SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Pros: The ease of use and ability to find the reporting you need in a one stop shop. My company had a very customized environment that made finding the right reports but overall you could find what you are looking for either through the search or utilizing google or AI to guide you.

Cons: My company’s environment is very customized and limits what reporting is anvailable and who has access to what. As an internal auditor it made doing my daily tasks sometimes difficult.

Pros: Consolidates finance, controlling, and logistics data into one table, simplifying reporting and removing reconciliation needs.

Cons: The standardized public cloud version offers restricted flexibility for highly specific business processes compared to on-premise options.

Pros: The software has amazing data visualisation features which enables quick analytics and reporting. Ability of the software in Swiftly processing large volumes of data in real-time.

Cons: Pricing of the software is a major challenge towards implementation of the software. It is not affordable to small organisations and businesses.

Pros: The flexibility of SAP S/4HANA Cloud gives us value for money. I am impressed by the impressive inventory management capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Cons: SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been working impressively for us. I do not dislike the features of SAP S/4HANA Cloud at all.

Pros: Basically it gets the job done. I am able to accomplish what I need to accomplish. There isn't much great I can say about this software.

Cons: This software is overly complex and there is nothing intuitive or user friendly about it. I find myself having to frequently refer to notes and procedures for most applications.

Pros: Compliance of the software and effectiveness in risk management. Ability of the software to improve business processes outcomes.

Cons: User interface of the software is complex and difficult to navigate especially for beginners. Pricing of the product is also a challenge.

Pros: Integrated business process and real time data analytics, finance and controlling capabilities and built.

Cons: High cost of ownership of the product, very much complex integration and too much limitation for the customisation

Pros: Easy to integrate with other on-premise systems. Easy to configure the system. Easy to do data analytics.

Cons: Expensive. Not very user-friendly. The online help features are not intuitive. Fairly long learning curve.

Pros: Real-time access to up-to-date data, enabling faster decisions and timely actions.

Cons: Implementing SAP S/4HANA can require a significant initial investment. Staff may need to be re-skilled to adapt to the new technology and processes.

Pros: SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a modular software offering and it suits all sized business. It can integrate with other SAP and Non-SAP business software. It supports multiple business area like Finance, Logistics etc. It also supports various AI scenarios. Its functionalities can be extended using Business Technology Platform extensibility.

Cons: Customers has very less control over the periodic updates on S/4HANA cloud. SAP delivers the upgrade as per its release schedule.

Pros: It is a very comprehensive enterprise resource planning tool and can be applied across various functions - supply chain, finance, sales, accounting etc.

Cons: It takes time to implement and get trained. Proper project management is required in implementation and return on investments.

Pros: there are lots of FInancial and tax reports i am suing on a daily busiess to review, reconcile and file tax returns

Cons: some of the reports have to be customized to meet the requirements

Pros: The software has an amazing lucid interactive which is both intuitive and straightforward.

Cons: The product pricing plans are quite expensive and not affordable to small businesses.

Pros: SAP S/4HANA Cloud has advanced Ai capabilities which enables efficient automation of manual process and optimization of financial operations.

Cons: The product is up to scratch. I have not experienced any operational issue so far.

Pros: 1) It offers you flexibility and scalability. You can choose the best subscription plan for your business as per requirement. 2) Another benefit of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is that it periodically provides you an innovation cycle. So you get access early access to new technologies and developments. 3) It lets you simplify business processes and helps you to drive digital transformation. 4) It facilitates higher availability as well as great disaster management.

Cons: We never encountered any problem with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud till now.

Pros: The mass amount of data storage and customizable options to ensure procurement processes are running well and the in depth view of inventory management from all levels PR, PO, GRN, Goods Issued, etc. It is a great product to track your businesses success.

Cons: Can be a bit laggy at times. This is to be expected with ERP software processing large volumes of data.

Pros: Real-time data insights and seamless ERP integration.

Cons: Initial setup and customization can be quite complex.

Pros: Logische Struktur und Geringe Anzahl an Tabellen.

Cons: Installationsintensiv aber sehr funktional und logisch gebaut

Pros: It was slightly better than SAP 3 or whatever the native desktop app we switched from was. It has okay customization options so you can remove some unused buttons, but that was the only improvement.

Cons: I honestly dread hearing that we are taking on a new client that uses SAP. Sure, SAP can be a powerful tool and has a lot of features, but it is too overwhelming. You need a weeklong course to just understand the basics of this program. Every function (and there are SO MANY) is not clearly labeled, instead using some alpha-numeric code (VL02, MIGO, etc), or a title that doesn't really match what it is you are trying to do. I've never used a program that takes so many button clicks to accomplish simple tasks like printing a Bill of Lading. The UI is extremely outdated.

Pros: I love the convenience of being able to track inventory, cost, quality plans and so much more all in the same application

Cons: Getting comfortable with the layout and then BOOM an update

Pros: User Interface is easy and simple to use.

Cons: Been using it for over a year and no complaints thus far!

Pros: SAP S/4 Hana is the best ERP system with easy integration with everykind of business.

Cons: The initial onboarding can be a little difficult.

Pros: The most I like possibility of improvement the production cockpit where we add many options of scrap, rework or prodoction version reporting. It gave us great possibilities to analyze production process statistics.

Cons: Least in SAP I like the pace of work - many reports are generating some minutes.
