Pros: Meeting management and sharing of documents is simple. It's super easy to use - even for novices. My colleagues think similarly and it seems to find a fit even cross very diverse organisations at different maturity stages. Truly intuitive.

Cons: Sometimes making notes is a bit clunky but I think the clunkiness is more with me than BoardPro and it really hasn't caused too much grief.

Pros: For me, it comes down ease of use. Its easy to navigate, intuitive and great for what I need. The packs, minites, actions lists are all available at the click of a button.

Cons: I am yet to find something I dont like about it. But if I was to choose something, it would be making the notes more noticable.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to load up papers and share information with Board members. Well structured to identify decisions, noting, etc and easy to attach papers.

Cons: Having to move between agenda and board pack in the checking phase. When I've finished a draft version of the pack being able to download and review the entire pack is not entirely intuitive.

Pros: Secure log in; quick access to folders; timeline approach and record of meetings; not subject to continuous upgrades in comparison to other Governance platforms; ability to store documents in a variety of folders

Cons: Until I sorted my various entity access protocols i.e. different email addresses for each of my Directorships and Operational roles I had to rely on admin staff providing links to the meeting papers. That is sorted now and I am able to log in directly to each organisation.

Pros: It is efficient and ensure all members to a meeting are informed on changes in the agenda and the meeting pack by a simple click of the publish button.

Cons: There is nothing that I don't like. The platform is great. Maybe you can add a video conferencing software like MS Teams to be able to join remotely or record a meeting.

Pros: Helpful to have all boards in one portal. Easy to use and record notes and keep everything in one place

Cons: Need to be connected to the internet to use so can’t use offline so can be used when travelling and no wifi connection is available

Pros: 1. So easy to use! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which made it simple for us to get started without a steep learning curve. 2. Built-in reminders ensure nothing gets missed, helping me stay organised and on track. 3. Post-meeting follow-ups are straightforward, with clear options for assigning tasks and tracking progress.

Cons: The only Con that I can think of is that there is no Built-In Chat Feature The platform lacks a chat functionality, which means board correspondence cannot be centralised within the tool. Having this feature would make communication and collaboration even more seamless.

Pros: Sends automatic reminders to your email address for actions, and meetings. Can see which members viewed the agenda and meeting pack ahead of the meeting.

Cons: Sometimes the formatting is difficult when writing the agenda e.g. with tables and fonts. Would like links to automatically come up underlined and in a different colour font without having to format that myself.

Pros: BoardPro offers exceptional value for money, is easy to use, and provides great free training webinars—making it an ideal solution for charities.

Cons: Searching for old documents or details can be tricky—BoardPro’s search isn’t always intuitive. It’s very hard to find old minutes, based on word topic search etc

Pros: It is easy to create agendas and upload documents. I also really like the flying minute function and ability to create Board only folders.

Cons: The search function is generally good - it searches within document titles for the whole site, or for keywords within a particular board pack. However I would also love the master search function to search for keywords within documents.

Pros: Easy and convenient to use with great features. For example I have found the flying minutes very helpful.

Cons: With Boardpro being technical platform, not everyone has the same level of technical expertise and so access has sometimes been challenging. While this is not necessarily a con of BoardPro, this has been my experience.

Pros: Ease of use. BoardPro takes the time out of creating agendas and recording minutes. It gave us structure and a repeatable model that makes sharing the Board pack very easy.

Cons: That we didn't start using it sooner! Managing meetings and agendas from scratch (without BoardPro) is a false economy.

Pros: It is interactive, minutes are taken in real time and it is very easy to use. NO paper is huge plus.

Cons: No capacity for In Committee items yet, but they are working on it. The access levels seem a bit broad, these could be more defined to limit access.

Pros: The ease of use and the fact that it is paperless represents great value for money with no apparent bugs or issues

Cons: There is nothing I can think of that would be considered a con so it's difficult for me to try and think of anything

Pros: Central repository and audit trail of board meetings. Clear notes, decision and action events. Ability to remotely action agenda items pre-board meeting.

Cons: A summary online agenda that could would be nice so that members can view without the detail, although I might not have delved into it far enough.

Pros: Very professional in appearance. All documents well presented and easily accessed. Ease of use- especially when dealing with multiple documents. Great tool bar allowing for edits ,highlights and notes to be easily added.

Cons: I have no complaints regarding this product. Our meetings run more efficiently and effectively using BoardPro.

Pros: This is a fully automated system that saves time and costs in preparing, running and following up on Board Meetings

Cons: There can be some duplication with reminders, which tend to be repetitive. An open note back to the system would probably help in acknowledging receipt of an action point reminder or limit the number of reminders.

Pros: Great value for money, I also appreciate the companies focus on building new features and continually growing the functionality to make our board meetings more effective. I also appreciate their proactive customer support.

Cons: scheduling can be a little confusing and buggy with different calendars (google, outlook, ical etc) but it isn't a major.

Pros: Board pro provides seamless board meeting administration and provides a single source of truth for directors and trustees regarding decisions, minutes, & agenda. The ability to circulate reports and make decisions outside of scheduled board meetings leads to timely decision making and greater knowledge shared between operations and board level. The search function is also extremely helpful to see historical records.

Cons: We have had some anecdotal issues for our trustees that belong to several trusts and struggling to log in to the right company. This might be related to multiple-email accounts used across several businesses.

Pros: Everything is stored in one place. The system supports effienct note taking and reduces secretary workload. Also helps to remind and support completion of action items

Cons: Additional prices for additional functions like subcommittee minutes and digtial signing. Inability to rotate documents for veiwing when they are landscape

Pros: Easily accessable, efficient in working online and ensuring board meetings and board packs are reminded of.

Cons: Cant always find all of the documents, lots of small different links that aren't easily found because they aren't labelled well.

Pros: Board Pro allows the management team and officers to properly organize the agenda of each meeting, including supporting documentation, prior to the meeting. The board members can go through the agenda and documents during the meeting on their laptops, saving lots of paper! Actions are clearly documented and archived.

Cons: It is not free (but the cost is reasonable). There is a little bit of a learning curve for each new secretary and agenda-writer but it is not steep.
