Using Anchor has significantly improved how we manage client engagements and has streamlined the entire process so our experience has been pretty positive.
Pros: Their customer service is truly top-notch — always responsive and readily available to answer any questions as well as they are consistently making enhancements and improving their features which shows are real commitment to supporting their users.
Cons: There have been some quirks when I set up some proposals in the settings that can be confusing at first and need further clarification on.

This has been a seamless process to help my clients have an even stronger professional experience with their contracts and billing process with me.
Pros: I am treated as a client rather than a number or a nuisance. The team, Priyanka and Nir were able to resolve any issues quickly to get my clients up and running.
Cons: I wish I had found it sooner! I was trying to piecemill a process; while Anchor does it all in one stop.

Pros: Anchor is a great value for the money. The customer support is extremely helpful and the tool has been easy to use and adopt for all of our clients.
Cons: There are some features that can be buried in services or particular menus, but the support team is always available with a real human person to solve those problems with my team.

Pros: The main pro is the price. We are already saving a lot of money in our billing process since we've started. White glove onboarding was the best part of the process so far. I love having all my agreements in one place and visible to the client.
Cons: I want to be able to bill without changing the agreement each time and requiring an approval but not a huge Con overall

We've been a very happy customer of Anchor for two years, and I don't foresee any reason we'd be looking to switch. It's easy to use, very customizable (for the parts that matter), and makes getting paid super easy.
Pros: Anchor makes it so easy to set up a suite of services, create a recurring or one-off engagement, and get paid. I love how lightweight it is, and that I've taught my staff to prepare our proposals (a process that used to take me hours in other platforms). And the pricing structure is so easy!
Cons: It can be a little tough to walk some clients through signing, especially those that aren't tech-savvy and don't have online bank logins. I wouldn't mind the ability to add a bank account manually and override the bank deposit verification (which increases completion times for clients who wait for paper statements). I would also love a few options for API interaction/embedding on our website, so we can start selling while we sleep!

Anchor has been an absolute game changer for my business. It’s incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and built specifically with service-based businesses in mind. Everything from invoicing to payment processing feels streamlined and thoughtfully designed.
Pros: What I love most about Anchor is how simple and clean the platform is. Creating and sending invoices takes just minutes, and the payment processing is seamless for clients. The document signature feature is also a huge plus — it keeps everything organized in one place without needing extra tools. Customer support has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it delivers tremendous value for the price.
Cons: There’s honestly very little to complain about. If anything, I’d love to see even more customization options in reporting and branding, but the core functionality is excellent and works exactly as I need it to.

From the beginning Anchor has been helpful in the transition with myself and my clients. Their customer support is the best!
Pros: I love the dashboard and being able to track the status of all invoices - one offs and recurring. And the customer support is unparalleled.
Cons: It was difficult to grasp some of the ways they invoice, but now that I understand it and know how to use it I see the intelligence behind it.

Very possitive. They have been open to our concerns and worked with us on our questions. They keep improving and seem to be very client centric.
Pros: I consider theirr service good value ofr money. They are reasonably easy to use and their customer support is better than average. Invoicing and signature integration is great. I like their flat fee pricing.
Cons: It is challenging to manage the periods of engagement. For CPAs, we like to have our clients on annual engagements, but that is not currently possible on Anchor unless you manualy terminate the agreements each year and then individually recreated them

Fantastic! Easy to use the software and a great price. Have recommended to many clients and they have started using it!
Pros: The customer support is the absolute best. I always have my questions answered promptly and everyone is super knowledgeable!
Cons: A little trouble with getting some of the invoices to have the right Class in QBO. Its probably user error but need to get that figured out.

Fabulous so far! We still have a ways to go, but right now the onboarding pains are heavily outweighed by ease of use and simplification of our processes.
Pros: Ease of process - everything in one place, payment processing is much cleaner when tracking and syncing to our accounting, and way less chasing declined payments. Their customer support is also on point; I can't sing their praises enough. They are the type of staff you wish you could poach for your own team - haha! Truly kind, patient, and knowledgeable people.

95% happy with overall use and support. The UI UX is user friendly. The support team response has been ok but was better before.
Pros: The combination of proposals and billing is a very easy process to not only use but to explain to customers. They ability to sync to our internal accounting app. Attaching a step by step onboarding process to the proposal would be a nice add. We put it in the Service but often it is buried and the prospect does not see it.
Cons: I cannot attach a pdf, docx or excel to the invoices. This causes me to have to send that in an email as a separate extra step. A real PIA.

I've been a raving fan of Anchor since we first started, and they continue to roll out new features and updates that make my experience even better. Their pricing is ideal for our model, their customer service is second to none, the experience for our customers feels elevated and secure and I'm so thankful we have partnered with Anchor for our engagement letter and payment processing system.
Pros: Customer service is hands down the best of any software or platform we use. From onboarding to ongoing questions to troubleshooting - I have gotten every question answered quickly and completely, and then they even follow up to make sure I don't need anything else!
Cons: There are a few features I wish they had around timing of payments, and I wish there was a more direct way to enter out of scope time for billing like we can do in other systems. But anytime I have feedback about a feature I'd like, they are excited to take that back to their team and see about including it in a future update.

We have been with them since the beginning and were one of the earliest adopters. They were very attentive to our requests, and as an early, they developed a product that meets rigorous accounting standards and offers useful automations that work well.
Pros: It simplifies client onboarding and then the money just flows in naturally with very little effort! Our merchant processing costs dropped significantly and clients like the transparency.
Cons: They need to work on a mobile friendly view of their website. I also would like the ability to navigate to a different agreement without having to go back out to the main list and wait for the whole page to populate, which is slow for a company of our size.

I am so glad I switched. This is my 3rd payment platform, and this one trumps them all! I know I can always get a quick response when I have a question about Anchor!
Pros: I really appreciate that the proposal agreement and payment are combined in one place — it makes getting started simple and keeps payments running smoothly. It’s easy to set up and automate, and I don’t deal with the monthly issues I experienced with other payment platforms. The system is straightforward to review and update when needed, and customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.
Cons: Not a fan of paying $5 per invoice; wish there was a discount for each tier or amount of clients we reached. It gets expensive.

Cons: It took a while in the beginning to receive payouts, but they have transitioned to a new system and now I get them in 2 business days.

Overall, Anchor has been an excellent addition to my business. It has helped me manage proposals and contracts professionally while automating payments in a way that reduces administrative work. My clients appreciate the clarity of the agreements, and I appreciate the peace of mind of having everything in one place. With a few small tweaks, it could be nearly perfect, but even as it is, I’d highly recommend it to other service-based business owners.
Pros: Anchor makes client management seamless by combining contracts, proposals, and payments into one platform. I really appreciate how professional the proposals and agreements look, and the fact that I can automate so much of the onboarding process. It saves me time and creates a polished, streamlined experience for my clients.
Cons: By default, Anchor sets payments to credit card processing, which passes the processing fee on to the client. While it’s very easy to switch to free ACH transfers, many clients miss this during setup. I’ve created a Loom video to walk clients through the process, but I wish the default setup made ACH the more visible option.

Overall my experience has been great. Their customer services is quick, responsive, and detailed. I have no plans on switching anytime soon.
Pros: Very easy to use and simple user interface. I wanted to create packages, make items optional, and streamline my proposal process. Anchor was able to do all of these things.
Cons: I do with it was easier to edit their terms and conditions. However, I contacted their support with my suggestion and they seemed receptive. Hoping it changes in the future.

I am very happy to have found Anchor for my proposals and billing. It sends nice looking proposals, allows the prospect to sign electronically, and then seamlessly collects payment. It is especially great for businesses that do recurring billing. You just set it when to invoice and forget it. Then the money shows up in your bank account a few days after the invoice date.
Pros: Professional looking online service agreements Automatically collects and processes payments for recurring invoices Good value for the cost
Cons: There is a little bit of a learning curve figuring out how to get it to bill exactly as you want it to.

Anchor has been a game-changer as far as cost and ease-of-use. We were using Practice Ignition before the switch and I haven't looked back.
Pros: I love the SAAS view that Anchor provides. We are a subscription CPA firm, so each client will easily see three tiered options and choose which is best for them. Their team is very attentive to issues that arise. For the most part, it is a set it and forget it system.
Cons: There are no engagement letter templates automatically loaded into the program. We use a Master Service Agreeement for our engagements but I could see how new firms may want to have a template for their different engagements.

I am really happy that I chose Anchor for my proposal/billing platform. It has made proposals and billing not such a big to-do for me, which, as a business owner, I have enough to-dos, so I am very grateful for that.
Pros: I like Anchor best for it's ease of use. Anchor has a very user-friendly interface and is integrated with QuickBooks Online, so I never have to worry about entering invoice or matching payments.
Cons: I don't have any complaints about Anchor. I have been using this product for almost a year, and it has been seamless for me and added a ton of value to my proposal/billing process.

Ease of use and customer service is top notch! I have been enjoying the updates this year too! I reached out to customer service recently for a client request to add their office manager to the account. Anchor was quick and friendly with their help!
Pros: Anchor makes sending proposals and processing monthly recurring payments a breeze! I used to spend hours putting proposals together, getting the signature and setting up the payments. Now it's all a breeze and takes only minutes!
Cons: The lack of ability to customize reminders when proposals are outstanding. The reminders are sent too often and sometimes too early.

It has completely solved a client "signing" an initial service agreement, as well completely automated my monthly billing/invoicing and now I no longer have to get clients to approve or send payments every month.
Pros: I love that when I first set up a client I can include my customized agreement with details of services, as well as T&C's. The automatic recurring invoicing is also amazing. And I LOVE that I can CHOOSE to pass the credit cards fees on to my client if I'm not covering them. And that it also offers my clients the option to pay with ACH, which typically doesn't charge the crazy credit card fees.
Cons: Takes a minute to get used to, but the customer service is there to help, as well as great chat bots to lead you through questions if you get stuck. Overall, I love this system and it completely replaced Stripe (and a lot of fees) for me!!
