibly sort out all the Inventory we've had laying around for years. We've really used it most towards inventory since it's where we lacked the most and the program really has been helpful in categorizing and keeping records of the trail of the items. As far as all the other features they have also worked great, till this moment not had anything bad to say about it.
Cons: At first it was a bit difficult to keep up with all the features and just navigating through the program but after some training you can get used to it.

Pros: It has lot of features available for the user and also great Inventory management tool makes it very useful for the purchasing.
