DealHub has been an outstanding CPQ platform for our organization. I was involved in selecting, purchasing, implementing and customizing the solution and my experience has been truly 5-star. The platform is flexible and powerful making it easy for our sales teams to adopt and use effectively. DealHub team provided exceptional support throughout the implementation process and their responsiveness and commitment to our success have continued post-launch, helping us maximize value from the platform. DealHub has significantly streamlined our quoting process and improved efficiency across the board. It is a highly capable product, supported by a team that consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend DealHub to any organization looking for a reliable, scalable and user friendly CPQ Platform.
Pros: The product is highly flexible and powerful enough to handle our complex pricing and configuration requirements.
Cons: Approval Dashboards (for an approver), though team has made significant progress in this front.

I am very happy with the support from Dealhub, as well as the cooperation with our Customer Success manager. They are always on top of every question and challenges we've had so far in our CPQ journey. And the way everyone has the same solution oriented approach is highly appreciated.
Pros: I like how easy it is to do updates and changes to the playbooks and how customizable it is without being too difficult for an admin w/o any coding experience. Working with SaaS in the Maritime industry has a bit of a challenging setup at times, and Dealhub CPQ has made it much easier for our sales reps to work with their opportunities and quoting of the more standard agreements. The way we can select and connect field sync between our CRM and CPQ makes for better data accuracy and quicker opportunity form input when working with a lot of item lines and vessels (assets).

Cons: It's not possible to re-open rejected quotes and end users are not liking that. It would look "cleaner" with less quotes per opportunity if we had this option. Also, it would be nice to be able to delete quotes instead of having to archive them. Some quotes are made with mistakes and thus no need to keep them in an archive. Some of the formulas for presentation rules seems a bit incosistent and it would be nice to see some kind of tooltip when it fails. As an example, why will the same formula structure behave differently on two separate elements inside an output document when the elements are of same type and structure.

My experience has been incredible. Both the teams within Dealhub, as well as the product itself are absolutely incredible. Top of the line in this space. I would absolutely dread having to work with another vendor. We lean on this partnership quite a lot for our revenue and sales operations and Dealhub has never let us down.
Pros: The ability to implement complex scalable solutions quickly without having to write code.
Cons: Performance. Time it takes up load quotes, submit for approval, sync between systems, etc. This is the number one concern I hear from users.
Harrison C. · Sr Manager Sales Systems and Architecture · Computer Software · April 7, 2025
Pros: I like Dealroom with docusign integration
Cons: Lack of documentation makes it very hard to understand how fully use the system features and assess what are the system limitations
Davide A. · CRM Engineer · Information Technology and Services · April 2, 2025
Great Experience. I have never configured a system before, but with great training and support, I am single-handedly handling it for my organization
Pros: The easy to go platform and quick support
Cons: The system still need to up its game on formulas and logics
Komal G. · Specialist · Human Resources · March 31, 2025
Pros: Response time. I never have to wait long before someone from support gets back to me.
Cons: Seem to be having the same issues over and over. Easy fixes though.

One of the best tool to crate forms for business. Very intuitive and easy to collect and manage data with other tools.
Pros: Very easy to use and highly customizable, you can connect with a variety of tools such as paypal, drive or hubspot. And it can have affordable pricing.
Cons: If you only use the free plan it can be very limited in alot of features. As for technical support, it was not so fast.
Elena S. · Marketing Manager · Biotechnology · March 17, 2025
Pros: Highly functional platform with features that support the continuum of CPQ, including integration with HubSpot, allowing for visibility across the Sales/Revenue Teams.
Cons: Would love for it to have more drag/drop functionality on the Admin side.
Stacey B. · Lead Product Specialist · Information Technology and Services · February 25, 2025
Very positive. Best CPQ tool I've used and great company to partner with.
Pros: DealHub lets you get as complicated as you need all while maintaining an easy to use framework. The company is also ultra-responsive. Support tickets are answered faster than any other vendor I've worked with.
Cons: There are limited formula options. Thus, some rules require nested logic to achieve. Documentation and training are not extensive, but again - the support team is great.
John C. · Consultant · Telecommunications · February 13, 2025
Overall, we have appreciated this product and its teams behind it. We have a wonderful CSM and the support team is very helpful when needed. However, the biggest win is being able to work with a system that is a less complicated and pricey version for CPQ.
Pros: Very configurable to specific needs. We are a use case that is a bit outside of traditional subscriptions and have been able to use this product for our use case.
Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve at first and the syntax was something to get used to. Since that learning curve, we are able to mostly administer it ourselves with the occasional tickets for clarification. There have been a few slight instances where at the end of the month we have experienced service issues on Dealhub's end.

Overall, DealHub has significantly improved our sales pipeline efficiency and proposal generation process. The collaborative tools have enhanced team productivity, and the analytics provide valuable insights into our sales performance. While there are minor areas for improvement, the platform has been an excellent addition to our tech stack.
Pros: DealHub’s intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and manage sales processes efficiently. The ability to customize workflows and generate accurate quotes quickly is a standout feature. The integration with CRM platforms and the centralized data management system streamline operations, saving time and effort.
Cons: While the platform is feature-rich, some advanced functions can be challenging to set up initially. The learning curve for new users might require additional training. Additionally, occasional lags in system performance when dealing with larger datasets could be improved.

Overall I found it to be very helpful and very Muslim I would recommend it to friends
Pros: The variety and the direction that you have to choose from
Cons: Just a little too slow when it comes to the loading the deals that you want to see and shows you the other ones that you don't

Gawie L. · Operations Manager · Packaging and Containers · January 1, 2025
So far everything has been positive, but I do want to understand more about their other services. I would definitely recommend Deal Hub to my other business associates.
Pros: Being able to easily use the invoice feature is a big plus. Along with the automation of deal hub, it is easy to create invoices for my clients.
Cons: Not being able to fully understand everything offered. Deal Hub has a lot of services and I'm not sure how to operate all of them.

I found it quite easy to navigate and handle certain situations. You may need customer service to assist in some areas. Other than that, I have no issues.
Pros: User-friendly, easy to navigate and configure. Very simplistic approvals, proa tive customer service. They'll assist and guide you as well as they can.
Cons: Slightly confusing documentation and the information isnt quite detailed.
Michael S. · Relief · Logistics and Supply Chain · December 25, 2024
Pretty good! I like how responsive the DealHub Support team is! We're still working through the growing pains but I think we're on the right track :)
Pros: - DealHub ensures everyone has the most up-to-date version of a proposal at any given time - No longer have to rely on manual processes like email - DealHub Support is very responsive!
Cons: - DealHub seems to struggle with collaboration. We have an open issue of proposals disappearing if more than one person updates them. - Would love to be able to access old versions of a proposal - sometimes I forget what changes I made and would like to reference back. - Would love an ability to attach documents to the draft proposal

Pros: I find very easy to use with a friendly interface. I can easily customize as per my specific need which is helpful. The tracking feature is also great it helps me to track the progress of deals.
Cons: Sometimes it get slow while loading which is irritating also the report are not so advance it misses the deeper insights. I have some concern regarding the pricing factor which is high as compared to the features offered.
