Canva is a great tool for marketing. Instead of a boring flyer, I can market eye catching fonts, images and even add an easy QR code for quick links!
Pros: I love Canva and being able to create flyers, email templates and more! It brings any marketing idea to life!
Cons: Sizing for certain documents on Canva can be a little difficult if you don’t have Canva Pro. If you have Canva Pro, no complaints!

My overall experience has been great, its been seamless and easy to use. Most of my designs for my small business has been through Canva and the platform itself. the customer service is also great as well and very helpful especially when i needed help to see if i can use their music in my reels and posts and they told me everything i needed to.
Pros: The value for money is great, I pay £10.99 per month and I use the pro features for my business needs. The features is also great as well. Compared to other sites i think this one of the most affordable platforms especially for a startup business.
Cons: They only thing i would like to see on the pro version is video making generated by AI. I feel that feature would help alot businesses.

Pros: Great free app that provides good tools, you can pay for the pro version but it is not necessary. Very easy to use for making images for posters and editing short videos. It has it's own internal cloud so you can work offline
Cons: The pro version does seem to be a bit expensive and doesn't have the best value for the tools they give you

Canva enables us to create simple documents without needing to purchase expensive software. It is mostly easy to navigate.
Pros: We use this for many documents and presentations within our company. It is easy to create new documents
Cons: Sometimes using the standard copy method off of other documents does not always work easily. But for the most part we make it work.

I love the ease of the application and all the different options and customizations that are available
Pros: I love how easy it is to use and the new integrations with AI make the creation process much easier and streamlined.
Cons: Sometimes the system is unable to complete based on certain prompts but it’s worth the subscription cost.

Canva is now my first choice when I need posters or social media graphics. There is still manual work involved, but that is fine. The main value is that Canva helps me get to a good final result much faster than starting from scratch.
Pros: Canva was very useful when I needed to create posters for a LinkedIn/Luma event. It made it much easier to explore visual directions and turn rough ideas into usable event graphics. I still had to edit and make decisions myself, but Canva helped me move much faster than starting from a blank page.
Cons: I expected the AI/design features to feel more automatic. I thought I could upload photos and logos and get a polished poster almost instantly, but it still required manual work and judgment. Canva gave me good direction, but it did not fully create the final result for me.

My overall experience with Canva has been highly positive. It’s an intuitive, user-friendly platform that makes it easy to create polished, professional-quality visuals without needing advanced design skills. The drag-and-drop interface, extensive template library, and built-in assets like fonts, icons, and photos allow for quick turnaround on projects, which is especially helpful in fast-paced communications work.
Pros: What I liked most about Canva was how intuitive and user-friendly it is, making it easy to quickly create polished, professional-looking visuals. The drag-and-drop interface, combined with a wide range of templates, fonts, and design elements, allows for efficient content creation without needing advanced design experience. I also appreciated how it supports collaboration and brand consistency, which is especially helpful when managing multiple projects or creating content across different platforms.
Cons: What I liked least about Canva was that, while it’s great for quick and accessible design, it can feel somewhat limiting when trying to execute more advanced or highly customized creative work. The platform’s template-driven approach can make it harder to create truly unique designs, and certain features lack the precision and control you’d get from more robust tools like Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, some elements and assets being locked behind the Pro version can be frustrating when you’re trying to stay within a free plan.

It allows you to work together with a team, work on both mobile and computer, and it is easy for beginners.
Pros: There are thousands of free templates available here, and you can design very easily or very quickly here.
Cons: It cannot be used properly without a good internet connection, and Advance There are limitations for Advance Graphic Designer.

Canva has allowed me to save so much money by being able to handle graphic design in house for small projects. I will still leave the big stuff to the professionals, but Canva has been great for getting the small stuff done efficiently and in house.
Pros: Canva is the wanna-be graphic designer's dream (who has no actual graphic design training)!! I love how many templates there are to use, how easy it is to create such a variety of visual effects and how simple it is to create customized graphics for any neeed.
Cons: I do not like the search function when looking for a specific effect - like an overlay or something to create texture to an entire look. Sometimes you don't know exactly what you are looking for (but know it when you see it), so it is hard to search specifically.

It is user-friendly, efficient, and makes it easy to create professional designs for presentations, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials without needing extensive graphic design skills.
Pros: What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to create professional-looking graphics, presentations, and marketing materials without needing advanced design experience. The templates and drag-and-drop tools make projects quick and efficient.
Cons: Some advanced features, templates, and export options are limited to the paid version, which can restrict customization for free users.

My overall experience with Canva is good. It is simple to use and works well for both beginners and regular users. The image and photo editing tools are enough for normal work and content creation. It gets regular updates, which is nice, but sometimes small bugs come after updates. Customer support could be faster. Overall, it gives good value for money and is a helpful tool for making fast and clean designs without much effort.
Pros: Canva is very easy to use and anyone can learn it fast. The dashboard is simple and clean. It has many useful features like ready templates, drag and drop editing, background remover, resize option, and photo editing tools. I use it for thumbnails, social media posts, and basic image editing. It saves time and gives good results. Canva also keeps adding new updates and tools, which makes it better. For the price, it gives good value because even the free version has many useful things.
Cons: Some of the best templates and editing tools are only in the paid version. Sometimes it becomes slow when editing big files or many layers. Customer support is okay, but sometimes replies can take time. Also, some updates change the layout, so it takes time to adjust.

Pros: Canva is a great platform for photo editing/graphic design and has several great functions such as transparency, color schemes, cropping, and more. The video component is underrated as well as I have used Canva to film short videos and I found it to be a pretty good platform.
Cons: I had trouble once editing out object entirely that someone was holding on a multilayered photo. There is also no phone support if you want to call for assistance (at least from what i was able to see).

Overall, I have enjoyed using Canva and I rely on it for most of my flyer and poster needs. I am faculty advisor for my school's Student Council and I and the executives use it almost weekly. I do wish that teachers had more of a discount since we use it so much.
Pros: What is great is the ease of use and the abundance of templates, even in the free account. I also love that I can download my own images and work with them.
Cons: A couple drawbacks are that it can be difficult to size and adjust things on the templates and that many of the nicer, more modern templates, copy art and images need a premium account.

Perfect my experience has been perfect best app by far that I've used and I'm a photographer so I use it often
Pros: I love all the different editing tools you can use to make anything really from flyers for work to a resume for a job
Cons: Nothing I love this app it's my favorite app for editing pictures and making flyers my work resume my boyfriends business cards
KATRINA B. · Cashier · Oil & Energy · May 8, 2026
Pros: I love Canva because it's easily accessible to everyone no matter what and you can use it for free for great templates and editing!
Cons: Some of the pictures and templates that stand out to me, you have to pay which would be the biggest downside for me. However, it's still great that you can use free templates and create some awesome posters and collages.

Overall, Canva provides a smooth and productive experience for creating presentations, social content, and internal communications. It is especially effective for fast turnaround work and maintaining visual consistency across teams. While it is not a full replacement for professional design tools, it performs very well for most day‑to‑day business and content needs.
Pros: Canva makes design accessible and quick, even for users without a design background. The ready‑made layouts, brand consistency tools, and drag‑and‑drop editing make it easy to produce polished visuals in a short amount of time. Collaboration features are strong, allowing multiple users to work on and review designs together efficiently.
Cons: Canva has limitations for more complex or highly customised design work. Advanced formatting, precision controls, and export flexibility are still more basic compared to specialist design software. Some premium assets and features are locked behind paid plans, which can be restrictive for wider team use.
sheniga k. · HR consultant · Financial Services · May 6, 2026
Pros: Canva is one of the pro design tools. It is possible to quickly create quality visuals thanks to the many templates available.
Cons: Designs can sometimes lack originality if we rely too much on existing templates. Finally, some interesting features are reserved for the paid version.
Harsh S. · Photographer and Cinematographer · Marketing and Advertising · May 6, 2026
Canva has proven valuable for accelerating creative production without sacrificing overall brand consistency.
Pros: It empowers teams to produce polished visuals quickly, even without deep design expertise. This flexibility supports faster campaign execution.
Cons: There are limitations when highly technical design work or full creative control is required For good.
Jamie H. · Executive Vice President at FEVO · Information Technology and Services · May 5, 2026
Overall my experience with Canva has been very positive. It is one of the easiest design tools to use and makes creating professional content fast and efficient. While it may not replace advanced design software for every use case it is more than capable for most business and marketing needs. The combination of ease of use strong features and affordability makes it a go to tool for everyday design work.
Pros: $94
Cons: One of the main downsides is that while Canva is powerful it does have limitations compared to more advanced design tools. If you need very detailed customization or complex editing you may find it a bit restrictive. Performance can sometimes slow down especially when working on larger or more complex designs which can interrupt workflow. The template heavy approach is great for speed but can lead to designs that feel similar or less unique unless you put in extra effort to customize them. Some features are locked behind the paid version which can be limiting if you are using the free plan. File organization and asset management can also become messy over time especially when working with a large number of designs.

My overall experience with Canva software has been good. The product has pre made and customizable templates. It supports digital signatures and supports offline use.
Pros: I am a production officer in a media production industry. I use Canva software for graphic design. The software is intuitive and user-friendly. It also allows smooth documents collaboration, supports electronic signature and has autosaving systems. Use of the tool has made photo, image and video editing easy and effective. Canva integrates well with other systems and allows multi user collaboration.
Cons: Canva is both affordable and reliable. The software goes for about $10 per user per month. Its customer support services are exemplary. They are available 24/7. No dislike.

I love using Canva for work or personal designs. It is professional and looks great! It is easy to use!
Pros: It is very easy to use and personalize. I love that you can create and share items easily, and make additional updates if needed.
Cons: Not all designs are free. If you are not familiar with graphic design you may need to spend time learning and figuring it out the program.
Jen C. · Associate Director of Admissions · Education Management · May 4, 2026
I enjoy using canva and have made so many things, from calendars to flyers, to social media posts and consulting presentations. The only thing I would say has come to be a barrier at times is the cost. I don't use canva enough to consistently pay for a subscription, but the things I need are only available behind the pay wall. Again, that's a personal issue. I truly love canva.
Pros: Canva is such a creative and collaborative software system. I enjoy all the different things you can do with Canva. You can create flyers, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, and more. I also like that you are able to complete a project and purchase said project directly from canva.
Cons: I wish there were more elements and apps that you could incorporate for free. Additionally, I would like Canva to offer more classes on how to navigate all its functions.

My overall experience with Canva has been excellent. It is my go-to tool for creating high-quality images and social media posts. It saves me a lot of time and effort compared to other complex design software."
Pros: Canva is incredibly user-friendly and perfect for non-designers. I love the massive library of templates and the drag-and-drop interface, which makes creating professional visuals for my articles very fast and easy."
Cons: Some of the best features and premium elements are locked behind the Pro subscription, which might be expensive for beginners. Also, the offline editing mode is quite limited."
