Wonderful experience and user friendly. Very few difficulties with directors navigating meeting materials.
Pros: Very easy to navigate and excellent customer support. No matter the problem, I get prompt assistance.
Cons: I would say the ability to survey the board would be nice. Some login difficulties for directors on occassion.

Pros: As a new user (also new in my role), Aprio has been very easy to use. Tabs are easy to find and understand. And I just discovered that I can actually create my minutes there as well. It has been very easy to adapt to using Aprio, I also like that the team responds very quickly and are alway ready and willing to help.
Cons: So far, I have no complaints. But I'll definitely look out for any gripes and report right away. I also think I am not using Aprio to its fullest capacity.

Our board members have expressed their satisfaction with Aprio for meetings and when looking for important board documents.
Pros: Ease of agenda building, never any issues with the site during meetings. Customer support is always quick to response with any questions for administrators and user support.
Cons: I would add more categories when classifying document type in agenda building (i.e. other finance documents - not just financial statements)

Customer support is well done by Aprio! Questions are answered in a very timely manner, and the information/instructions provided are easy to follow. Cost is comparable to other portals. We find that with other credit union's also using Aprio we do share tips and tricks between each other.
Pros: Aprio provides a great platform for Directors (and Management) to access confidential materials to fulfil the responsibilities of the Board. Ease of access and ability to find documents is a must and Aprio provides this. Going paperless is important for Northern Savings - we are yet to mobilize all the features of Aprio which will in the future enhance our director experience. Adding material is easy - appreciate the updates recently done to the platform.
Cons: On our side we are still working on learning to use all the features of the system. To date we do not have any issues with the program and are not yet able to provide any suggestions.

I have been very impressed with Aprio's customer service since day one. They respond quickly, they are friendly and always have a solution. Even during the chaos of last minute Board meeting material postings, they are calm, understanding and helpful.
Pros: Aprio is very user friendly from an Admin perspective, and our Board Members took to it right away. A secure cloud-based platform, that is not overwhelming for Directors.
Cons: I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Aprio. Great software that does not disappoint.

We’ve been using Aprio for our board portal needs and have been really pleased with the experience. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly our board and leadership team have found it easy to navigate, even for those who aren’t especially tech-savvy. One of the biggest advantages for us has been Aprio’s 24/7 support. Knowing we can get help anytime, especially around board meetings or last-minute updates, gives us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently helpful. Overall, Aprio delivers a great combination of simplicity, security, and service exactly what’s needed for a board portal.
Pros: What we appreciate most about Aprio is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is, it’s easy for both board members and administrators to navigate. The 24/7 customer support has been incredibly valuable, offering peace of mind when questions or issues arise. We also rely on the platform’s secure document management and centralized access, which ensures that all board materials are organized and accessible in one place. The ability to access the portal seamlessly across devices, along with helpful meeting reminders, makes staying on top of board responsibilities effortless and efficient.
Cons: Not much that we don't like, if I had to pick something I would say cost. Pricing may be a barrier for very small organizations or nonprofits with tight budgets.

Insgesamt hat Aprio unsere Vorstandskommunikation deutlich verbessert. Die Plattform ist sicher, zuverlässig und wird regelmäßig aktualisiert. Die Support-Abteilung reagiert schnell und professionell auf Anfragen. Nach der Einführung waren alle Teammitglieder schnell mit dem System vertraut. Die Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit von Sitzungsinhalten hat sich merklich erhöht.
Pros: Am besten gefällt mir die klare, intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und die einfache Navigation – selbst für weniger technikaffine Vorstandsmitglieder. Die Möglichkeit, alle Sitzungsunterlagen zentral und sicher zu verwalten, spart enorm viel Zeit und vereinfacht die Vorbereitung erheblich. Besonders schätze ich die Annotation-Funktion und die automatische Benachrichtigung bei neuen Dokumenten.
Cons: Die mobile App könnte noch etwas optimiert werden – insbesondere bei der Dokumentenvorschau auf kleineren Bildschirmen kommt es gelegentlich zu Ladeproblemen. Auch die Integration mit externen Kalendern (z. B. Outlook) funktioniert nicht immer reibungslos.

Overall, my experience with Aprio has been excellent. At at time when I was tasked with using Aprio's features to the fullest, the team helped me identify the features that I could adopt and that process was very informative and useful.
Pros: Aprio excels at customer and client support, as Kirstin and her team have helped me promptly when I've needed assistance urgently. Also, since we started using Aprio, I no longer need to print multiple copies of the meeting materials since our Board members use Aprio to access the materials.
Cons: It would be helpful if Aprio offered a template or two for Board surveys. Our board chair likes to circulate surveys to find out how the members feel about the leadership, how meetings are run, etc.

Pros: The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Support is consistently fast, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Not a con, but we don’t currently use all of the features APRIO offers, so can’t speak to them. No cons to notate.

Overall it's been great. The functionality it offers works well for us, and the support that Aprio provides has always been excellent. The support team is very proactive and Aprio is always looking for ways to improve.
Pros: I like the ease of getting documents out to our board, and that both the meetings and the materials are all in one place.
Cons: I think the thing I like the least is that I haven't found a way to easily copy a meeting that's been booked and rebook a similar meeting.

It's been a good experience overall. Aprio Support staff are very timely in responding to inquiries or challenges that we experience.
Pros: Setting up board and committee meetings including the agendas and attaching all the relevant reports and documents for directors to read and review ahead of each respective meeting.
Cons: The time it can take to convert a word document into .pdf format when a word file is upload into Aprio. We try and avoid this by converting the word document to .pdf internally before loading into Aprio.

Pros: I liked that Aprio provided our members of the board and I with the materials with which we can work at any time. The calendars in particular helped in keeping everyone on track on important dates and during audit, one is able to pull prior records.
Cons: There are no additional deeper automation functions available in the meeting preparation module specifically for packet formats. I often had to set up similar types of templates for the monthly board packets, and this became a time-consuming task.

I have found Aprio to be user friendly. I have a large board with a broad range of technological experience. Directors who have little computer experience still find it easy to use.
Pros: I like the fact that all the information I need can be found in one app. The search function allows me to find items quickly and easily.
Cons: I wish there were more drag and drop options.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The support is absolutely fabulous. I receive almost immediate support, which is very important as I often deal with time-sensitive tasks. Kudos to Kirstin!
Pros: Aprio is an excellent platform for storing information from all board and committee meetings and developing surveys. Our board directors give us positive feedback. The Support staff are always responsive.
Cons: I recall it was much easier in the past to upload several documents for our agenda package. I did not have to set up the agenda template and then attach the attachments individually.

I would say Customer Service is 100% helpful and very quick to respond so thank you! When I have to learn something new, it is very helpful for staff to send screenshots and instructions as they do. I find that in the moment, I usually don't have the time to go to the Help button and try to find information there.
Pros: It's ease of use and intuitiveness. It's customer service is second to none! The platform is fairly easy to navigate and you can easily find what you are looking for if you have a good naming convention. Using templated agendas from the past is a real time-saver.
Cons: Uploading is easy however when you need to move a file, there is no drag and drop option. You have to go to the end of the line, move into the next screen as the information is not all on the same screen, click on the three dots and then edit. Too many steps. When you need to move several documents at once, I have no idea how to do that. I would also like to have color differentiation to showcase different things in the agenda itself. The Agenda creation is not very professional looking so I don't use that option at all which is a real shame.

The Aprio Support team is amazing. They are quick to reply to emails and provide support.
Pros: The service! Aprio is also easy to navigate.
Cons: Cannot think of anything at this time. Previous suggestions were acknowledged and implemented (i.e. more spacing when viewing items)

Pros: Pretty easy to maneuver around the platform. The support team is super pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I may have. Continually making updates to satisfy their clients and the sessions they host are super helpful.
Cons: Not much to complain about for what we use it for. One of our directors uses his laptop and the app versus going to the actual Aprio site and he finds it difficult to navigate and download the package.

Excellent - no issues with the program thus far.
Pros: I like the level of service I have received from the support staff. The training and video help library is also very detailed and in depth. I appreciate the continuous updates and check ins with staff, and the emails that come out, outlining the updates. They listen to their customers and act on the customer's feedback. The product itself is great in terms of meeting all of my organization's needs, and then some - there are features available to me that I don't even use fully.
Cons: I wish the search function could search within documents, not just titles.

I have been using Aprio for many years, and the time saved assembling binders (it sounds so archaic now) is immeasurable. As a governance professional, the reports, agenda builder, survey options, voting, etc., this platform has allowed me to focus my time on the content of the briefing material vs. the assembly and distribution. I also have to mention again the supportive staff, kudos and thank you!
Pros: Board packages are a snap—no more binders! Any updates can be shared in real-time. The support staff is amazingly quick to respond to any inquiry, even outside regular business hours.
Cons: I don't dislike anything other than the fact that I haven't used all of the features available, but I'm working on it.

There customer service was very quick to respond and very friendly; however, the technology did not keep service wise.
Pros: This was the first online board platform we used for our organization; however, it did not meet our expectations. The only feature that appeared to work correctly and we used regularly was the expense management functionality.
Cons: Unfortunately, there are many. Login issues, syncing issues, annotations/surveys showing for some but not all, documents error loading, file error loading, app would close off for no reason, etc.

Aprio staff are wonderful to work with; they are accommodating, understanding and very quick to respond to any inquiries, whether it be to assist the administrator or its Directors. I love that all our information is located in one depository for ease of access by everyone given permission to use it. During the pandemic, I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to resort back to the paper age, couriers, etc.. Being able to conduct our meetings virtually, with all our material downloaded into Aprio has been truly a blessing.
Pros: During our demonstrations, Aprio appeared to be user friendly. The fact that they were a Canadian company was also a huge benefit. The product for the price was a good selling point for our Directors. Myself as the administrator and our IT department undertook a review of several software companies, and for the price, Aprio seemed to be the best option. We do not regret our decision, and continue to use the software for all of our Board and Committee Meetings, and a depository for all information for our Directors. The initial phase was completed seamlessly, with the exception of a couple of hiccups, which were readily identified and fixed by Aprio.
Cons: The one feature regarding Aprio that our Board found somewhat frustrating was the difference between the app and the dashboard. I understand that modifications are underway in its next release to "mirror" each other, which will be a welcome improvement.

I would say the biggest benefit is the elimination of photo copying Board packages and mailing them to Directors in preparation of meetings. Using the Board portal has saved a tremendous amount of time that I can use to organize and complete other tasks. No more staying late into the night to copy and collate packages.
Pros: So Easy to Use - Seamless roll out to Board of Directors. The addition of the Aprio Board portal has been integral in bringing our Directors into the technology age. Information is passed from office and Senior Management to Board quickly and effortlessly giving the ability to make decisions and approvals faster and efficiently. Record keeping is a breeze - eliminating mountains of paper and filing.
Cons: We have been using the Polls/Surveys function quite a bit, especially during the pandemic when in-person meetings have not been allowed. The Poll/Surveys work very well and I really like the feature. Now that we have completed so many, and will likely continue using this function, it would be very helpful to have the ability to file or archive them as a file system for the results and to copy them when needed again.

My overall experience with APRIO has been excellent. I have used APRIO for at least 8 years now if not more. The trainers and support staff are excellent - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are readily available to assist you and work until they resolve your issue. The Board find it easy to use and I rarely receive any complaints or frustration regarding difficulty in using the software. It has saved us time and money in more ways than one. Too many to mention. Thank you.
Pros: $89
Cons: The folder structure and the ability to move items into a folder later is difficult without going in and moving each item separately. A drag feature into a folder would be really handy. The ability to "turn off" a user and "turn on" when required without having to remove their access and then resend a welcome message. This way your users remain under the requirement of your contract and those users that attend one or two meetings per year (specifically staff required at a meeting) are not counted as a regular user. Another frustration is the timing out feature. And I have extended it. However, I have been in the middle of adding numerous documents and the time out feature appears and I have lost all of the uploading I was in the middle of doing.
