Easy Board

Pros: Easy Board makes organizing meeting documents and invitations much easier. We used to have to upload an entire packet to be a link, but we now do not need to reorganize PDF files.

Cons: I would like it to be easier to organize meeting documents. Sometimes the organization can be frustrating.

Pros: I send emails for an association and organizing the groups and users was always a challenge. Easy Board makes it all a lot easier. ;) I have created multiple groups and can focus my emails to the right people in a simple clear way. Its also really easy to train new admins on. The Easy Board staff is very attentive. If an email bounces back, they quickly let me know so I can check in with that user. They also respond quickly to any questions I ask them.

Cons: Easy Board is good because it has a simple interface, but sometimes I wish it could do little things it doesn't do yet. But in the couple of years we have been using it, they are constantly upgrading, so I feel sure that anything I want will exist soon.

Pros: I had an great experience with Easy Board. It is easy to use. The quality of their service exceeded my expectations

Cons: Easy Board should allow users to check in themselves for a meeting rather than having the administrator check everyone in

Pros: It is easy to use and saves me a lot of time sending reminders. It is a wonderful repository for Board documents and I love that it is improving regularly with helpful updates! I am excited to see what comes next.

Cons: I wish that Easy Board would send out Outlook calendar invites directly. Even though folks can subscribe to their calendars based on the groups they are in, I still need to send Outlook invites directly to make sure folks show up! Even though they have the tools, I still need to 'babysit' them a little bit. It would save me time if Easy Board could send an outlook invite that they can accept and physically have on their calendar. Also, for some reason, folks have a tendency to ignore emails that request that they respond to scheduling polls. I am not sure if this is a user issue - but I wonder if there is a way to make the emails more clear when we want feedback from folks. Or if it could say from "my name" on behalf of Easy Board Notifications to make sure it isn't ignored. Just some thoughts.

Pros: All information in one location and the calendar feature. It's very convenient to be able to click on the meeting on the calendar and be able to access all of the information.

Cons: Having to go through 2 or 3 steps to add meetings to my calendar. We initially had difficulties with board members using Outlook, but they were resolved.

Pros: Love how organized all the meeting info is. The library for additional materials is a game changer for us.

Cons: My board has wished there was a comments/discussion option so that conversations regarding certain meetings or projects can be saved along with meeting info

Pros: EVRYTHING ! I LOVE IT I GET TO SET REMINDERS, AND VIEW RSVP'S

Cons: NOTHING I LIKE IT, IT'S PRETTY SIMPLE TO USE AND VERY INFORMATIONAL.

Pros: It’s simple to use, helps organize everything in one place, and makes team collaboration really smooth.

Cons: The lack of mobile app support and occasional issues with meeting reminders not sending out as expected were a bit frustrating.

Pros: It is a very easy to use software for daily uses.

Cons: It is a professional & easy to use software, any organization can use in very easy way.

Pros: It's easy to keep everybody updated on all aspects of our non-profit. The budgets, financials, and updated committee meeting notes.

Cons: Always having to help the "non-tech" folks with how to see anything. Not really a software issue, but people are stubborn about Tech sometimes.

Pros: Easy Board has made our board meetings much more organised and efficient. The user-friendly interface and centralised document storage are fantastic, making it simple for our board members to access what they need without hassle. The automatic reminders are also a huge plus, ensuring that everyone stays on track.

Cons: While the platform is overall very smooth, the mobile experience could be improved. Some board members have mentioned that navigating documents on smaller screens can be a bit tricky. A more optimised mobile app would make it even better.

Pros: The set-up process and managing the software is very user friendly.

Cons: the program doesn't link with google calendars which is a slight inconvenience.

Pros: Easy board helps put all my documents and meetings in one place safely.

Cons: Nothing least found about Easy board. I recommend.

Pros: It is very effective and user-friendly, it will allow you to enhance your creativity.

Cons: Upon using Board I find ease in using it so that I think there is none.

Pros: I like the fact everything pertaining to a meeting is easy to find. You don't have to click multiple locations to find pertinent information, they are all in one place.

Cons: Sometimes the meeting notification doesn't send out reminders as they are supposed to.

Pros: Very easy to use and unlock the different features.

Cons: It does not work with Zoom nor can you use it with Google calendars.

Pros: As a Nonprofit using Easy Board has helped the Board of Directors be able to access all documents for each Board Meeting. Easy Board also holds all past documents in a History file which makes it easy to look up information from past meetings. Easy Board makes it convenient to find our nonprofits organizational documents so each Board Member can quite quickly find the organizations Bylaws, Board Policy Manual and so forth. Another item that is great is prior to each upcoming event posted on Easy Board an email goes out to all who are listed as a reminder of the meeting.

Cons: Easy Board is difficult to print from. You have to open the document, then download the document and then print the document. Many have complained about the steps it takes to print.

Pros: Keeps meeting contacts up to date with events

Cons: The File Folder was clunky in the beginning. But it has since been fixed

Pros: Board members can find all of the corporation's materials in one organized place. I also love that I can send out one announcement and it emails everyone in the group.

Cons: I haven't figured out how to view a document without downloading it. It may just be as as I'm not that tech savvy (but EasyBoard makes it easy).

Pros: Prior to starting Easy Board, we sent all meeting documents and board communications via email creating a whole slew of unnecessary and confusing traffic. Easy Board has made a tremendous difference in facilitating streamlined and clear communications and meeting management. I'll be honest, I love it.

Cons: Most board members took to Easy Board like ducks to water, but a handful have struggled, often because their work email interface restricts access to certain communications (this has been especially tricky for the lawyers on our board). I would suggest investing some time in training and hand-holding to get everyone comfortable with the platform.

Pros: Having everything in one place is so helpful. I don't have to go and look for documents that have been put into storage, because everything is right on the platform. Every member of our [sensitive content hidden]can find any document that they want without having to contact me to send it to them. It is all just so easy to access.

Cons: We have used the platform for quite a while and it continues to improve. I wish that all of the improvements had been there from the beginning, but fully understand, sometimes you learn as you go.

Pros: They make it easy for all board members to access the information they need, get reminders of meetings and more!

Cons: I enjoy Easy Board as I do not have anything I don't like about this software.
