My overall experience is very good. Having used a scheme specific library in the past for storing minutes and documents I find the Knowa system more user friendly
Pros: The ease of locating past minutes and documents as well as dealing with day-to-day business. Resolving members cases has become a lot easier and faster
Cons: When colleagues respond I get a notification from Knowa and this means I have to login and access the system only to find out it is a colleague responding to my latest post

We use the Known governance platform and have found it outstanding, adding real value to our overall pension scheme governance service. It has introduced efficiencies and improved consistency across our clients and service offering.
Pros: The governance platform is user-friendly and very adaptable. The team at Knowa are always on hand, friendly with prompt response and suggested guidance or alternatives.
Cons: Nothing. Knowa delivers very good functionality, supporting and streamlining our pension scheme governance service.

Pros: I’ve found Knowa to be an exceptional tool for modern board governance. It truly streamlines the entire process of managing board and committee meetings, making our role more efficient and impactful. The platform is user-friendly. Directors can annotate documents, ask questions, and share insights directly within the platform, reducing email clutter and improving engagement. The Knowa support team is always on hand, responding quickly and helpfully whenever assistance is needed. Their proactive and friendly approach ensures any issues are resolved promptly, which makes a huge difference in maintaining smooth operations.
Cons: One minor limitation is that the platform currently doesn’t allow for scheduling breaks between sub-items within a meeting agenda. While this hasn’t been a major obstacle, it would be a useful feature for longer sessions. The good news is that the Knowa team has advised they are actively looking into this enhancement, which reflects their commitment to continuous improvement and listening to user feedback.

Overall experience has been Excellent - I would highly recommend
Pros: Staff are very helpful, always prepared to assist users via different streams of communication. Innovative approach, always open to finding solutions to your requirements.
Cons: On rare occasions, software can slow down - although this may be down to factors outside Knowa's control such as users network issues.

So many practical ways of enhancing the whole trustee board experience, from running meeting to discussion forums and document storage. Also improvements are done in the background so don't interfere with usage. Service is excellent too - nothing is too difficult.
Pros: Simple to use but extremely effective in providing what is needed for improved governance.
Cons: Makes all other similar offerings pale in comparison. Once you are using Knowa, very difficult to settle for something else.

Excellent, I have promoted to clients and for those who dont have it already even moved some on to it as it s easy to talk about the benefits of it.
Pros: The collaboration space is fantastic for discretion cases and send files securely
Cons: One the team training was hard to get but once I had a play around I got up to speed pretty quickly. Maybe when I new user is added a quick 5 mins call just to introduce the various functionality at a high level would be great.

really stable, its great for communication between the trustees via chat. meetings are easily arranged and the agenda and timings can be dynamically modified if things change.
Pros: the centralised system is a one point for all things I need as a trustee
Cons: can be difficult to navigate all of the areas needed, especially with add on elements for risk register etc

Excellent - the product is very simple to use, the 'know how' guides are in a simple language, but if you are stuck, an email is responded to very swiftly
Pros: It is very simple to use!! Straightforward, but provides the access that is needed, the packs are easy to load and Knowaverse is evolving into a simple to use tool
Cons: the American dictionary, you always have to go through and chnage the spelling

A good experience with the software hinges on getting everyone engaged with it, but once everyone is setup with an account and it becomes a very effective way to collaborate where multiple separate organisations are trying to work together.
Pros: The collaboration features; it's very easy to share files with clients securely, including files that would normally be too large or sensitive to share via email. Building and altering meeting packs is also very simple to do, and Knowa has some great productivity functionality for navigating and marking up meeting papers.
Cons: The cons that I had with the software seem to have been resolved; in the past I had found that manipulating documents in the file storage area was slightly cumbersome but it has since been updated to make this much easier.

The platform is very helpful and recent roll outs with Knowa Q and Verse will extend the capability and use.
Pros: The secure and inclusive nature of the platform. Meeting packs are really helpful. Collaboration is vital in our field with multiple users across multiple employers and this system is excellent for tracking consistency. The team could not be more helpful.
Cons: Not a con - just learning to use the platform to the fullest and ensure we take advantage of everything on offer.

It's simple to use and operate. The KnowQ, its AI search function, is a game changer.
Pros: It's user friendly interface and it's AI search function makes it a lot easier to find the information

Very pleased we moved over to this platform and it certainly speeds up the planning of Board meetings and provides a secure way to share documents with fellow Trustees.
Pros: It makes get packs for Board meetings very easy and saves on printing. Very quick and easy to then update as needed.

I've been using Knowa daily, and it has truly transformed the way I manage the pension schemes I look after. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and reliable, making complex tasks so much easier to handle. The organization and collaboration tools are second to none, allowing me to stay on top of everything with ease. Knowa has become an essential part of my workflow, and I genuinely can’t imagine managing pensions without it. Highly recommend!
Pros: What I liked most about Knowa is its intuitive interface and how it streamlines managing my portfolio of pension schemes. The tools for organising and collaborating are great for staying on top of tasks. It’s a game-changer for simplifying day-to-day tasks! Plus, the support team, especially Antonia, are always readily available and super helpful!
Cons: The only thing I’d say I liked least about Knowa is that it took me a little time to explore all the features and understand how they fit into my workflow. However, with the support team's help and the available training material, I soon got the hang of it, and everything became straightforward after that.

Pros: Value for money. No user limit. Intuitive and flexible meeting pack production and publishing. Useful additional items as standard e.g. search functions, agenda status buttons and emojis to show each agenda item aim. Flexible in managing which users can see documents for individual agenda items. Easy to move between agenda items. Discussions can be recorded via collaboration space. Easy sign off process. Quick response to queries via helpdesk.
Cons: Would be useful to be available via other search engines e.g. Microsoft Edge.

It's my preferred governance platform - at our company, we use a range of platforms and I have to say this is the easiest to navigate, quickest to sign in, very user friendly for both internal staff and our clients.
Pros: It's so intuitive - you don't really need any training/instructions. It was so easy to train our client and has really revolutionised their governance practices.
Cons: I can't answer this as the platform is great.

It has been an extremely positive experience.
Pros: It has made organising meetings a simple process. It is so easy to insert agenda items and change them easily. The actions tracker allows us to track actions very easily The customer support team is very quick to respond to any queries
Cons: We have not encountered any significant drawbacks. We used to produce agendas using Word previously which was time consuming and easy to make mistakes.

Pros: It is intuitive to use and makes my working life so much easier. It keeps documents secure and also alleviates situation where a document has been sent on email and I can no longer find it! Plus the site looks good.
Cons: It is hard to criticise. It functions really well for what I need it to do. My favourite product in this space.

Pros: Easy to use, navigate and publish packs for meetings. The team are always very happy to help, whether that be via email or jumping on a call to take you through any queries or issues.
Cons: Not a con as such, but I am unable to upload multiple documents at once, however that's probably an issue with me as the user rather than Knowa itself. Knowa are always looking to improve the system and keep users regularly updated on any new functionality that's been implemented.

Excellent I cannot fault them. The support is excellent.
Pros: Ease of use, support from the Knowa team and the ability to add new features and develop easily. It is also helping with succession planning being able to store and develop report.
Cons: None that I can think of and would highly recommend it. The Trustee Board members are also delighted with it.
