Cons: We have had a synce issue with real time counts on our spreadsheet. We still have to manually export the data for accuracy, but once it is manually exported, it is accurate.

I used the GearChain Inventory Management System to track attendance at a relatively simple conference. It met my needs without all of the (unnecessary) expensive bells and whistles that some of the other companies throw into their products.
Pros: GearChain's onboarding was great. They took the time to learn about my challenges and process so that the experience was what I needed to meet my requirements. They didn't want me to change my event to fit their product - they tailored their product to fit my event!
Cons: Most users would find this an excellent product to use for their small, static, inventory management. As an attendee tracking service, every fraction of a second counts and I would love if they could shave a bit of time off of the process so that more scans could be completed in a shorter amount of time.
