Cons: The learning curve can be steeper than expected, particularly when navigating the more advanced features like complex voting or document management.

Pros: What stood out about Convene is how effortlessly it blends functionality with ease of use. The spaces feel premium without being pretentious, modern technology, reliable tech setup, and on-site support that actually solves problems in real time. Booking and coordinating meetings is smooth, and the staff are proactive rather than reactive. It’s the kind of environment that elevates client meetings and team sessions without adding operational headaches.

Cons: While Convene delivers a polished experience, the premium pricing can be a stretch for smaller teams or frequent bookings.

Pros: The ease of use and how well it streamlines meetings, agendas, and collaboration in one place. It differentiates from the other platforms.

Cons: Limited customization options and reporting depth compared to more (and a bit better) flexible collaboration tools.

Pros: It is user friendly and good UI , strong document features, and security management, centralised meeting organize options and a good team collaboration tool as well as meeting management.

Cons: Navigation can feel slightly rigid sometimes , limited integrations options available and sometime performance may slow down with heavier files.

Pros: I like how it made communication and collaboration easy and organized by making work seamlessly easy and simple for everyone involved

Cons: What I liked least was that it could sometimes feel a little overwhelming to navigate at first, especially when trying to find specific features or information

Pros: Convene runs very well during all types of meetings - and especially during meeting votes; we can finalize votes on decisions as soon as possible, without wasting too much time. Convene’s anonymous ballot option allow us to provide input that is much more sincere than if we had to identify ourselves, therefore it will be noticed by others. In addition to this, we utilize the review room for collaborating on documents. It has been greatly beneficial for us to be able to leave comments on documents, highlight items and/or make annotations on them collectively. Also, there is an embedded laser pointer option within Convene that has proven to be extremely useful for pointing to important data during our presentations.

Cons: At first, the interface was somewhat overwhelming; however, the customer service team was quick to respond and after we made some adjustments to the user interface and provided a number of personalization options, we were able to significantly simplify the experience.

Pros: Absolutely the kind of meetings i have with Convene are so much convenient with quality video. It has a strong internet connection making virtual meeting good to conduct. I also use this software to manage meetings and this saves ne time to do other things.

Cons: I don't have any dislikes with this platform because it does the work well and i can communicate freely with clients who are far from me with Convene and come to an understanding.

Pros: I like the way convene connect to internet 247 without no disconnecting throughout our meeting is amazing

Cons: Convene customer service is very responsive and reliable not Everytime but sometimes that's the only problem I'm facing

Pros: Convene allows for effective board management on a lot of areas that need it, such as allowing for sharing multiple documents or sharing votes directly online. By having such a robust selection of features, Convene makes meetings much more engaging for all board members present.

Cons: Customer support can vary from time to time, as contacting the support team when things go wrong can sometimes be delayed when you need help, and technical problems are always at the forefront.

Pros: Convene has been an effective tool for managing meetings in a structured and efficient way. It allows us to create detailed agendas, share key documents, and take real-time notes collaboratively. On the cybersecurity front, the platform offers strong safeguards that protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, creating a secure environment for all participants.

Cons: Adding advanced analytics—such as participation insights, time spent on each agenda item, and task completion tracking—would be a valuable enhancement to identify improvement areas and boost the overall effectiveness of our meetings.

Pros: We were using different software and tools to manage meetings and share meeting documents. The Convene is convenient for us. It has removed a lot of paperwork and made the process more secure, fast, and easy.

Cons: It's a bit costly compared to its competitors, but it's worth it as it does its tasks well. Pricing could be better.

Pros: The end user interface is intuitive and makes it so quick and easy for our directors to access the meeting papers that they need. The functionality of the admin portal is great and really saves time.

Cons: Can't think of anything I don't like about Convene!

Pros: It is very easy to organise meeting with the help of Convene. We are able to collaborate with each other by using Convene. Also it has secured network.

Cons: As of now I didn't find anything that I feel this is the issue or something like that.

Pros: Everything for our Board of Trustees is kept in one place for all to access. Board meetings with papers helps elimnate printing - which is great!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing I can fault this software with. Its a great software product!

Pros: The functionality provided for setting out agendas, meetings and collaboration is very good especially as we use this for board members who do not have a organisational email address. The administration of this is straight forward and keeps our systems uncompromised.

Cons: Generally speaking the product is very good although the fact that you have to pay an extra fee for industry standard 2FA/MFA functionality is disconcerting.

Pros: I like the Agenda building as it is really simple but effective, the ability to write notes which you can then transport into Minutes, the review rooms for minute review, and the surveys function.

Cons: The layout of the Minutes template is a bit clunky to adjust. We have had this discussion with our account manager so they are aware. I think the underlying logic makes it difficult to change but if this could be improved it would be really useful.

Pros: Convene is simple to use. I like that it's a secure way to send papers and access can be restricted for individuals. Everything is well-organised and thought of.

Cons: Convene would be better if the action log was better integrated into the meeting pack - i.e. if the the action log could be generated as a paper which could be automatically included in the pack - and if the action details weren't lost when you bring them forward into the next meeting (currently I do not use the action log for these reasons). If the agenda times could be broken by sub-item that would be a helpful improvement. And a few things in the admin section can be difficult to find.

Pros: Já conhecia alguns softwares de gerenciamento, mas a Convene é a empresa que fornece ferramentas práticas e que ajudam a otimizar as ações para as reuniões. É possível preparar uma agenda, planejar todas as ações que precisam ser tomadas e compartilhar com os interessados sem comprometer a segurança. Fácil, intuitivo e seguro.
