Pros: I like the chance to do recurring invoices, that helps simplify the process and is better than I've seen elsewhere.
Cons: It can be complicated and nota s easy to use as others that i've implemented. Still overall easy, just not as easy.

I integrated stripe with Wocommerce and the process was super easy. The checkouts looked amazing and we didn’t have any bug or problem. I usually work with API integrations and this was super cool for me. Saved me a lot of time and the visual experience is better than other billing tools
Pros: What I liked the most of stripe was how easy was to integrate it on any website made with Wordpress even if it’s you first time using it. You can choose between different options of invoices (subscriptions, one time payment). Their navigation panel is visually appealing and modern which gives trust. And the best part is that is free to install.
Cons: I find the commissions quite high despite it has less commissions like PayPal for example. Nothing else.

Pros: One of the best provider to integrate app with, very easy integration to work from software perspective.
Cons: Personally have an issue sometimes when setting up products etc. inside app wasn't that intuitive in first place after some time you get used to it

Very good. Viewing sales is organized and easy to read. Distributions are automatically deposited in your bank account
Pros: I liked the options of having monthly booking, tap and pay with my phone and can view charges on tge app
Cons: I didn't like the OS update that wouldn't allow me to continue to use my S20+ for tap and pay. Myself and a lot of users had to get new phones because of this

Working as a Medical Assistance Specialist, it is mandatory to raise money within a short time in the case of hospital admissions. I also use it to make international transactions. It is very economical, yet the technical installation is not very simple.
Pros: Our automated billing capabilities will enable us to charge international insurance partners and client payments of long-term medical assistance cases without any difficulty.
Cons: Our administrative staff have a very steep learning curve and sometimes things go wrong with the API and fail to input key medical invoices into our main system.

Overall, my experience with Stripe Billing has been excellent. It has allowed me to automate recurring revenue for adhearts media, streamline invoicing, and maintain professional payment processing with clients. It’s dependable, secure, and scalable, which is critical when managing multiple clients and monthly retainers. Once you understand how it’s structured, it becomes one of the most powerful billing systems available. I would highly recommend it for agencies, SaaS businesses, and service providers looking to automate their revenue operations.
Pros: Stripe Billing has been extremely reliable and scalable for my agency. I use it for recurring client retainers, invoicing, and one-time payments, and it makes everything seamless. The subscription management is powerful, automated billing saves time every month, and the reporting is clear and easy to track for accounting purposes. I also appreciate how customizable everything is, from payment links to branded invoices. It integrates smoothly with other tools we use, and the payout system is consistent and predictable. For a growing agency like adhearts media, it makes client billing professional and hands off.
Cons: The dashboard can feel overwhelming at first, especially with all the advanced features and terminology. There’s definitely a learning curve when setting up subscriptions and understanding how Stripe structures products, prices, and billing cycles. Transaction fees can add up as volume grows, and certain automation features require a bit of technical understanding to fully optimize. It’s powerful, but not always beginner-friendly.

Very positive experience, simple and reliable for maintaining payment records and processing payments.
Pros: Very simple and clean interface, which makes it easy to use on different devices. Easy to view history too.
Cons: I liked everything for the purposes that I used it for. The only thing that could be improved was the way one page displayed in mobile browser where it involved side scrolling.

Above average. Stripe has great security, easy integration with multiple platforms, and very prompt customer service. I am very satisfied overall with stripe as a small business owner and non profit executive director.
Pros: Stripe is very easy to integrate across multiple platforms (Squarespace, donation pages, etc.) and allows you to see accounts separately - this was incredibly helpful as a non profit.
Cons: The processing fees were a little on the high side and payouts were often held for inconsistent periods of time.
Tracie B. · Executive Director · Non-Profit Organization Management · January 30, 2026
Overall, our experience with Stripe Billing has been very positive. It’s reliable, secure, and has significantly streamlined how we manage recurring payments and customer billing. While there is a learning curve, the benefits in automation and accuracy far outweigh it.
Pros: What I like most about Stripe Billing is how seamless and reliable it is. Setting up subscriptions and recurring payments was straightforward, and the dashboard makes it easy to track revenue, manage customers, and handle issues quickly. It’s taken a lot of manual work off our plate.
Cons: Customization and advanced features are great, but they can feel overly complex for smaller teams. Some simple tasks require more steps than expected.

I would prefer an alternative because I believe persons all over the world should have the equal opportunities to earn an income whoever they choose to.
Pros: That is it used by most American businesses. Like 98% businesses in the US have stripe attached or set up in a manner for use.
Cons: I don't appreciate that it not global and that it makes things difficult for digital marketers and because most people use stripe it's quite difficult especially for those who want to do affiliate marketing to do it with companies who primarily use stripe its like a blockage to international persons

Overall Stripe Billing has given me an excellent e perience as a user. I could see all my updates on the dashboard and quite flexible for making necessary changes when required - the automation is great.
Pros: Stripe billing is easy to use and quite secured with continuous information update with me as a user. I think it is well interoprable my other applications.
Cons: I think that Stripe Billing works well for me overall. However, it takes a while to get help when need especially for issues that has to do with finances, could be quite worrisome.

With Stripe all payments/invoices are easy to make for the employee as well as easy to pay or to deal for the guest.
Pros: Stripe is a great platform for taking payments. It is a platform that integrates easily with many platforms. It is super easy to use and the customer service is super helpful at all time. It is very detailed.
Cons: Some details of this platform could be better. As an example, it records every price you add and when you want to clear them out, it does not delete them completely but it archives them. If a guest disputes the payment, Stripe give you the chance to counter it, however most of the time guest’s bank is more powerful.

Really good, everything is clear and once you understand how to use it, the functionality is amazing and the features are really helpful.
Pros: Stripe has been our go to billing and recurring revenue partner and software for years. We have found that the customer support is top notch and client management is 2nd to none.
Cons: There is quite a bit of learning that the team needs to do in order to optimise usage of the platform and we often find that it's on the higher end of processing fees and so the value of money could improve.
Faizan Y. · Senior Product Manager EMEA · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · January 14, 2026
Pros: Using Stripe billing we were able to set up card payment fast. What is more we did not have much technical knowledge as they provide a lot of guides.
Cons: It seems that it is less cost-effective at larger scale, but for our purposes with small business it works fine.
Michal K. · IT Engineer · Education Management · January 12, 2026
A great choice for most businesses, especially if you want something that “just works” out of the box. It’s not perfect for every single use case, but for most, it’s reliable, powerful, and saves a lot of time and hassle.
Pros: It automates a lot of the messy parts of running subscriptions and invoicing, gives you clear reporting, and works globally with lots of payment options. The documentation is strong, and it’s flexible enough to support most business models without a ton of hassle. It just works—and it saves time.
Cons: In short: as your needs become more complex or specialized, Stripe can lose a bit of its initial magic and require more work (and money) to keep things running smoothly.

It offers many forms of payment options that work seamlessly for my business. I sell my art to many types of people, so this is important as well as offering a secure and customer friendly purchase solution.
Pros: It's very secure. The validation process is designed to make the seller and buyer feel secure. I feel much safer against fraud and my customers can feel secure purchasing from me. Also the system is easy to learn and operate.
Cons: Fees are low to begin. But as a business continues to grow, fees can increase and other fees may be incurred, such as chargebacks for example, making this a system that you'll want to watch as your business grows. It's important to keep track of charges and fees.
Margaret L. · Owner · Arts and Crafts · January 4, 2026
Pros: Reliable, efficient, and flexible billing platform that simplifies payments effortlessly for our team seamlessly!
Cons: Login process can be clunky and sometimes navigation isn't intuitive for quick billing tasks, occasionally slow delay
Michele M. · Executive Director · Non-Profit Organization Management · December 10, 2025
Great easy to use snd easy way to trace payment handle refunds before they become disputes of get hold of invoices for clients etc
Pros: There are many ways to search for a payment not just card number or name etc so if client doesnt provided alot of details . We can find the payment
Cons: Sometime you forget you selected a filter But this is a learnt through trial and errlr whilst using it

As I stated, I have been a Stripe user for my marketing agency for several years, and now for my ministry for donations and recurring remittances.
Pros: As a long-term Stripe Account holder, the majority of our activity is recurring remittance. However, it's super easy to use invoicing via Stripe billing because of its value for money, and ease of use - there's no learning curve. It's as simple as clicking a few buttons after keying in some basic information. I have not needed to contact customer support in all the years of our usage of the platform.
Cons: It's so simple to use. No figuring out what step is first, what next, no amount of screens to flip to.
David James D. · Managing Trustee · Civic & Social Organization · November 10, 2025
I’m very happy with my overall experiences with Stripe. I have confidence that stripe will handle all my billing needs while providing a secure platform my customers can use.
Pros: Everything is done for me. Once set up and integrated I can sit back and relax knowing that payments are going to be handled for me and customers can make payments through a trusted platform.
Cons: Initial setup wasn’t overly intuitive for my bespoke situation but managed to get there in the end with some help.
Blair G. · CEO · Internet · November 6, 2025
Fantastic, I have never needed to shop around - but when I do Stripe still looks like the best option. It suits my small creative organisation perfectly. I'd love to see more features added for access control and multiple users, as well as automated commission calculations for my team.
Pros: Ease of use. Stripe integrates with my business workflows perfectly, and introduces helpful analytics and additional integration options, all of which are explained well and easy to manage. They also allow both scheduled and instant payouts with minimal clicks, making it really easy flexible for small businesses, or anyone keeping a clsoer eye on cashflow.
Cons: It can be tricky to manage with multiple ecommerce instances - it's too easy to accidentally allow third parties to configure new stripe accounts rather than interfacing with an existing account. This hwoever is likely the fault of the third party rather than the stripe platform.
Sam P. · Founder · Photography · November 4, 2025
Pros: Stripe made it easy to collect client payments through an integrated approach with SimplePractice software.
Cons: Although the interface and integration are seamless, the cost per transaction was a bit higher than other platforms.
Ann E. · Psychologist · Mental Health Care · October 30, 2025
Pros: It is super easy to set up and use, automates recurring payments effortlessly, and makes invoicing clear and simple.
Cons: It can be pricey for small businesses, and reporting feels limited, and fixing billing errors takes time.
Anonymous User · Data Analyst · Retail · October 8, 2025
Great experience overall, even though it's sometimes a pain to revisit flows or make adjustments to some settings; the platform has saved us lots of time and mistakes.
Pros: Once set up, it makes life easier. Lots of customisation in-app or through their API. It's easy to find customers, invoices and set up recurring billing and schedules. Great way to keep an overview of billing.
Cons: Customisation sometimes doesn't go far enough to fit billing flows completely. When missing a feature or when a bug occurs, the system can prove to be quite rigid. Mistakes often can't be mended and have to be redone.
Victor D. · Support-Analyst · Computer Software · September 22, 2025
Stripe is a powerful payment processing platform for online businesses. Its developer-friendly APIs and global support are top-notch, though some users find the customer support lacking and the system can be complex for non-technical users.
Pros: Stripe excels with its developer-friendly APIs, powerful fraud prevention, and ability to handle global payments seamlessly. It's a reliable and flexible platform for modern businesses.
Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike about Stripe so far but I will come back and update this if I do.
